Super hotel. Alles was goed verzorgd tot in de puntjes.

Bom no quarto que eu fiquei devido ao tempo que ia ficar, esse quarto com pouca inovação, não tinha luchos, tv pequena antiga, sem wi fi nem cabo, era apenas para dormir mas Mas com uma vista brutal, o hotel em si já foi melhorado teve grandes obras, e única coisa que posso apontar negativo foi um a dos quartos que teve problemas no wc, mau cheiro e parecia sempre que estava entupida a sanita a banheira, lavatório, mas foi uma única x e na verdade não sei se era uma situação recorrente, de resto tudo sempre funcionou bem, desde a recepção à área das refeições , pequeno almoço tranquilo com variedades, como nao conhcei areas melhores dei estas estrelas. Relacionado com o que vi e que usufrui.

Thoroughly enjoyed every second of our stay. Clean, comfortable, friendly and obliging staff and a good choice at mealtimes. From my grandson age two to me (very old) something for everyone. Courtesy bus to beach and old town great touch. Will be delighted to return.

Extremely clean and very spacious hotel. Dedicated staff and nothing is a problem. My son and I enjoyed a very good week there. Can get very busy in peak periods. All drinks and food recommended. Super value if you can get a good deal..only regret is that we didn't venture to the water parks..but albufeira old town and vilamoura marina are definitely worth the trip..

I stayed in this hotel a few years ago. It is located in a nice area, but at the time it needed some TLC. It looked a bit tired and dated. But you could take a walk down to the beach and restaurants. I hope its been refurbished.

Hotel lovely clean fresh and modern. Food pretty good but a little how on variety and becomes repetitive. Queues to get into dining hall are annoying and drink cups are very small. Water in the room very mean, one bottle and when I asked for another the following day I was told we were entitled to one bottle of water for entire stay! Staff friendly and hotel and pool spotlessly clean.

I would like to say massive thank you for giving my family an amazing holiday. We are having great time.
From very first day it is fantastic. Beautiful, big, immaculate room and bathroom. Team working really hard and well to give everyone great time. It's beautiful country, very friendly people and weather - ideal. My family and especially my 3 years old daughter is the happiest girl in the world!
Still few days to come to recharge batteries.
I promise all my friends and family will know every detail of my fantastic holiday.

The hotel is very clean and new (as of May 2019) and the staff are very friendly. The spa is wonderful although you do need to pay €15 to use the heated indoor pool. Be warned that if you order several drinks for room service they are not included in the all inclusive so be careful. I would highly recommend this hotel due to its great range of food, great location and fab staff.

Brilliant hotel, the staff are so friendly and make everyone feel welcome. They are so friendly towards the children. I thought the entertainment was brilliant especially the traditional Portuguese dancing. All staff work so hard, the hotel is constantly cleaned. Facilities were fabulous and the showed in the rooms were amazing. Nothing was to much for the staff extremely helpful. The food was brill especially the fresh pizza and pasta. The rooftop bar was beautiful with fantastic views. The hotel offers a free bus to go to the beach and the old town which is simply beautiful and fascinating. The entertainment team themselves were brilliant and full of energy. The beds are so comfortable and pillows are lush. We have been back home for 2weeks now and I still dream of this hotel. We would definatly come back again!

Can't fault this hotel. Lovely and clean, rooms are spacious and newly refurbished, food is amazing with plenty of choice, staff are polite and helpful, plenty of sun beds, the 5 pools are spotless. I would definitely stay here again.

Newly renovated so is a nice hotel. Short on staff and if you're waiting for a drink goto the bar across the road.

Älteres Hotelhochhaus was von Grund auf saniert wurde. Sehr sauber und modern,freundliches Personal und leckeres Essen. Auch die Getränke sind gut. Die Verständigung wird auf englisch oder portugiesisch durchgeführt. Französisch wird auch gut verstanden. Eine Mitarbeiterin spricht deutsch. Grundkenntnisse in Englisch reichen aber. Zu empfehlen sind die schönen Strände und die Altstadt von Albufeira. Es besteht ein kostenloser Shuttle Service. Ausflüge ins Gebirge oder nach Lissabon sind ebenfalls sehr gut.

Super séjour... Nous sommes partie avec nos 2 fils 11 ans 8ans... Ils ont adoré.. Piscine toboggan ect.. Personnel du restaurant très sympathique, nous avons fêter les 8 ans de mon fils... Le personnel a super bien jouer le jeux mon fils était ravie.. Chambre très confortable propreté ras, seul bémol restaurant pas assez tipic à mon goût

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in in the sense of a very comfortable room and shower room and large space in the hall ways and stairs. Five elevators with two of them being glass outside viewing. The staff were excellent and the restaurant was very very run brilliantly. The food was always fresh and plentiful. The drinks were very good too I'd like to think the entertainment could have been better tho. It was lovely to experience the roof top bar and bar in the middle of the swimming pool overall I'd love to return again. Thanks jupiter for a lovely stay. Must also say the demestic staff room cleaners were the best I've ever seen

Hotel muito completo. Alimentação muito boa. Bom serviço. Quartos espaçosos, decorados com gosto e completos. Parque aquático para as crianças é um extra espectacular. Boa animação e Kids club. Único senão é o serviço tudo incluído acabar às 23h. Recomendo.

Very clean hotel with very friendly staff that all work hard. Great choice of food I like the freshly cooked pizza and burgers they offer in the Italian area outside next to the pool. good choice of drinks and loads for the kids to do. we still have five days left here and they offer free buses to the beach and to the old town which we will be doing tommorow.

EVERYTHING is good, just a shame about the quality and the temperature of the food in the main restaurant. I wouldn't return because of this.

Got checked in very late on first day 6pm got last room. Seems like there still getting place in order and staff training. Lot of them had no clue. Food was so so as it was not cooked properly and taste was hit and miss

Check in was at 3 but rooms were not ready until nearly 6pm. I do not feel that this is a 5 star hotel as the amenities are standard and the entertainment at night was very poor. The kids club is not very good as it feels a bit like a last minute job as was the kids disco in the evening. The staff are not to blame as they are very friendly and do the best with what they have. There seems to be a lot of things that do not work such as the pool table and foosball table which look like they are very old compared to the hotel. The rooms are of a good standard.

Nos encanto el hotel......tiene de todo tanto para los adultos como para los peques....las piscinas están genial con toboganes y tengo que destacar a los chicos de animacion son un encantó...se portaron con los peques de maravilla haciendo un montón de actividades como con nosotros....tambien darle las gracias a Paula García por el trato que nos dio....fue un placer haberlos conocido.....sin duda volvería a pasar allí otras vacaciones....gracias...iker y Thiago están deseando volver.

