El hotel es pequeñito, pero muy acogedor, en el ático tienen una piscina estupenda, el desayuno es fantástico y la limpieza inmejorable. El trato es maravilloso, para mi los trabajadores del hotel son un plus muy importante, siempre con una sonrisa ayudando en todo lo que podían y con celeridad. Parai lo mejor el trato y la limpieza

L'hôtel est charmant, situé dans un quartier ancien de Loulé, sur une très jolie place ombragée. Le personnel est très sympathique, toujours près à se plier en 4 pour faire plaisir. Notre chambre était très agréable, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour être confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié, avec pas mal de produits faits maison et du café expresso, ce qui m'a manqué dans les 2 autres hôtels dans lesquels nous sommes descendus dans la région. J'ai été étonné qu'il ne compte que 3 étoiles, il en mérite 4 à mon avis. Je le conseille sans réserve.

Superbe hôtel, emplacement parfait dans la ville, joli bâtisse qui donne sur une petite place très mignon, superbe chambre, superbe déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, jus d'orange frais pressé, des vrais croissants. Équipe très accueillante.
Bonne literie, la chambre a beaucoup de charme, très clair, joliment rénové. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car il faisait trop frais, mais la piscine sur le toit est génial pour les soirées d'été.

I went with my parents and we stayed in a triple bed room. It is really comfortable, clean. Staff very friendly and attentive, specifically Luis in the reception. He gave us excellent recommendation about restaurants and places to go in loule such as Afonso III restaurant is simple but food is great . Breakfasts is fantastic please try "queijo fresco com doce de abobora". I recommend it and I'll go back there.

Fabuloso! El hotel es pequeñito pero no le falta de nada. Tiene zonas comunes, gimnasio, el desayuno con mucha variedad, las habitaciones cómodas, confortables y nada pequeñas. La cama de mi habitación era enorme y muy muy cómoda. El personal muy atento y amable en todo momento. Si alguna vez vuelvo sin duda repetiré

This property is in the old city. Lots of character in the hotel & nearby. Though our room was not yet ready, the staff were willing to make arrangements for our luggage and they gave directions to the Saturday Market place. Such a great local experience.

Bonito hotel situado en el centro de Loulé.
Exteriormente presenta una imagen clásica de la zona del Algarve, pareciendo un poco antiguo pero interiormente está muy bien dotado y modernizado.
El trato del personal es exquisito, haciendo la estancia de los huespedes muy comoda.
Sin duda muy recomendable y una de los mejores opciones para pasar unos días en el Concelho de Loulé.

Probably the best hotel we've stayed in not the fanciest or biggest but definitely the best. Prices were unbelievable. Service was excellent. Staff extremely friendly and the room we had was perfect with nice view of the streets below. Cannot recommend highly enough. During our stay here we spent 1 night in Lisbon in a very posh hotel and we left dissapointed because this place was so good.

Hotel spoko, śniadania bardzo smaczne, szwedzki stół wiec każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Parking znajduje sie pod budynkiem wiec jest Oke. Hotel posiada tez siłownie wiec można sobie poćwiczyć. Na dachu znajduje sie basen. W hotelu jest winda co ułatwia wnoszenie bagaży. Obsługa bardzo miła, sympatyczna i pomocna. Pokoje czyste i ładnie urządzone, codziennie były sprzątane. Dobra lokalizacja hotelu bo zaraz jest wyjazd z miasta.

Hotel de 3 estrellas en un pequeño pueblecito del algarve. Ideal para un fin de semana de tranquilidad. El pueblo de loule no ofrece gran cosa en invierno... Pero nosotros solo queríamos un fin de semana de pareja tranquilo. El hotel no esta mal para 3 estrellas aunque se ve anticuado la entrada... Las habitaciones estan reformadas, aunque no lo baños. El desayuno incluido muy amplio.

Spotlessly clean and very welcoming. Lovely breakfast and pleasant staff who are very helpful. It is in a very good position on the edge of town and you can walk into all the restaurants cafés and shops easily. It is walking distance from the market which is a must to visit. You can have a room with a terrace if you so wish. The swimming pool on the roof is a lovely addition. Underground parking very useful and keeps car cool in summer. However there is usually a space in the road.
We go out of season when everywhere is less crowded although Loulé is mostly frequented by locals.
Fresh, simple food with generous servings at Alfonso's on the next corner worth a try for evening meal.
Perhaps avoid room next to lift (elevator) as it can make a noise when used at night. Otherwise it is very quiet in our experience.

