Un equipo de profesionales, donde cada detalle nos ha sorprendido, la comida es un manjar de sabores y los mozos muy serviciales, especialmente el Sr. João. La limpieza excelente y el personal de recepción nos dio las mejores recomendaciones, destacando al Sr. Osvaldo. Parking gratis y en auto alquilado fue la mejor decisión para conocer todo el Algarve. O hotel não dispõem de funcionários para ajudar levar as malas para o quarto, quando solicitei ao recepcionistas ele indicou o garçom, que na hora respondeu que eu me virasse com quatro malas para levar ao quarto!!! Foi simplesmente decepcionante e constrangedor, por está a recepção cheia de clientes. Neste hotel não volto mais nem indico para ninguém passar o que eu passei...

Fantastic hotel. Very clean, staff attentive. Only had buffett breakfast which was plentiful and lots of choice. Rented a car which is helpful for area as amenities quite spaced out in the area. Restraunt Margemsul nearby was also lovely

Our room was spacious, really clean, and the view! Definitely worth the price. We rented a car so transportation was not an issue as others may have mentioned. Hotel has free parking btw!

Hotel i jedzenie na dobrym poziomie. Warto tu przyjechać. Blisko do Albufeiry i innych ciekawych miejsc. Wybraliśmy tą lokalizację aby być w środku wybrzeża i mieć możliwość podróży na wschód i zachód. Jako miejsce wypadowe sprawdziło się świetnie.

The hotel is located on the highest point in Sao Rafael, very close two lovely beaches and five minutes ride to Albufeira. There is a hiking path with stunning, amazing views from the cliffs and hidden beaches. The standard room is basic and old fashioned but if you are lucky you might have a sea view, it is very worth it. There is indoor swimming pool and jaccuzi, gym, game room and spa. It has two outdoor swimming pools. You would not need the outdoor/indoor pool if you love to swim in the open ocean . The staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful. My wife booked it as our wedding anniversary and I lovely every moment.

Wenn man über die Baustelle vor dem Zimmer mit Meerblick schaut ist es eine tolle Aussicht.Das Frühstücksbuffet war immer das Gleiche. Etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre schon gewesen. Die Reinigung der Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Sehr oberflächlich, teilweise wurden nur die Betten gemacht. Die Handtücher waren fleckig. Das gesamte Hotel entspricht definitiv nicht einem 4 Sterne Standard. Dunkle muffig riechende Gänge. Der gesamte Wellnessbereich ist sehr düster und überhaupt nicht einladend. Mit Auto ist die Lage okay. Positiv bewerten möchte ich aber das Personal. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Le personne de lhôtel a été très accueillant, le petit déjeuner bien que basique et tous les jours pareil, est tout de même très complet.Les chambres sont propres et correspondant à la description du site.Je recommanderais cet hôtel sans soucis malgré le fait quil soit un peu éloigné du centre ville.

Personnel très effacé et manque un peu d’accueil pour certains. Hotel propre avec des nombreuses prestations proposées. Situation géographique agréable avec grand parking fermé. Bonne literie.Le restaurant propose une bonne cuisine régionale avec des produits frais et variés. Le service manque un peu de rigueur et dorganisation.

Excelente ubicación si quieres descansar en pareja y desconectar. En la habitación cama de matrimonio, dispone de nevera para utilizar. Obsequian con servicio de té y botella de agua mineral al llegar. Se duerme cómodamente. No hay ruidos. Las instalaciones se podrían renovar, son antiguas aunque limpias, tanto habitación como cuarto de baño. En el baño solo incluyen champú, gel de baño y pastilla de jabón. En la TV puedes ver un par de cadenas en español. El desayuno es espectacular, tienes amplia variedad, te puedes exprimir zumo de naranja natural. La cena de buffet correcta, los postres escasos. Tiene piscina cubierta y jacuzzi. La piscina exterior tranquila, con tumbonas, cescep y buena música de ambiente. Es un hotel 4 estrellas algo justo. El personal muy atento y agradable en todo momento. Cumplió mis expectativas en calidad precio.

Book this hotel if you enjoy an old hotel with an extremely musty odor and dark creepy hallways. My blanket had what appeared to be blood stains on it. Breakfast was decent so this is a solid 1 star.