Le doy un 12 sobre 10. Hotel excelente, servicios completisimos, el de habitaciones desde cambio de toallas, relleno de champú, geles, café, infusiones, agua, hacer las camas, incluso doblarte los pijamas...impecable. Veníamos en régimen de todo incluido. Tanto los desayunos, comidas como las cenas con toda variedad de ensaladas, carnes, verduras, frutas, postres,, panes, bebidas ( alcohólicas eran dos por persona en los diferentes horarios) y a mayores servicio de tentempié a media mañana al lado de la piscina con ensaladas y fiambre, y a media tarde en la merienda hamburguesas o pizzas, todo de calidad y abundante Y que decir del servicio, impecable, correcto, amable, atento y con una rapidez y eficiencia increíble teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel enorme, y el comedor inmenso con la comida esparcida por varias areas del comedor,puestos de postres, de ensaladas,el de de carnes y pescados haciendolas en el momento de servir dependiendo la demanda para que esten calientes y recien hechas. Más que recomendable, tengo que reconocer que nunca vi tanta eficacia y resolución en un hotel de estas dimensiones Chapó, encantadisima y con los datos para volver cuando esté por la zona del Algarve de nuevo.

Upon arrival, we were told our stay was room only... there had clearly been a mistake with our booking agent as we had paid the all inclusive price (which was shown to reception). They advised I speak to our agent who said they could only raise the issue with a different department and it would take 72 hours to resolve...
I take my issue back to reception who say we can upgrade our package for £75 per adult per day and £37.50 per child per day!! (Our group was 2 adults, a 6 year old and twins age 1) A total of £1,837.50 just to feed ourselves for 7 days!!! The difference when booking online is £200 for the whole week for all 5 of us... hence no sane person would deliberately book a family of 5 in for a room only!!! After a day wasted back and forth they agreed to not charge for the children, still leaving £900 for the last 6 days...
And now following tears from my partner, all 3 of my children crying whilst we were trying to sort these issues at lunchtime and extremely high levels of stress, we are stuck in this hotel for the rest of our week, having to travel 2 babies and a six year old back and forth from outside restaurants just to eat... A wasted holiday... and an extremely disappointed customer!

Good food and drinks choice, however some dishes could be kept a little warmer we felt. Hotel feels modern and you can tell recently refurbished. Pool area, football pitch, slides and swim up bar all nicely finished and plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas etc... without the nonsense of reserving sunbeds, my pet hate!! As a family that have used several all inclusive hotels I commented to the manager one morning regards the lack of hand sanitising stations around the hotel and especially in the main restaurant where both were empty. The feedback was obviously taken on board as there was a bottle of hand gel available at lunchtime. There still needs to be more hand sanitizers made visible and active encouragement by staff to urge people to use on entry to the dining areas. Staff, cleaners etc... all lovely and overall we were very happy with the hotel and based on our experience I'm sure the management team will continue to improve using the feedback from guests.

El hotel es buenísimo. La habitación amplia y las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. El personal atentisiumo y muy agradable. El único problema es que está lejos de la playa y del centro de Albufeira, tiene servicio de bus pero con horario limitado y no muy amplio. Ideal para ir con niños. El bufete y comidas espectacular. Noi dejeis de ir a la terraza del piso 10, unas vistas explendidas. Solo me falló el sol.

Just got back from a week at this hotel.yes the pool was freezing apart from that it was fab! The food was lovely.staff were friendly.spotless and clean.would definitely go back.

Hotel remodelado com quartos amplos simples mas bem decorados. Pequeno almoço muito diversificado mas com qualidade fraca. Definitivamente não é um 5*. Acresce que é um all inclusive com a confusão habitual destas unidades.

The hotel looks lovely and has recently been decorated to a high standard.the hotel offers you a free mini bus into albufeira old town which is a nice place to visit and also to the lovely beach.rooms are decorated very nice and to a high standard, they are cleaned every day. The staff work hard and there very polite. The cleaners work hard too keeping it spotless. The down sides of this hotel are where it is. It's about a 30 minute walk to the beach if you don't manage to get on a bus, also takes around 20 minute walk to the main strip where all the night life is. It's quite a steep hill in some parts especially going back up. The food is ok but it's hard to actually make up a dinner and so far it's been cold most nights although there are microwaves you can warm it up in. It's a mixture of foods. I think I have eaten beef most nights. Theres fish pasta beef and the odd vedge Chips Salad bar. And nice desserts. it also throws in some country theme for food on different nights and very long cues for your dinner.i think this hotel needs another hot food counter to cater for the amount of people in the hotel. Also it's the same with the bar it's a very small and we have experienced queuing for drinks. It definatly needs another bar. The swimming pools look lovely but they are not heated they are all freezing cold and I havnt seen anyone get in them. They will probably be warm by August. The entertainment is ok. But no night time disco. There is a big lounge area and usually a singer. The children have entertainment with a magician. I think this hotel is very nicely decorated but I do think it needs improving in all the areas I have said.

Por um hotel 5 estrelas, poderiam melhorar certos pequenos detalhes que fazem a diferença, no quarto de banho n havia lixeira, e precisamos pedir mais sabão pois não havia o sulficiente, mais toalhas, e o lavatório da sanita poderia ter a opção de água quente também. O quarto é otimo muito espaçoso e com terraço muito bom. Os funcionários são eficientes e simpáticos. Bom local para família com crianças!

Had a terrible shaped room, checkin was poor at 9.30pm still took 30 minutes. Kids play pool is v good, gym not bad.

We visited this hotel last week for 7 night,was absolutely perfect,the food was great and was exactly what I wanted to be,my two kids 5 years and 3 years old had a lovely time there enjoined kids club and disco dance provided by hotel ,Friendly staff , I definitely recommend to everyone,

The second I arrived I was absolutely amazed this hotel is stunning and has good service the food is good ( could get some more variety but over all great) the pool looks amazing and I’ve heard great things about the spa , the beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are so lovely nothing is hard to find at this hotel and the teen room is good it has an Xbox which kept everyone entertained

The Hotel is directly on the party strip and there are mostly families (uk). The employees are really friendly and try their best. The food is not 5 stars worth not at all. The drinks are not better. We shared a room and got one shampoo and one bathing (small bottle) for our whole stay (4 days). One bottle of water. (you cant drink the water from the sink-chlor). On the last day we ran out of toilet paper. The bed sheets were dirty from the first day on. The Spa is not useable. The Pool construction seems not well thought and the Spa is flooded. The 4 Showers in there are not working. On of two saunas was not working. The water station for the Spa is in the gym-you need to go there to grab water. The managing director (?) of this hotel is constantly present but does not seems to be very helpful. It feels like he at least tries to look important. For me its definetly no 5 star hotel, more a good 3 star one.