Très bon hôtel. On a apprécié la piscine sur le toit. La gentillesse du personnel. La qualité des services. La beauté et propreté. Très bon petit déjeuner. Parking sous terrain privé et gratuit dans la limite des places disponibles. Le très gentil barman que l'on a eu sera tout à fait capable de converser en anglais avec vous. Centre ville à 5 min à pied. Demandez à l'accueil les restaurants a côté pour manger c'est très bon et vraiment pas cher.

Quarto e terraço muito bom. Limpeza impecável e pequeno almoço diversificado e em abundância. Um pequeno defeito que vale uma rstrela: no peq almoço não há em permanência um empregado e como, por exemplo, os sumos são naturais entopem a torneira do garrafão ... e a substituição dos produtos, por vezes, demora demasiado tempo.
Mas recomendo o hotel.

Immer wieder wenn ich an die Algarve reise gehört dieses familiäre Hotel zu meiner bevorzugten Unterkunft. Die großen und sauberen Zimmer wie auch der nette Service sind einfach gut. Die Lage an einem kleinen Park nahe der Altstadt ist sehr zentral. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!!

I booked this property for 2 nights , and I spent a night there and didn’t like it and I mention to reception people about a possibility cancelation from my end , however I decide to stay another night but I was running errands and when I got back to the hotel reception area @12:05 am , past midnight I was told that my room was canceled without my permission and the manager said there is nothing he can do for me to accommodate my stay and that they didn’t have anymore rooms for me, I told them I have nowhere to go and that I didn’t have any define conversation to cancel my room and he said he could careless and There is nothing he can do. I was in room 309 and employees there went in to the room and touched my belongings and put them in a bed and brought them to the front desk . All these was shocked to me and I had nowhere to go for that night . This was terrifying and scary .

Lovely hotel,with an excellent location, staff could not be more helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good.Having stayed in this hotel before I was a little disappointed as we were given an adapted room which resulted in a smaller space to allow wheelchair accessibility, however I will return again.

Personnel accueillant et très aimable. excellent rapport qualité/prix. Un prix imbattable pour tous les services proposés par lhôtel. Lhôtel est propre et les chambre sont spacieuses. Il manque cependant des patères pour les vêtements et serviettes dans la salle de bain.Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très fourni. Il manque cependant un espace pour une restauration rapide.Lhôtel est situé proche du centre ville et permet de se balader à pied sans problème. Sans prétention, il a tout dun grand !!

Bastante bien para ser un 3 estrellas......bien en trato, limpieza, instalaciones bastante bien y zona de fácil aparcamiento y cerca de bastantes actividades......relación calidad-precio excepcional y buffet desayuno muy bien ,por po era un pero deberían de prestar atención al reponer producto del buffet a falta de una hora de cierre hay que seguir reponiendo. Personal de recepción muy atento y atendido en español

Je suis tombé sur ce hotel par hasard en préparant notre séjour en Algarve. Et les hasards comme ça on voudrait avoir chaque fois faisant une réservation. L'accueil, la chambre, l'emplacement, le petit-déjeuner...nous avons que des beaux souvenirs et nous regrettons que trop souvent il n'y a pas des chambres libres dans les dates qui nous convient.

Localizado no centro de Loulé, este hotel de 3 estrelas não é fácil de avaliar. Cinco estrelas na simpatia, profissionalismo e disponibilidade!
O espaço da Pichina no 3 andar é uma pequena pérola! Com pouca gente é top! Tudo o resto é “LOW COST”, não pelo preço mas sim pela oferta. Pequenos quartos, chuveiro mínimo, pequeno-almoço mínimo, passei o tempo mínimo no quarto ou pelo hotel. Não convida a ficar, pena.

It is a very beautiful hotel in the centre of Loule. Perfect position becouse it is at only 30 minutes from Albufeira but it isn't so much turistic and so it is brilliant. The room is clean, comfortable and the staff is so kind, helpfull and available. There is a very big buffet for breakfast, so much choice for every taste.

Genial!! Calidad / precio muy recomendable. El personal ofrece un trato muy agradable, la zona es muy tranquila y tienen un restaurante en la misma plaza "Alfonso III" que lo recomiendo 100%. Habitación muy limpia, aunque guardaba un poco de humedad.

Hotel da minha estadia em Loulé por altura do Rallye Casinos do Algarve 2015 ( salvo erro ). Gostei das instalações e de tudo no Hotel. Não esqueço que no Sábado levantei-me muito cedo para ir ver as PEC´s e ao sair do Hotel, o senhor que fazia de segurança chamou-me e perguntou " Não vai comer nada ? " Eu disse Senhor eu comia mas a esta hora está ainda fechado o pequeno-almoço. Ele com a sua simpatia toda, disse-me acompanhe-me e coma algo e assim fiz. Gostei muito da atitude do senhor que não sei o seu nome. Numa próxima ida a Loulé a estadia será sempre no Loulé Jardim Hotel ...