Das Hotel bietet einiges. Offenbar sind wir durch einen günstigen Preis in eine Zimmerkategorie gerutscht, die ansonsten das Doppelte kostet. Das Bad in Zimmer 112 ist eine Marmorhalle, das Zimmer hat auch für zwei Personen noch eine üppige Größe. Dafür ist der Balkon etwas kleiner. Die Verlängerung hätte pro Nacht am WE 130-150€ gekostet, das wäre es mir nicht wert.
Minuspunkte gebe ich für den Kühlschrank, der nicht funktionierte, das WLAN, das das dritte Gerät nicht mehr zulässt und Port 993 für sichere Mails nicht erlaubt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich umfangreich, aber z.b. der Obstsalat schien nicht ausreichend gekühlt und der Kaffee war nicht so toll, dafür gibt es Sekt - für den, der es mag.
Da wir etwas früher da waren, aber keine Minute vor 14:00 einchecken könnten, haben wir uns die Zeit bei einem Kaffee vertrieben, was sich bis zum Bezahlen sehr in die Länge zog.
Der Service war ansonsten freundlich, aber eher kühl, was vermutlich an der Größe liegt. Ansonsten ist alles, wie es vom Anbieter beschrieben wird.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Très confortables et vraiment très agreables. Par contre évitez absolument le restaurant il est vraiment très cher et infecte. Privilégiez ceux dautour. A noter aussi un manque dhygiene dans le jacuzzi et un personnel de réception pas très avenant.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are large enough, breakfast is nice and there is free parking. Gorgeous beach at walking distance. Unfortunately the Wifi is very slow during peak hours, the rooms smell a bit damp and the TVs in the rooms are tiny.

The hotel is clean and rooms are fairly big, the terrasse/ balcony is rather large, however its location in the middle of a residential are doesn't offer great views over the sea. It is however easily accessible and the parking in front is a plus. The swimming pool and the garden are quiet and you can really relax. Breakfast was really good and the bar was really nice and well stocked. Overall a good experience.

What a hotel! Really liked the decor in the room and in the lobby. The breakfast was delicious, they cooked you a full English up when you request at the chefs Kitchen area. The outside could do with a bit of work, I.E the wall by the pool could be glass to add extra class to it and front needs more trees and plants. Thats my only flaw with this Hotel the rest is amazing. The indoor pool is what you expect with a 5 star hotel, as they have a hot tube secluded in the corner, which you control the jets yourself. The room was very clean, bed was comfy and the bathroom was outstanding. The location was only a short walk from 3 outstanding beaches, a few local bars and restaurants. It was only a 20 minute was to the maria as well!Will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

We spend a long time looking for the right hotel. Maritur ticked most of our boxes because it is: adults only, not many rooms, not in a town, close to beaches, on a bus route, walking distance to marina and old town, local Portuguese restaurants nearby. We only had breakfast at the hotel but their prices were comparable with most of the restaurants nearby. The area Soa Rafael is very pleasant to. There was a good choice for breakfast but the tea/coffee/etc was from a machine (powdered coffee/cocoa/milk); I assume to reduce costs. The outdoor pool was nice but I seemed to be the only one swimming in it the week I was there. In door pool was not heated but little difference in temperature from the outside pool. Made use of the laundry room which was a reasonable cost. The staff are very friendly, from the reception staff, dinning staff and cleaners. If you walk to the marina walk the back route (the road that runs along the wall where the outdoor pool is) and turn right at the old cork-oak onto the unsurfaced road. Much nicer than going alone the main road. If you like to eat out I suggest walking to The Sunshine Restaurant.

Bel ensemble. Chambre avec vue sur l’océan, grande terrasse. Propreté 5/5. Petit déjeuner copieux, personnel souriant. Grand parking. A 10 minutes à pied, peut-être la plus belle plage de l’Algarve : Pria St Raphaël, avec un restaurant de bon niveau, 2 parkings.

Hotel situato in un luogo strategico per visitare tutte le varie spiagge. In zona tranquilla residenziale, in 5 minuti di auto si raggiunge il centro di Albufeira. Servizio ottimo, e personale molto gentile. Ottima vista sul mare,da alcune camere. Bellissime piscine,sia esterne che una all'interno. Straconsigliato.