This is a really nice hotel, friendly service from everyone and there were always going out of there way for the kids. Room was really nice, food was nice, pool was really nice. We went in October so the pool was a bit cold but we still had fun and the water slides are great for the kids. The kids also loved the kids club and the mini-disco in the evenings. It was a 30 minute walk from the beach (nice walk past shops/bars/restaurants) but they put on a bus periodically through the day as well.

We are holidaying at the renamed jupiter albuferia hotel as I write. It is a fantastic hotel. They offer everything you may need and more.. Just off to the spa for a pamper which looks amazing. .

Spent a week here relaxing, adult only pool is great, room was big and clean, food and drink was good. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Rooftop bar and bar staff were the highlight.

I have never left a review on here before but felt i should as this hotel is absolutely fantastic, the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! the pool is great for everyone, great water slides, the splash area is due to be upgraded in the winter, food was great, plenty of choice. staff very friendly. plush carpets in the hallways upstairs to the rooms, air con in the bedrooms and restaurant, rooftop bar is fantastic, great views. we would definitely go back again.

Resort is great, location is ok. Food is a let down. Drinks are only allowed until 11pm. Mini bar fridge is empty. If these things are worked on, this place could be a great place to visit. The hotel is beautiful and could be a great holiday place if the food and some minor things are improved

I went there at the end of July. I paid for a 5 star and I felt like I was on a 3 star hotel. Food was rubbish. Water from swimming pools cold. The cocktails from the swim up bar, from an machine, so they were rubbish as well. On the 5th day we had to ask on reception that they have to change the bed covers and the room needs mopped,because of the dust, etc, etc. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

This hotel was called the Montechoro Hotel some years ago but has now undergone an extensive refurbishment under new management. Now called the Jupiter Hotel it is a credit to the owners. The interior and rooms are extremely well appointed and, with staff to match, there is nothing not to like. All inclusive clients may find the alcoholic drinks not poured as generously as some other establishments but you can always go back for more. All food is fully varied and excellent quality at all mealtimes. The rooms are quite large and fridges, air conditioning and a safety deposit box included. Totally recommended.

This place has absolutely everything all in one place. Brilliant for the kids, food was amazing and the staff so polite, they'd always go out of the way to help. 100%we will be back

This hotel is by far the best hotel I have ever been to staff are really kind and our minibar was restored everyday rooms looked really neat and tidy excellent cleaners food was great we had a different culture of food everyday of the week and if you have young children with you it's the perfect place there's a kids buffet that consists of chicken nuggets fish fingers a range of different pizza's French fries e.c.t kids pool is great really spacious and there's a bucket that about every 5 minutes fills up with water and then tips over down on the pool and if your under it when it tips your going to get really wet great waterslides as well there is also a really cool roof top bar and a teens club in the teens club there are 2 x boxes a pool table table tennis table hockey and arcade machines kids club is also really sick starts at 9pm and ends at 10pm really good so I give this hotel 5 stars and I really recommend this hotel.

Un excellent hotel . Pas beaucoup de personne qui parle francais par contre , et une majorité de client anglais et allemands. Une très belle chambre. Pas de piscine chauffé donc en debut d'année (avril) très difficile d'en profité. Le spa est sympa. Attention sur le restaurant ou il faut réserver, c'est exactement les mêmes plats que dans l'autre restaurant ou l'on se sert nous même.

Buen sitio el trato del spad mal y los camarero algunos mal sin embargo los del bar de arriba en el solárium son simpáticos. Yo a ellos les entiendo algo cuando hablan sin embargo ellos te dicen que no entienden nada de español el sitio se está muy bien por lo demás.

Hotel agradável no entanto acho que deveriam rever alguns pontos importantes tais como o horário dos escorregas a meu ver fecham muito cedo e se as pessoas estão de férias e para aproveitar o máximo de tempo e a comida deveriam variar um pouco mais. Wonderful place to stay in. 5 stars is adequate rating. Food, facilities, staff, clearance in room, everything was great. My advise would be to come down for teatime meal before 19.00 or before 21.00, as the restorant could get busy and you would need to wait for our place.

Really lovely hotel. Lovely big, clean rooms. Rooftop bar was really nice. Plenty of sun loungers available. Great play pool for kids. Great kids disco run by really enthusiastic staff.Outside swimming pools were freezing. The lounge areas felt like an airport waiting lounge and there wasn’t enough seating for everyone. Half the main restaurant was really nice and then the other half that was a bit like an overspill, felt like a canteen and the area everyone seemed to want to sit in the least.

Staff were amazing. Our son has severe allergies and they looked after us so well and made him feel really safe and cared for. Pool and facilities are all brilliant. We used the free bus to town and the beach too. We are really keen to go back and have already recommended to others!!

Just returned from a weeks stay during the Scottish schools October holidays. Booked into a family suite with a pool view. Room was first class. Spacious and bright with a massive shower and double sinks. “Mini bar” was empty and stayed that way. Balcony was very large but wasted with a really small garden patio set of a circular table and 2 chairs. Being a family room you would have expected more than just two chairs on the balcony. Especially in a supposed 5 star hotel. The hotel itself is very big, it has recently went through a full renovation and name change and this is apparent throughout. From immaculate carpets on every floor, all ten, to bright white walls and brand new furniture and large lcd tv’s. The lift system is unbelievable. 5 lifts, 2 of which are glass fronted and provide a brilliant view of the area. These are also the only ones that go to the very bottom and to the spa. It’s a weird feeling as you go past the lobby and the lift sinks into the ground and the view disappears. The lifts work on a computerised system that selects the quickest lift for you based on the floor you are on and where you are going etc. the pool area and flumes are first class. The large main pool has a swim up pool bar and the flumes are nearby laid out on Astro turf grass. There’s also a great little kids pool and on the upper level next to the pizza bar is a further 2 pools. These are more adult based and very quiet. No dive bombing here. You will see from my photos the rest of the amenities around the hotel. It’s certainly the biggest hotel in the area and is very imposing from his lofty position looking down over the much louder strip area. There are some negatives. Some are small but a few are big and disappointing given the 5 star rating. *seagulls around the pool area and their love of an afternoon swim in the pool. *the disgusting soft drinks served to all inclusive guests. snappy cola and similar branded lemon and lime fizzy drink and An orange drink. No Coca Cola or Fanta or Sprite. Even worse I asked to purchase 2 cans of Red Bull at the bar and was charged €10! Scandalous. A 5 star hotel shouldn’t be serving cheap nasty snappy cola. *long queues for dinner in the buffet restaurant which sometimes took up to 40 minutes to clear only to receive really poor options with regards to the food served. Every meal included some elements of the previous meal. Once the Chicken curry served was raw and pink and made my wife sick. The beef Wellington was so raw no one wanted it. I like medium rare. This was closer to raw. The salads were always good and the soup was nice but by far the best thing was the fresh pizza from the stone baked oven. The poor chef couldn’t make them quick enough. I love pizza and have had it all around the world. But this was by far the best pizza I’ve had. No joke. My son loved it. *Staff- on the whole they were brilliant. Big shout out to the restaurant staff. The guys in there worked non stop and brought drinks and cleared plates like champions. Always got a smile and a hello from them. The “bosses” in the suits never made eye contact or interacted with guests and the chefs behind the counters in the buffet area were sometimes rude and rarely smiled or acknowledged anyone. On the whole I was impressed with the majority of the hotel. I personally don’t think it’s a 5 star hotel given the quality of food and the poor drinks on offer. The seagulls in the pool is a problem and the staff (bosses) friendliness could be better. That aside I would definitely return to the area but maybe a different 5 star hotel.