Das Hotel sieht wirklich aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist leider nicht fotografiert, denn die ist wirklich Klasse. Sauber, gemütlich, im Febr. gut geheizt und die Altstadt ist kurz zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist mehr Wert als das Hotel Sterne hat, besser als in manchem Hotel mit höherer Kategorie. vielen Dank Euch

Great value for money. Good and quiet location close to the centre. Basic but clean and well equiped rooms. Fresh fruits at the breakfast buffet. Just what you need. very friendly staff. Only some problems with the credit card payment the morning I was leaving. But let's not be too picky. Great place that treats its customers much better than many other hotels at 4 times the price.

Was attending a wedding near the Algarve region, so this hotel was considered convenient. I stayed there for 3 nights. On the first night, at 4am, a loud and continuous knocking/thumping sound woke both my husband and I up (imagine it as someone pounding food in their kitchen above you). It lasted more than an hour until I was so tired and eventually drifted to sleep. It was very disturbing. The staff were very helpful and understanding, and allowed us to either cancel our remaining stay without charge OR move us to another room the next morning- we chose the latter as we were travelling in a group and didn't want to inconvenience the others. The rooms are spacious, but I noticed they are much darker in real than depicted in the photos. The rooms and bathrooms are also very clean, but I can't help but pick out this musky smell in the rooms. The entire property actually feels much older than in the photos. Another thing that concerned me was...there's no duvet cover? I find this very weird. Don't really like my duvet exposed, especially when the duvet has a roughen texture. The pool area is quite pleasant and the friendly and helpful staff made the stay better. But the town around that area is boring and is considered a ghost town.

Piscine extérieure semblable aux photos. Petit déjeuner très copieux et bon. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Facilité de garer la voiture. Petits restaurants sympas autour. Grand marché le samedi matin. Hypermarché à 2 min à pieds. N'hésitez pas.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Loule. Alle interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Mein Zimmer war groß und ruhig gelegen.Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gute Ortsrandlage, nur 5 Minuten zur Altstadt. Parkmoeglichkeiten am Haus.
Sauber und gut gefuert. Der Rezeption fehlt teilweise die freundlichkeit. Ein Stern Abzug.

We arrived late in the evening with a tired 3 year old. The place was easy to find, had easy parking, friendly staff who could communicate in english. Our room was all set up with a cot for the 3 year old. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds and a lovely view on the square when we woke up in the morning. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Warm food and cold food. Goes beyond your typical buffet.

Super séjour de 8 jours dans ce petit paradis. Personnel compétent, accueillant, souriant, disponible. Excellent petit déjeûner digne de Gargantua, varié, frais, sucré, salé, abondant. Chambre très propre et confortable, calme, climatisée. RIEN A REDIRE. Beaucoup de charme pour cet hôtel situé sur une petite place ombragée, proche du centre-ville. Large choix de restaurants bons, copieux, à des prix très abordables. A RECOMMANDER SANS HESITATION.

El hotel en general esta bien, las habitaciones necesitan un repaso, son bastantes antiguas. Pequeñas para tres camas. El desayuno bastante limitao. Ahora bien el personal genial, amables a mas no poder. Limpito y coqueto. Desayunar en el patio un lujo. A pesar de haber varios españoles la tele no tenia ni un solo canal en español.

Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, ebenso das Bad. Unter das Bett schaut man besser nicht... obendrein ist das Bettgestell mit einem Stoff bezogen, der Flecken sämtlichen Ursprungs enthält. Raucher finden Ihren gemütlichen Platz vor der Tür, die Dachterasse - wo auch der Pool ist- schließt um 20h. Sehr gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Das Hotel liegt zentral in Loule und verfügt über eine Tiefgarage.

Der Aufenhalt war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war sauber. Statt eines Doppelbettes waren es 2 getrennte Betten - aber mann konnte sie zusammenschieben. TV war auch vorhanden jedoch keine deutschen Sender. Das Frühstückpersonal hätte freundlicher sein können (z. B eine nette Begrüßung am Morgen usw,) Die Receptionisten waren sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Das Hotel befindet sich an einem schönen ruhigem Platz in der Stadt Loule. Das Frühstückbuffet hat uns gut geschmeckt - genügend frische Obst , usw.