En general fue buena:la limpieza bien, la atención de los camareros muy buena y ha sido una estancia tranquila y agradable. En cuanto a la comida: contratamos media pensión, el desayuno bien pero la cena bastante pésima... deja mucho que desear, poca variedad, poca calidad y cantidad, si se terminaba algo no lo reponían. El menú se basaba diariamente en arroz, pasta, verdura cocida, y carne o pescado que siempre estaban muy muy secos. No recomendaría contratar media pensión aquí porque sale caro.
Luego ponen que tiene un Aquabar y de eso tiene poco, te metes allí, Nadie te sale a atender, te tienes que salir tú, mojado,pedir dentro y volver a meterte en el agua.
Me ha cabreado mucho que el penúltimo día queríamos lavar ropa antes de irnos, preguntamos si podíamos usar la lavandería ya que estaba pechada, el recepcionista nos dijo que no funcionaba que alomejor al día siguiente. Volvimos al día siguiente y había otra recepcionista que nos dijo que teníamos que avisar con 48 horas para ese servicio, con lo cual uno de ellos nos ha mentido. Conclusión: es que está bien pero no para tener 4 estrellas, la calidad precio no se corresponde a esa categoría.

Habitación muy grande, muebles antiguos. Las camas no son especialmente cómodas. El buffet muy escaso y poco variado con muchos mosquitos revoloteando, encontré en el postre un trozo de estropajo. Lo mejor la tranquilidad y la atención agradable de los trabajadores.

Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. Eso sí, están anticuadas y falta mantenimiento sobretodo en los baños que tienen bañera, cortina en la ducha y muy poca luz. La piscina exterior bien aunque los bordes del agua les faltaba una pequeña limpieza. El aquabar sucio y lleno de mosquitos, imposible entrar. La zona de césped de la piscina estaba llena de hormigas. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la lavandería pero al día siguiente lo tenían solucionado y la ropa limpia.
Se encuentra apartado del centro de Albufeira, a 10 minutos del centro en coche. Imposible hacer nada allí sin coche, incluso para ir a la playa es mejor ir en coche.
En cuanto al personal amable, salvo la señora que parece que regenta el restaurante que no es muy simpática.
Perfecto para parejas que busquen tranquilidad y denscanso. Lo de las 4 estrellas del hotel serian 3 como mucho.

Esta en un. Buen sitio para visitar una buena zona de playas preciosas.
El hotel tiene buenos servicios. 3 piscinas que están muy bien.
El desayuno bueno. Aunque si de algo no queda no lo reponen.
Las habitaciones bastantes antiguas. Con bañeras aún y cortinas de duchas. Y las camas nada cómodas. Tienen bastante ruidos en los baños y en la habitación.
Aunque dicen que es un hotel para descansar!!

Alles in allem war das hotel für 4 tage bzw. nächte okay. Einzig die lage ist nicht so zentral. Da ja aber fast jeder einen mietwagen besitzt, passte es dann schon wieder. Ansonsten, netter empfang und ausreichend frühstück. Saubere zimmer, gute betten, alles da was man so braucht.

Disgusting Service
The customer service was disgusting and demonstrated a lack of sympathy.
I am Nurse and work very hard! I chose to attend this hotel because I believed they would have given me a good experience. However, a few weeks before having to travel to Portugal, to the hotel from the united kingdom. My grandma passed away and unfortunately I had to change the booking. I spoke several times to a member of staff who informed me that I had up until the day before arrival to change my booking.
I contacted the hotel again two days before arrival and they informed me I will be charged, did not care of the circumstances. They also implied by email the death of my grandma was my fault because I am the one who decided to change my dates. I was livid, and I could not believe that there are still people who act in suuch a disgusting manner.
I will never use this service again.
If I could rate the service a 0 star, I would!!!!

No way is this. 4 star hotel! The bacon and sausages was undercooked. Luke warm eggs. No mini bar. Bar doesn't open til 12.30. room was quite small. Shower curtains need replacing. No ventilation in toilets. I would not recommend it and I will not be going back. Reception staff were nice. Especially the guy who looked like Ricky Martin

Excelente relação preço/qualidade!!! Porém sugiro que para que os hóspedes possam ter a opção de desfrutar da piscina interior, hidromassagem e banho turco, ANTES de irem tomar o pequeno-almoço, os mesmos possam estar disponíveis a partir das 7:30... Se não o fazem por uma questão de não terem recursos humanos disponíveis a essa hora, para estarem por perto, bastaria que estivesse um aviso afixado, para que os hóspedes que fossem usufruir dessas facilidades, soubessem que seria conveniente irem para essa área acompanhados por familiares ou amigos... E já agora: que tal o PA ser servido até às 11:00??? Em alguns hotéis isso já é uma realidade e o PA transforma-se num brunch maravilhoso... Votos de felicidades, para toda a equipa!!! Obrigada!