Our last night at the hotel and we can honestly say from the beginning to the end our holiday has been fantastic. The food has been great ,drinks have been constant if that's what you want.. All members of staff at the jupiter are an asset to the company nothing is a problem and they always have a smile. We will certainly be coming back . So thank you to all the staff at the jupiter hotel. 10 out if 10 for hospitality

Very good family holiday food excellent the pool was brilliant also good location. Only minor let down house keeping not up to standard. This is not a 5 star hotel but a good 4 star we would definitely recommend it.

It's a really nice hotel and service is good and so is the drinks. Just need to sort out the dinner rush as it could be managed better

Arrived at 11.30am and was met by concierge to see to the cases, we checked in, and had lunch whilst waiting on room. Got keys at 3pm. Room was spotless, great bathroom, beds was quite comfy and great pool view balcony, great to watch the sun setting. Daily house keeping. Food was great, can get quite busy but if you wait for the rush can get the restaurant quieter. We chose to eat outside most of the time. Workers were very tentative, always asking us for drinks. Plenty of swimming pools to chose from too. Very clean. Great pool bar. Plenty sun beds for every one. We chose this hotel as we was travelling with a 5mth old baby. Guaranteed cleanliness. 10 minute walk to Albufiera strip. And 25 minute walk to beach.

If you like filling your face with food all day and have a butlins mindset this is your dream......rude dinning room staff , on site entertainment from the 70s , nearby bar straight out of Phoenix nights.......dreadful.

Mostly all inclusive family holidays. Massive family pool/play area with swim up bar for big kids!! Smaller child free adult only pool. Themed food nights with children's entertainment. Well placed for access to the 'Strip' or a short walk to Albufeira Old Town. Pingu Douce supermarket a short walk away as is O'lusitano Restaraunt which is a great traditional place for Portuguese foid. The Clay Oven is close by and is one of the best Indians anywhere.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff very good selection of very good food and drinks. Rooms spacious clean and tidy with free safe, perfect en-suite with large walk in shower. Travelled with my wife and family to celebrate my wife’s birthday and our golden wedding anniversary complementary bottle of champagne in room on the correct day was a wonderful gesture. The Jupiter hotel caters for everyone with different pools if you want peace and quiet you have the adult pools or you want to enjoy the water slides with the children they are the other side of hotel out of ear-shot both serviced by bars and snack bars. The hotel is very professionally run with all staff polite, friendly and helpful. Not quite a 5 star but a very good 4 plus star. Will definitely be returning. Thanks a lot Jupiter .

Newly renovated hotel in good condition with nice large rooms. We stayed in a family room 45sqm. We loved the velcro strips on the curtains they keep the daylight out, very helpful for helping children sleep! Good lighting in the bedroom. Its a pity the wardrobe is so small and our doors kept getting jammed due to the size of the hangers being too long.The pools are very nice but very cold. We stayed with our 3 month old baby hoping we would be able to introduce him to the water but it was way too cold.Breakfast was ok. Staff could be more helpful and better trained. I would rate this hotel 4 star not 5 star. We didnt choose the all inclusive package as there are many places to eat out within walking distance. I was disappointed the hairdresser within the hotel is closed. They should update their amenities on the website.

Bom sítio, bons acessos, conforto top. Pequeno almoço muita escolha. Fiquei numa suite muito confortável, a vista é que não fica bem neste quarto, sugestão é deviam por um muro até com uma pintura de modo a disfarçar as condutas.

La réception répond à toutes nos questions, nous trouves des solutions immédiates en cas de problèmes (conflit de voisinage dans notre cas), les plats du buffets sont variés, l’accueil du chef est immédiat. Hotel overall is excellent the only negative my wife and me had was in the main restaurant there was always dirty tables and often had to gat some to clear them so you could eat. The pool area is excellent and very clean and the rooms are outstanding and the amount of activities and entertainment are excellent.

The views were amazing and the hotel and room was stunning. The carpet in the hallways looked gorgeous.

Nice hotel, good animation team. Only letdown is the buffet food. Hotlights may just be lights. Food luke warm and often undercooked in the rush to feed 1000 people. Staff great, polite and not begging for tips. Shuttle bus good. Pools could be a little warmer.

Staying at the hotel at the moment. What can I say.. I'd love a perminant room here! Hotel is super clean, staff really friendly. Food is amazing! Pools are awesome! Totally love the pool bar. Love the little snack shack next to the football courts and water slides, there you just pour yourself a beer or cola or even some iced tea. Sandwiches are on offer too. The rooms are super clean, and the beds are Really comfy. We have a large LG TV with good channels, must be satellite because there's all the UK terrestrial channels available. TV has YouTube app also. The ensuite bathrooms are really good, totally love the shower and you can listen to TV through a speaker in there too. Just as well mtv and vh1 are on the channel list. Within walking distance to the beach and the main strip. There's also a complimentary bus that can take you there or the Old Town four times a day with scheduled pickups.

Excellent staff and facilities in this hotel. Good location. Only me and my partner and as it is a family hotel, restaurant can be busy and sometimes noisy, but if that bothers you, don't go! Quiet pool excellent and never a problem getting sunbeds. Also, great hotel for families

Just back from the Jupiter five days away, absolutely beautiful hotel lovely food but could do with a wee bit more variety of food, rooms gorgeous and spotless fresh linen every day . The hotel has a rooftop bar and the views overlooking albufeira is stunning it's a must If your staying here. The only thing I didn't like was when your alinclusive you still have to provide your room number or provide your room card , so what's the point having a wristband then when alinclusive when you have to provide room number or your room card and after 11 o'clock you then need to pay for drinks If you want up till midnight. There's an Irish bar across the road from the hotel great entertainment great craic. I'll definitely be back at this hotel In the future.

