Nette Betreiber und ein ruhiger Platz, etwas einfach, was die Duschen angeht (Draußen- und Drinnendusche) - aber voll in Ordnung. Die Umgebung an der Felsenalgarve traumhaft.

Wenn man das Einfache, Unkonventionelle liebt, kann man sich hier super wohl fühlen. Sehr zentral zwischen vielen Golfplätzen gelegenen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Betreiber (deutsch/ holländisch) Der Platz bietet alles, was man braucht, bis zur Waschmaschine. Bietet auch Hostelplätze und Hängematten zum Übernachten. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir haben uns sauwohl gefühlt und einige tolle Ausflüge mit den Rädern gemacht (elektrisch empfohlen, viele steile Strecken)

Wir waren zwei Nächte da und würden immer wieder kommen! Relativ kleiner und sehr gemütlicher Campingplatz – katzen- und hundefreundlich.

Der Platz hat Potential. Kleine Küche, Toilette mit Brille, schöner Pool. Obendrauf nette Betreiber und ein schöner Garten. Strände, Restaurants und Wanderwege sind gut, sprich in wenigen Kilometern erreichbar. Die Tiere auf dem Platz sind lieb und schön für die Kids, allerdings muss man damit leben, d. sie hier und dort ihr Geschäft erledigen, was wieder entsprechend riecht, bzw. aussieht. Durch ein bisschen Aufwand an der richtigen Stelle, könnte es ein regionales Highlight werden. Der etwas trashinge Charme muss dabei nicht unbedingt verloren gehen, wir sind ja schließlich im Süden.

Don’t let the very first impression fool you! At first on your arrival you might not even notice that the greenery hides all necessary for a great stay: kitchen and grill, toilet and shower with hot water and even a fabulous pool! Hipster vibe is part of the experience, so as little Bruno and all the friendly cats. We loved it! Stayed a day longer because of the cozy atmosphere and lovely and helpful host (organised a scooter for us).

Todo destartalado y bastante sucio. Los servicios para las caravanas son lo peor, las grises se descargan en la misma parcela donde se duerme y el baño a una arqueta de la propia casa. Cobrar solo por aparcar aquí 15€ es una broma o un robo valiendo la mitad cualquier área a borde de playa cuando encima estás en mitad de la nada. Lamentable.

I would not use this camping. This place is run completly illegal. No licences, only cash (no tax payment?) no safety-guidlines (unsecurec gas bottles everywhere, no fire extinguishers, no evacuation plan, unsafe pool area and many more) Also a no-go: you have to dump your grew water on the ground in the corner and the chemical toilet in a smal tank in the middle off the area. Then I heard they dont even call a service to empty the tank. They just pump the chemical waste on the neighbours ground which is a field of grapes. You can easy find the pump next to the tank… incredible behaviour. So I didnt feel comfortable anymore. Looing at the last recommendation I am happy I left in time. Better support people who run official businesses.

Be aware of this criminal people! Owners went on holidays during corona crisis and then tried kicking all guest from the place. Even the GNR said it is forbidden to leave now and took all names from guests to check that no one is leaving. But owners didn´t care and send heavy guys to scare the guest (2 older couples and a young couple with 15 month old baby) and beat them off the place. Electricity cables were cut, water supply was shut down. So GNR was called many times because the heavy guys showed up again and again and the guest are afraid now but GNR still said not allowed to leave. So the guests are now paying a private security while the owners are enjoying their holidays. Horrible people. I hope GNR and Camera will not let them away with this.

Very friendly and quiet, the boss is Dutch, his wife is German, the butler is British, the other service is Austrian, very smooth and can communicate in various languages, there is a kitchen with gas in the bathroom, although the facilities are a bit rudimentary But everyone is very casual.

Der wohl coolste Campingplatz in Europa. Eine Hippie Hochburg. Hier kann jeder das sein was er ist. Die saubersten WC Anlagen die ich je gesehen habe. Super nette Menschen.

Non aspettatevi un campeggio tipico altrimenti resterete delusi. Sono cordiali e gentili però. La struttura è semplice e con pochi servizi ma rilassante. Tende ostello e pochi camper, cucina condivisa, una piccola piscina, bagno, doccia ed un frigo pieno di bibite, birre e vino che si pagano lasciando i soldi in un vasetto. La cosa più lontana dal glamping che va tanto di moda. Il posto più vero che abbiamo trovato in Algarve. Patrick è molto gentile e disponibile. Piuttosto vicino al centro.

Poor conditions. Avoid it (Hostel Carvoeiro on booking). If you come from a good hotel, you will be disappointed with the conditions...40 min walk to beach or to Lagoa, only one bathroom and very poor sleeping facility. The conditions looks like 20th century, except the wifi. Really rude owners, only one bathroom and the hot shower did NOT work This place is around 6 km away Benagil caves). So avoid this place (Hostel Carvoeiro) and book somewhere else

Environnement très calme où le partage et l'amabilité sont présents Petite cuisine à disposition, emplacements à l'ombre, piscine et hamacs un peu partout Gens adorables, le tout dans la simplicité ! Nous cherchions un endroit calme et authentique proche de toute commodité, nous avons été servies !