Excellent hotel ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour avec une très belle chambre vue océan. Le personnel est très professionnel et agréable, ils parlent tous Français et vous sont dévoués à tous moments. Le buffet petit dej continental est gargantuesque. Seul bémol est pour le diner, je vous déconseille la demi pension car c'est cher (20€) pour le buffet et c'est loin d'être à la hauteur de tout le reste, c'est dommage.

Localização próxima a Praia São Rafael e Praia dos Arrifes, acomodaçoes confortáveis e limpas...porém acredito que a decoração deveria ser atualizada, colaboradores gentis e educados, restaurante com boa comida...tanto no buffet como na carta, pequeno almoço bem farto, piscina externa e interna, estadia bem tranquila e agradável.

Boa estrutura e boa localização. Bom café da manhã (pequeno almoço). Atendimento impecável. Entretanto: piscina interna que deveria ser aquecida, tinha água gelada; cama com cheiro insuportável de mofo; comida do jantar era a sogra do almoço (com mangas aparência e poucas opções); casa de banho sem exaustão de ar.
Denota falta de gestão e de investimentos.

Las habitaciones además de ser espaciosas, son cómodas y silenciosas, por lo que el descanso está garantizado. El desayuno buffet riquísimo y variado. Es de agradecer que tenga piscina cubierta para los días que hace frío, acompañado de jacuzzi bien relajante. El personal muy amable y atento.En general es un hotel en el que el precio-calidad está igualado.

Очень понравился персонал. Тактичный, любезный и очень доброжелательный. Пытаются сделать твое проживание максимально приятным. Особенно хочется выделить богатые и разнообразные завтраки. Очень редко встретишь такое изобилие и разнообразие. Ужин понравился меньше. Фитнес зал скромный, всего четыре снаряда, зато прекрасный бассейн и хамам. На улице ещё два бассейна. До океана 7 минут. Были в начале марта в номерах влажно и прохладно, постоянно пользовались кондиционером. Стоимость двухместного номера 58,5евро за сутки с завтраками. Есть сейф, холодильник, огромная ванная комната. Тапки и халаты не выдают. В общем 4звезды оправданы.

Fue una estancia corta pero me quede con las ganas de disfrutar de los servicios que ofrece el hotel como por ejemplo una piscina interior, el personal del restaurante es de sobresaliente, las habitaciones son muy amplias y comodas la limpieza también es bastante buena, no dudaría en volver a diafrutar mas de esta zona y como no volvería a elegir este hotel

Ein tolles Hotel mir gutem Angebot an Pool, Wellness usw. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Wie hatten eine mit Meerblick, bezaubernde Aussicht! Es ist insgesamt ruhig und eignet sich von der Lage hervorragend für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.
Das Preis -Leistungsangebot passt. Das Frühstück ist gut. Die Pizzeria im Haus hat sehr gutes Essen, Fisch, Fleisch und natürlich Pizza. Gute Qualität zum vertretbaren Preis. Alles in allem absolut zu empfehlen!

We are a middle-aged couple. We booked this holiday two days before arrival. We hadnt rented a car. Upon arrival at 9.30, we were still able to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Staff seemed very competent and friendly. We discovered on our 4 day stay that this extended to all staff in the hotel including particularly those on reception and in the breakfast area. The lady at reception was particularly pleasant helpful and informative, whether it was in order taxis for us, giving directions to local beaches or to the Marina or with advice about places to go or eat out at in Albufeira Old Town. The Fishermans Festival was on that weekend and she also gave us a view on the music we could expect. There are two outdoor pools and one indoor plus a range of other useful facilities in the hotel. The hotel and rooms are spotless and as someone who loves fruit found the breakfast ample and tasty with a wide range od different foods and fresh breads.

The restaurant was very nice and had a good atmosphere. The waiters were also very friendly and quick to bring out food. The beach is only a 5 min walk from there down the hill so it's prefect positioning as well.

Wir hatten im Maritur ein geräumiges Zimmer mit Meerblick. Dadurch kam kühle Luft auf unseren Balkon im 2. Stock. Zum Abstellen des Mietautos war auch genügend freier Platz mit z.T. Schatten. Die Pools waren angenehm temperiert (wetterabhängig). Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. So werden wir es im nächsten Jahr wieder buchen. Wir haben das Hotel bereits weiterempfohlen und Ihre Buchungsadresse genannt.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicacion, con una atención muy cálida, las habitaciones son comodas y si bien no son lujosas no les falta nada de confort.
Yo lo visite en temporada baja a pesar de ello estaba operativo en todas sus areas y conseguí una tarifa muy económica.
El desayuno muy bien servido.
La playa que está a un paso es muy bonita!!