Fuimos reubicados en este hotel ya que el nuestro tuvo problemas y la verdad fue un acierto, nos gusto muchísimo. Amabilidad y personal muy atento. Habitación amplia, en nuestro caso íbamos con una pequeña de 7 años que durmió perfectamente en el sofá cama. Buena limpieza de las habitaciones y en nuestro caso, rápida, la teníamos lista antes de las 12 todos los días, eso sí, hacíamos uso de los tarjetones para que “hiciesen la habitación”, la insonorización de la misma fantástica en ningún momento escuchamos ruidos y eso que el hotel estaba hasta arriba de ocupación. Comida abundante y todos los días disponen de dos primeros platos y un segundo, variedad en ensaladas y verduras frescas, la materia prima de primera calidad, las cenas están tematizadas por países, nos encanto la noche dedicada a “Marruecos” y a “Portugal”. El restaurante italiano muy bueno ya que disponen de gran variedad de pizzas, así como pasta que te preparan al momento con los ingredientes que escojas. Durante el día tienen dos zonas de bebidas para disfrutar en la piscina, así como también de snack. Tienen dos zonas de piscinas, una llamada “zona silenciosa” mas destinada a parejas y familias que ya vayan con adolescentes y quieran un ambiente más tranquilo y la “Zona de los Toboganes” que es bullicio y alboroto por todos lados, obviamente se trata de un pequeño parque acuático fantástico. También disponen de “kids Club” donde nuestra pequeña disfruto muchísimo con juegos y actividades en la piscina. Disponen de una magnífica terraza en la décima planta donde disfrutar de un margarita viendo el atardecer. A mejorar: - hay partes de la piscina que resbalan un poco y hay que ir con cuidado. - El horario tanto de comidas como de ciertas actividades es un poco estricto, al menos en las actividades de noche, recomendaría un par de pases, para que todos pusiesen disfrutar de las actividades. - Y lo único negativo la “pelea” por las tumbonas, que te obligan a levantarte temprano para coger sitio, pero esto último es igual en todos los hoteles de estas características, así que poca solución tiene. En definitiva una buena opción para disfrutar en familia, un lugar al que sin duda nosotros volveremos junto a más familiares. Enhorabuena y que sigan trabajando tan bien para que podamos disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones.

The hotel is a lovely looking hotel. The pools are amazing the entertainment team is brilliant and the food and drinks are perfect. Issues: Arrival and no one helps take up the suit cases. Cleaner didn’t clean or change the towels twice in a week because the cleaners finish at 5 so if your room has not been done by then it won’t be done. Pay deposit for pool towels but three days was not able to swap towels as no towels available. Customers turned away as no more towels so had to sit on beds with bathroom towels. Gave us a room facing the local bar which kept us up every night. Complained and was told nothing they can do as we leave in three days so not worth moving us. Jet2 wouldn’t even get involved and say nothing they could have done as we only booked basic room. 7 days not able to sleep until 2am.

Hemos estado esta última semana en el hotel (dos adultos y dos niños de 5 y 2 años). Os comento nuestra experiencia. Por lo pronto, tuvieron el detalle de darnos la habitación antes de las 15, cosa de agradecer debido a que viajábamos con dos niños pequeños. No obstante, la habitación no estaba preparada (había un pañal sucio en la papelera del baño y la cuna que no habíamos pedido...). La habitación (Suite Júnior) no estaba mal, salvo porque, al abrir el sofá-cama, que era de dos piezas (el sofá se convertía en dos camas de 80), entre medias había un hueco de unos 25 cm por dónde se colaba un niño. Lo comenté en recepción y trataron de poner solución (un manta entre las dos camas), aunque eso no solucionaba el problema....El horario de preparación de las habitaciones, excesivo, ya que sólo un día hemos tenido la habitación antes de las 14. El resto de los días a partir de las 17:00 (imposible que el peque durmiera siesta en la misma). Con respecto a la comida, os comento lo bueno: las pizzas muy ricas, la calidad de la materia prima muy buena (zumo de naranja natural, patatas fritas naturales....). Lo malo, muy repetitiva, muy poca variedad, nada de los típicos "potajes" que también les apetece a los niños, poca elaboración en los platos.... Con respecto a la animación: LA MEJOR de todos los hoteles en los que hemos estado. Muy atentos con los niños y una pena no poder habernos despedido de ellos porque hemos salido temprano y no nos ha dado tiempo, pero han sido todos super amables. Con respecto a las instalaciones, SON MUY BUENAS: toboganes para grandes y pequeños, tienen varias piscinas, no faltan hamacas.... Os dejo unas fotos para que las veáis. En ese sentido, SÍ QUE ES UN HOTEL DE 5 ESTRELLAS. Creo que tiene que mejorar algunas cosas como ya he comentado (comida, habitaciones, limpieza, detalles con los clientes...) que los hoteles de 5 estrellas de España sí tienen y que creo que es de mención. Estoy segura de que en un tiempo, mejorarán el servicio a los clientes

Overall we had an excellent holiday at hotel Jupiter. Room was very comfortable with nice linen and good facilities in the room. The hotel was clean and modern and secure. Food in the restaurant on the whole was excellent. Always some fresh appetising salads and good selection on meats and fish. Wood fires pizza available every lunch and dinner. Later found out pasta cooked to order as well although this isn’t very clear. Bean to cup coffee machines on the restaurant have good coffee. I chose double expresso with fresh milk as powdered milk not nice. Machines were also regularly out of order. Bar drinks good, draft beer was nice. Cocktails were hit and miss, they came from a machine and half way through the gin and tonic switched to this machine, which weren’t as nice as the gin they served out of the bottle. Red and white Wine very drinkable. Bar staff worked very hard and queues were minimal most of the time. Pool area was fantastic for kids plenty of space and slides for them to enjoy. Plenty of sun beds available even if you got down late. Activities available every hour or so. Evening entertainment available most nights on the outdoor stage, which was ok slightly amateur set up with poor lighting. Local themed dancers etc. Live music most nights in the bar was on whole very good. The bar area was slightly too bright and stark on an evening could have done with more mood lighting to create a more relaxed atmosphere. Overall we had a fantastic holiday at the Jupiter

Excellent Hotel, rooms were spotless and modern, the choice and availability of food was amazing, the pool areas were great for kids - the waterslides especially. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would also recommend visiting Zoomarine if in the area, the swimming with dolphins experience was amazing.