Endroit très sympathique et atypique. Ambiance relax ++. L accueil est exellent et les gens très gentils. Mais l installation electrique n est pas au top et il n y a qu'une douche et qu' un wc pour tout le camping. La création de toilettes sèches serait la bienvenue et en accord avec le lieu. On y a quand même passé un bon moment.

Es un poco......comuna hippie, todo se comparte...cocina, nevera espacios para comer y los baños son 1 WC y una ducha para todos. Una vez aclarado que NO es un camping que es algo así como un terreno donde descansar....se está estupendamente. Es muy bonito y hay unos gatos y un perrete muy agradables. Y Patrick ( el chico que te recibe ) es muy amable. En resumen: si quieres vivir una experiencia diferente y cerca de muchas playas os lo recomiendo.

Según llego el chico de recepción me dice en inglés que no admiten niños, cuando estoy saliendo veo niños de unos 10 años correteando, se ve que si eres paisano suyo no hay problema.

Patrick celui qui nous a accueilli était adorable très serviable et toujours à l'écoute c'est un endroit hors du commun avec des dortoir des tenté des camping car des hamak un bel esprit j'ai beaucoup aimé. Juste les patron que nous avons juste vu pour éteindre les lumières au couvre feu alors que personne ne dormais et sa femme qui a virer les gens de la piscine pour y installer d'autre personne alors que la piscine fais partie de l'etablissement . Appart ça c'est un endroit hyper sympa

hele toffe camping als je van ‘easygoing’ houdt. Het regelt zichzelf en komt altijd wel goed. De medewerkers zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alle faciliteiten die je nodig zou kunnen hebben zijn aanwezig. Ook zijn er een aantal super lieve honden en katten die goed opgevoed zijn en niet schooien (nouja misschien schooien ze af en toe voor een aai over hun bolletje). Dikke vette aanrader!

We have booked 2 nights in this camping on the website Airbnb and it was the worst experience we had.We were traveling with a small van. When we see the pictures of this place on the website, the camping looks great but it is not the reality. When we arrived there we were very disappointed with the place ( it looks a parking lot, swimming pool green and dirty, just 1 bathroom for many people...) but we didn't say anything. We thought " it's ok" for 2 nights. The big problem was that we had one child of 3 years old with us and on the first day the shower was VERY HOT OR VERY COLD. We spoke with one of the owners that tried to solve the problem but after waiting for a long time without any solution, my daughter had to take a cold shower in the afternoon. She cried of course because it was COLD inside and outside. OK, it is not a big deal but the owner did't say anything and never offered us to use another bathroom (we realized later that there was other bathroom in the place). My husband tried to speak with the owner and at this time it was a woman very agressive and rude. She really didn't care and told him to live if we were not satisfied and closed the door. We decided to stay the first night because was late and the day after we lived early morning. This woman is totally CRAZY and shouldn't work in tourism if she doesn't like people and children.Besides that, after leaving our opinion on the website Airbnb, they wrote their opinion about us and invented MANY LIES : that we did't told them that we were coming with our small van and that we had a child with us, that my daughter cried all the time (she cried just 10 minutes during the shower), that we lived everything dirty.... All my god!! How they can lie like this? How they can be so dishonest????!!!!! My advise is: DON'T GO CAMPING THERE!!! If you don't complain about anything, if everything is ok for you they will be nice.But if you have a problem don't dare to say anything. The crazy woman will tell you to live! You can check all the opinions on internet about this camping and it is not the first time that people have problems with them specially with her! I can not stand lies and people should know how they are.

Looks like a parking lot, campers van very close one to an other. Rude owners. Dirty swimming pool. 1 toilet 1 shower for 15 people. And the worst thing they are liars !!! I book 2 nights on airbnb, i told them i was coming with my campervan and my 3 years old daughter. After i gave a bad comment on airbnb, they pretend that i said i was coming to sleep in a tent and that i didnt mentionned that i was traveling with my child.... poor people. Poor place...

It was not what I expected at all , taxy driver couldn't find the address because there was no street name or number .after we called several time to the place finally we got there, it's a place with trailers camp & hameks & some room &dorms, it 30 minuts walk to center&there is no bus there only taxi, so we asked for money back because it was to far for us to walk everyday to go to center or beach &to come back , the women oner was not too nice to us, so answer was no no

Super toller Platz, kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

A simple place with a green garden. Everything is here: shower, toilet, souvenirs, and a friendly welcome by a couple from Letvia and Spain. If you have animals this is also a perfect place, my dogs could walk around here in a fenced place without worrying. They were playing with the other dogs. Everything around here, grey water, chemy toilet cleaning, wifi and all for the price of 7€ for 24 hours. This was the new price at 30-3. In the winter it is 4,50€ a night.

Lite stökig ställplats men med trevlig atmosfär. Ägare och personal är service minded. Vägen till och från dålig för stora ekipage. Prisvärd.