Found this to be a lovely hotel. We stayed from 17th-24th July. Lovely friendly staff, especially Paulo in the restaurant, very friendly, helpful & professional. We never ate dinner here but had lunch everyday & food was always lovely & a good bar selection too all with reasonable prices. The rooms were pretty nice & we had a lovely sea view. There is some building work going on beside the hotel but i must say it caused us very little disruption as the doors seemed to keep out all noise when closed. It was such a luxury to have proper descent airconditioning & a few english channels on the tv aswell as wifi. The rooms were always well cleaned everyday if you wanted. Theres 2 pools with a gud few loungers & direct access to the bar/restaurant. This hotel seems ideal for couples especially as there was little or no kids there for the week.You can walk to the marina in about 10 minutes. Here there is several bars & restaurants. A taxi to the old town is no more than e7 or the new town bout e8/9. My only issue is trying to get a taxi out of the oldtown at night is a nightmare!!! The queues are crazy long & one night we even walked a good bit of the way to the hotel & arrived at a dual carraigeway with no footpath so had to go back. Also its very rare that a taxi will stop at the side of the road for you.Also if you come out of the back of the hotel a little walk down the hill theres a little fishermans beach, its a real hidden gem with a little a little bar/restaurant.

Nettes Hotel, ohne besonders großartigen Luxus oder Angebot. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der allezeit äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Service des Personals. Die Zimmer waren landestypisch ordentlich eingerichtet( großer Schrank, Schreibtisch, Safe), angenehm groß, sauber gereinigt. Der Balkon war ordentlich groß, und teilweise mit Meerblick. Wer weiterreichenden Service oder zusätzliche Angebote erwartet, dürfte aber enttäuscht werden. Vom Hotel aus sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zwei Badestrände im Meer zu erreichen. Relativ nah sind auch der Hafen von Albufeira oder das Ortszentrum von Albufeira gelegen und mit dem KFZ in wenige Minuten zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war von Geschmack und Auswahl sehr gut. Das Abendessen im Hotel selbst, würde ich weniger empfehlen. Da hatten wir von Qualität und Geschmack her in der Umgebung besseres gefunden. Dafür gab es abends zur Essenszeit in der Regel noch Liveunterhaltung mit durchaus empfehlenswerten Entertainern.

Hotel horrível. Após confirmação da reserva umas horas mais tarde. Cancelam a reserva com o argumento de cartão "inválido". Uma mentira indesculpável confirmado junto da entidade que emitiu o cartão . contactados telefonicamente um individuo que se titula de diretor, presta um mau serviço ao hotel com palavras de mau profissional. Entre outras que "não está dependente dos clientes!!!!!!. não aconselho.

Hotel bien ubicado, cerca de Albufeira y pegado a Praia da Sao Rafael, una calita maravillosa.Se podía dormir tranquilo y sin ruidos. Habitación amplia, bien iluminada con terraza, y baño correcto.La limpieza era correcta salvo por manchas secas en alfombra y sillón que daban mala impresión.El desayuno es muy mejorable, ni se acerca a un 3* casi.La recepción que tuvimos en nuestro caso tampoco estuvo a la altura de un 4*.

Aunque la situación es relativamente buena, el servicio de restaurante es malísimo, con escasez de comida durante el servicio, un variedad de platos muy limitada y en muchas ocasiones todo está frío. El trato del personal también deja mucho que desear.

No es un 4* como mucho le doy 3*.El buffet del desayuno bastante bien, pero el de la cena malo, muy poca variedad y las bebidas no estaban incluidas.Las habitaciones grandes y la limpieza buena, pero el secador horrible estaba roto cuando llegamos lo arreglaron y el primer dia que lo use otra vez se rompio.Esta situado cerca de albufeira a unos 10min en coche.

Ons verblijf in dit hotel is ons uitstekend bevallen. Het is schoon, comfortabel, erg vriendelijk personeel en een goed ontbijt, voor een zeer acceptabele prijs in het hoogseizoen. Hotel ligt vlak aan het strand. Als u erg gehecht bent aan tv kijken, dan moet u het doen met 5 zenders 3 portugese en 2 britse, geen satelliet tv. Voor de rest prima.