Fabulous stay at this hotel, spacious rooms spotlessly clean, entertainment throughout the day was amazing, staff all so friendly, nothing was a problem, always trying to accommodate your needs, staff during food times were brilliant, they all worked so hard & constantly with a smile on their face! The food for an all inclusive resort was absolutely brilliant, so much variety! We had an absolute blast here & would highly recommend it, kids thoroughly enjoyed it & said they would love to go back!!

We had a lovely family stay, the only criticism I have is the food was not adequate for a 5 star all inclusive hotel so we ate out 3 out of the 5 nights We will stay here again in the future as the hotel was perfect for families and young children

Great staff who helped in every way. Also the pools were great, the main bigger pool better than the quiet pool. Location is very good as it is very close to the beach and the New Town of Albufeira and a 15 min drive away from the Old Town. The food was delicious some nights better than others, with my personal favourite being the Brazilian night when they serve the steak. Also the main restaurant that you can only book once a week is very nice as well, with good mains but not so great starters. I thouroughly enjoyed the dessert in both restaurants ( the buffet and the restaurant ) where the chocolate brownie with ice cream was nice in the restaurant and the ice cream was also nice in the buffet. For dessert I got chocolate and straciatella (vanilla with chocolate chips) with chocolate sauce and showered in sprinkles. The overall hotel is amazing for families and would highly recommend to anyone looking to travel in the Albufeira region.

The family had a great time. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The room was spacious and clean. It had everything you needed for the stay. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The food served was amazing, so much variety. Always fresh and tasty. Drinks were great too, lots of selection. The bars scattered around the hotel were also nice if you spent your day at a certain pool and did not have to walk far. The snacks during the day were great. If you did not fancy a big meal, fresh fruit or a slice of pizza was on hand. The organisation of all this was 2nd to none. The amount of food to be prepared and ready and always presentable was just outstanding. The pools were wonderful. The water slides were fun. The hotel was also not too busy that sun loungers and umbrellas were available around the pool areas no matter what time you went for a swim. Then there is the entertainment team. Wow, these guys were just unbelievable. Always enthusiastic, energetic, fun and not pushy if you did not want to take part in an activity. Activities for the kids and adults were ongoing throughout the day and once all that was done, they still had the energy to put on shows at night. They were great at getting the guests dancing and taking part during the day. Can’t fault them from our experiences with them. Very good team to have on-board to keep the guests occupied and entertained. Also very patient with the kids groups through the day. Buses to the beach, old town, water parks etc were also great. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a break with their family. Keep it up Jupiter Albufeira Hotel.

La atención del personal del hotel muy buena. Pero el servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho de desear, no reponen los jabones de cortesía ni reponen el agua del calentador de agua de infusiones que hay en la habitación, cómo sería lo correcto en esta categoría de hotel El horario de los comedores es muy agradecido por parte del personal que aunque entres a última hora te atienden igualmente. La zona es ideal ya que a pesar de estar cerca de una zona de bares, no estás en todo el bullicio si no más bien esta a las afueras. Para ir con niños es un hotel ideal.

En effet c'est un très belle hôtel mais très mal dimensionné il y a beaucoup trop de monde !! L'hôtel est impersonnel et l'équipe nous le fait clairement ressentir vous êtes juste un numéro ! Si vous n'êtes pas comptant allez voir ailleurs ! Pour la petite histoire nous sommes arrivés à 9h00 du matin avec nos deux filles de 11 mois et 4 ans, nous avons demandés a avoir si possible la chambre plus tôt juste pour déposer les affaires et nous reposer, mais la réponse a été négative on m'a dit d'attendre 15h ! Nous avons donc attendu et à 15 h on m'a dit d'attendre 15 min, puis 5 minutes, puis encore 10 min !!! Une honte ! Pour continuer nous avons été logé dans la chambre 339 (côté rue) en face de deux bar qui on la musique à fond jusqu'à 3h du matin j'ai beau me plaindre à la réception rien à faire l'hotel est complet donc t'en pis pour vous ! Pour un 5 étoiles le service et pitoyable je ne recommande pas du tout cet hotel !!

This hotel is amazing. We was sad to be coming home on monday but already looking to back next year. There was always something on for the kids water slides entertainment by the pool to the mini disco magic shows an entertainment in the lobby. The allinclusive was great couldnt fault it atall. The rooms were amazing cleaned everyday so they were spotless all the staff were really great an friendly they all loved my 2 little boys they always had smiles on there faces wenever they seen them definately going back next year for my little boys 6th birthday as we were there for his 5th this year they left a little bottle of fizzy apple juice an a birthday note in the room for him an it made his whole birthday thanks jupiter an we will be back next year

One of the best hotels you can spend a week or two with your kids!! Very highly recommend, staff are the most friendly you can find, pools and slides are fantastic!! Excelente espaço para crianças. A comida no hotel é demasiado cara. Próximo do hotel, existem boas alternativas para comer mais em conta.

Este hotel nos parecido genial para unas vacaciones familiares. Mi hijo se lo pasó genial. El hotel está nuevo, habitaciones grandes y muy limpio. La única pega que puedo ponerle es que si no te quedas mas de cuatro noches no tienes opción del todo incluido.

5 estrelas, em tudo. Boas condições e animações para crianças. Boas piscinas e escorregas. Comida podia ser melhor para ser excepcional. Muitos empregados estrangeiros e virado para o mercado inglês (90% dos clientes). Bons quartos, espaçosos com boas varandas. Vista espetacular do bar do 10° andar.

Vou querer falar de alguns pormenores, pois são eles que fazem destacar este hotel. Passámos aqui uma semana, em regime "tudo incluído", foi muito agradável. Os empregados são muito simpáticos, prestáveis e atentos, tanto na zona do buffet como nas piscinas. Falando em piscinas, temos uma piscina com bar no centro, 3 piscinas para crianças onde uma delas tem escorregas. Uma piscina para adultos redonda, onde se as pessoas colaborassem com os vigilantes seria silenciosa e sem crianças, mas estes passam o tempo a pedir para respeitarem as regras e a serem desautorizados pelos utilizadores que insistem em ter as crianças a gritar por todo lado. Não obstante os vigilantes são incansáveis. Temos ainda uma zona de escorregas para adultos e crianças. Têm uma zona infantil com actividades para as crianças, desde as 10h30 até à tarde. As actividades são interessantes, com bricolage, caça ao tesouro e piscina. Todos os espaços estão sempre bastante limpos. O ginásio é super bem equipado, um dos melhores que conheci no país, com equipamento fittech, óptimo para quem não quer interromper os treinos nas férias. No ginásio apenas aponto uma nota menos positiva, está quente demais, seria mais agradável mais fresco. O spa não conheci, apenas serviu para ir alugar as toalhas para a piscina. Ainda na zona exterior há centenas de espreguiçadeiras por isso ninguém fica sem. A zona de buffet é enorme, e mesmo em lotação esgotada não precisamos esperar por lugar nem por comida, as dezenas de empregados de mesa que estão a servir tornam tudo fácil, além de serem muito simpáticos e atenciosos. A comida é muito variada, com temáticas diárias na animação, e muito boa. Fresca. Bem confeccionada. Saborosa. Respeitante dos teores de sal. Além das 3 refeições principais disponíveis haviam ainda lanches entre o pequeno almoço e o almoço, e entre o almoço e o jantar. Como ficamos no 10o andar tínhamos ainda à porta do quarto um bar aberto das 17h30 às 23h35 que dispunha de um terraço lounge com uma linda vista pela cidade. Os quartos suite são excelentes, cama sumier muito confortável e sofá. A limpeza é um ponto muito a favor do hotel. O hotel é de tal forma autosuficiente que nem precisamos sair e tínhamos sempre que fazer. Dispõem de 5 elevadores que permite curto espaço de espera. Parque coberto pago que fica fechado à noite. Não consigo encontrar muitos pontos negativos a referir, mas tenho uma sugestão: tornem a piscina redonda mesmo interdita a crianças, algumas pessoas não têm filhos e querem descansar num lugar calmo, as crianças têm outras 4 piscinas para brincar e gritar. De resto parabéns por este primeiro ano, se continuarem assim vão ter de construir outro igual ao lado. Obrigada pela experiência 5 estrelas

We are here on our family moon and we felt this hotel was amazing. My son is 2, this is his first holidays in Albufeira, Jupiter albufeira is a placed where you can come to relax and enjoy spending time with your family, there is entertainment through out the hotel. The renovation is outstanding with feature a splash park, water park, outdoor swimming pools for children and adults, 3 restaurants, SPA with indoor pool, roof top bar, the Jupiter Albufeira Hotel stands out from the rest. This hotel was perfect for beyond what we could expect so clean everywhere you look. complimentary transfer to Praia da Oura beach and Albufeira old town. Relaxation never ends on this holiday The food is amazing and we would normally go out but theres no need too. Theres a sandwich bar to make your own pack lunch aswell being able to order one for outings I cant find faults with anything and we plan to return in a few years. If and time c taking a plunge in the adults only pool. Formerly known as Hotel Montechoro, this hotel offers plenty to do plus modern and comfortable rooms for families to top off your stay.

Amazing hotel, beautiful newly renovated rooms, extremely friendly staff and lots of activities for families with kids. Very good array of food as well!

Hôtel familial avec beaucoup d’activités pour les enfants notamment les glissades d’eau. Personnel très gentil, hôtel très bien entretenu, chambres propres et modernes, bar sur le toit avec une vue splendide. Par contre les chambres sont mal adaptées aux familles de 4 ( second lit est un divan lit). L’hôtel est loin de la plage et il n’y a pas de service sur place offert par l’hôtel. La nourriture est très bonne mais considérez qu’il n’y a qu’un buffet car le buffet Italien est plutôt un prolongement du buffet principal. Les enfants ont eu beaucoup de plaisir!!

Bom, por onde posso começar, um hotel impecável, quartos magníficos, exteriores exelentes, staff da maior competência, por isto e muito mais, um casal com duas filhas, aconselho vivamente a experimentar.

Our last day of holiday today and would just like to thank all the staff at the Jupiter for an amazing stay. Every one at this hotel are so friendly and helpful, from the cleaners to management. The hotel has everything u need to enjoy yourself, we rarely left the grounds. The rooms are big and clean and very modern. I would definitely return here and that's not something I ever think at the end of a holiday.

L'un des meilleurs hôtel tout inclus que j'ai eu l'occasion de faire ! Le personnel est très souriant et parle bien l'anglais, malgré mon faible niveau je n'ai pas eu de mal à me faire comprendre. L'hôtel est récent, il est donc moderne et très bien entretenu. La diversité de la nourriture est très impressionnante et c'est plutôt bon, mention spéciale pour la soirée orientale et son stand kebab a volonté ! Les animations sont également à la hauteur des attentes, il y en a pour tous les gouts, en effets, plusieurs animations sont disponibles simultanément chaque soir. Pour notre première soirée, c'est 3 animations qui nous ont été proposé ! Bon tout n'est pas rose bien sur, parmi les points négatif, nous pouvons citer le voisinage direct de l'hôtel : Le secteur est plus ou moins abandonné, pratique si vous êtes fan d'urbex, par contre c'est assez angoissant si vous aimez les balades sans prendre le bus pour se rendre a la plage ou au centre ville ! De plus une discothèque à ciel ouvert est installé juste en face de l'hôtel et fait donc profité d'une musique relativement forte jusqu'a 3h du matin à toute une face de l'hôtel, bien qu'on aient eu peur au début, ça ne nous a pas gêner plus que ça. Je sais pas si c'est la période ou si c'est toujours comme ça, nous y etions au moins de juin, mais il y a énormément de vent dehors, ce qui a tendance a énormément refroidir les piscines, ce qui fait une énorme différence entre l'eau et la température très élevé de l'extérieur, l'eau etait donc gelé, nous n'avons donc pas profité de ces dernières... Les toboggans disponible n'ont rien à envié aux grand parc aquatique et ne paye pas de mine a première vue mais ils sont tout a fait acceptable, dommage que l'eau ai été si froide. Pour finir je tenais quand même a parlé des bars, un large choix de boisson [avec et sans alcool] sont disponible et a volonté mais ce qui nous a énormement dérangé c'est qu'il fallait scanner la carte d'accés a la chambre pour pouvoir être servi, au point qu'on se demandais si on allais recevoir une facture lors de notre départ... Finalement la promesse est tenu et malgres mes centaines de Pina Colada (qui sont excellente d'ailleurs), nous sommes repartis sans qu'on me demande des comptes. Globalement je suis hyper satisfait de ma semaine passé dans cette hotel et je vous recommande sans aucune retenu de passer y faire un petit sejour. Comme dit au début de mon avis, c'est l'un des meilleurs hotel tout inclus que j'ai pu faire :)

Mon commentaire est le reflet de leur silence. Je suis tombé sur une offre voyage privée pour la somme de 2850euros il y a maintenant une semaine. Souhaitant avoir des précisions sur la chambre et la réservation j'ai demandé des confirmations via leur formulaire de contact. 48h après, enfin une réponse, et à ma grande surprise, pas de réponse à mes questions mais une réservation pour 3800euros. Je recris donc car je ne comprends pas leurs mails, pensant qu'il y a une erreur. 24h après, toujours pas de réponse à ma demande mais nouvelle confirmation de réservation pour 3400euros...je demande donc le jour même d'être contacté par téléphone afin qu'on réponde à ma demande, sous réserve de savoir si il la comprenne bien, 72h toujours pas de réponse, et la promotion voyage privée arrive à son terme. Manque de sérieux et de respect total.

Estadia razoável... As bebidas deixa muito a desejar não se conhece as marcas das bebidas e todas as bebidas com gás são todas a pressão. O comer é bom e tem muita variedade mas para um hotel 5estrelas renovado esperava melhor serviço...

Nesta altura do ano preço/qualidade excelente.o quarto mesmo ao lado d recepção é muito espaçoso e com bonita decoração e fica a 3 metros da piscina exterior.

A terrible hotel. Rooms large and very nice but no kettle,fridge or lock on balcony door. Carpets frayed torn and frayed bed sheets. Not properly cleaned and bathroom totally outdated. Food cold and disgusting. We only ate breakfast here because I was ill after eating a lunch although we were all inclusive. Thankfully there were plenty of decent restaurants nearby. Sunbeds were plentiful. Reason being hardly a gone could lie on them as they were sagged and of poor quality. Most people sat around the pool in chairs. Staff although very pleasant were over worked as staff was sparse and ques at the bar was always long. Thankfully we were only there for a week and the weather was fabulous

stayed 7 nights at this hotel, the location was brilliant local to everthing. the staff was friendly and helpful, whole of the hotel need updating especially the bathrooms definitely not 4 star

Extremely poor condition inside, food was always cold not enough variety Entire hotel needs renovation, they claim 4star but its nowhere near 4star No minibar in rooms no kettles in the room it took us 2days to get kettle to make tea in our room and 3days to get fridge in room after arguing with the management. Another group from midlands vowed never to come in this hotel another guys just moved to the different hotel after staying 2 days. There is so many things you can write here but this only few things I have mentioned. The holiday firm I booked with said it has gym, sauna,spa and hair dresser guess what nothing there. I suggest any holiday firms should send their reps to check this hotel again. I paid £750.00 for days for this place for this . Monte choro hotel is loosing their repetition fast. Most of the British holiday makers told me they were disgusted by staying in this place. Any holiday firm offer this hotel please please get them check this hotels thats offering.I don't recommend to anyone.

Falta de higiene, velho e com uma enorme falta de qualidade...

Hotel com uma decoração um pouco ultrapassada , porém os quartos são bastante espaçosos. O staff é bastante simpático. O pequeno almoço e bastante diversificado e completo. Fica a uns 15 min a pé da praia, as piscinas não têm nada a acrescentar e preço não é mau.

I had a great and splendid time there with my family and the staff are very helpful but I did not really except the lock of the door twice not working.

The hotel in general was really nice, if a little dated. The food for the all inclusive meals were okay, really nice if you caught them on a good day.

It's cheap so you have to keep your expectations low. The cleanliness is probably the worst I've ever encountered at any hotel. Rooms are dated and lack any real facilities like a kettle. Lifts are pretty pointless so you end up using the stairs more than the lifts!

Hotel con unas habitaciones muy anticuadas con un baño muy antiguo que hace que se vea sucio. Pero no me quejo de esto porque esto tiene arreglo. La queja viene dada a que vinimos un grupo de 40 personas de Barcelona con la comida y bebida incluida en el viaje (agua y vino) y que a la hora de cenar, la bebida se puede servir por uno mismo, al llenar el tercer vasito de cerveza, repito, vasito que no llega ni a media caña, viene el encargado del comedor? un tal Felipe para no llamarle señor porque no se lo merece, por la prepotencia y por la mala educación que mostró sobre mi y sobre el grupo de la mesa , de que solo podíamos beber una bebida y que se tenía que abonar el resto, sin saber el precio de lo que nos queria cobrar al no mostrarnos la carta de precios (seguramente sería para completarse el sueldo), cuando todos los demás clientes, sobre todo ingleses, repetian todas las veces que querian sin problemas y sin llevar el brazalete de todo incluido. Este hotel no se merece individuos como este, porque las agencias de viajes buscarán otro sitio para alojarse, porque de hoteles hay muchos y personal que quiera trabajar tambien.

Não recomendo. Hotel sem estacionamento, espaço fisico do século passado, má formação dos colaboradores e para não falar acerca de limpeza porque é péssima. Fiquei hospedada em residenciais muito superiores ao Hotel Montechoro. Liguei um dia antes de fazer o check-in deram-me um valor para usufruir do health club e do banho turco, no dia seguinte pediram-me 3 vezes mais. Muito mau mesmo porque tivemos que abandonar o hotel. Não aconcelho a ninguem.

Just got back from a 9 day holiday with my partner to the Algarve. This was our first time traveling to Portugal so we were very excited and couldn’t wait to get to the hotel in which we believed to be 4* as it states on their website. Upon arrival, we went to reception and was given our room number and room card and wasn’t welcomed to the hotel and the man that served us was very rude and miserable. We asked about the WIFI as this is very important and we would never travel to a country and stay in a hotel without WIFI as both myself and my partner need it. Although it states there is free WIFI in the hotel, and you can pay extra for it in your rooms, this was a lie! And wifi is not available for the rooms. The wifi in which is available by the bar is poor and hardly connects. We was told that we would need to contact Vodafone if we wanted wifi and was rudely shrugged off as if we were irrelevant. The hotel is by NO MEANS! a 4*.. the hotel workers, especially on the reception are extremely rude and not welcoming. A gentleman with Braces in particular was rude and not helpful with anything and when we had a query he was quick to push us away. They actually made our stay quite miserable whilst in the hotel. The rooms are basic, a box tv, no fridge, rubbish air con that didn’t work, dirty carpets, cracked tiles in the bathroom, just the most basic of basic hotels. They don’t allow you to have room service.. We would go out on a trip all day from 9am, until 4:30 / 5pm and the rooms still wasn’t cleaned by time we got back so we had to sit on the balcony at about 6pm and wait for the cleaners to do the room, the breakfast is the most repetitive thing.. same every single day and I suggest getting to the dining room at 7:30am because by 9am its packed of people pushing and shuving for toast. how this hotel can be classed as a 4* is beyond me.. ive stayed in better 2* hotels. I would suggest not staying in this hotel.. the only positive thing about the hotel is that there are plenty of sunbeds around the pool and apart from this… NOTHING would send me back. Albufeira and the Algarve is beautiful.. The hotel however….. isn’t!! Most definitely would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning to this hotel again.
