Um parque diferente, muito acolhedor e mais ligado à natureza. Ficámos nos tubos e adorámos. O parque é muito calmo e os donos muito simpáticos e relaxados. Adorámos todos os animais também!

Very nice and absolute hospitable people who also live on the campground in separate places. They make you really feel at home. There is a space for every kind of people (looking at prices). So if you want to stay with a tent or at one of their tube homes (starting from 15€ per night) ... it is a must to go there. AND THEY HAVE A LOT OF ANIMALS and a Bakery in the Morning

Its a great place and I definitely recommend it. Lots of cats and chickens, the pool also great. Everybody is really nice and the houses are clean.

Muito bom espaço, bem delimitado cada alvéolo, com excelentes condições de higiene... Pena os preços do restaurante serem tão caros, contudo o preço da estadia é baratissima...

Lugar muito bonito! A proprietária, holandesa, pouco simpática. Não há possibilisdade de fazer refeições. Não há nada para comprar, nem congelados. Que pena, para um lugar como este.

Hemos pasado 4 noches en este camping y la verdad, repetiremos... Limpio, cuidado, con ambiente bonito, gente amable y con buena atención. La única pega que le pondría es que por la mañana cantan los gallos de la parcela de al lado y si cenas fuera, seguro tendrás invitados varios gatos que son del camping! Importante... Tiene pago con tarjeta, ya que en Portugal, en más de un sitio no lo tienen... Restaurantes, cafeterías.. Si se piensa pagar con tarjeta, preguntar antes...

Dit is een absolute aanrader voor een aantal dagen relaxen.
Wij logeerden in de tubes. Het eten bij het restaurant was wel echt het hoogtepunt. Super lekker gegeten, meerdere dagen en veel verschillende gerechten geprobeerd. Allemaal even lekker en goede kwaliteit!
De mensen zijn er enorm aardig en vriendelijk.
Het enige kleine nadeel was de snelweg die vlakbij ligt.
Maar het bakkertje die ‘s morgens langs kwam maakte alles weer goed met heerlijk eten.

Ambiente super familiar num meio de gosto pelo ambiente, estilo vintage, sossego total para toda a familia. Espaços de bar, restaurante e convivio muito bem conseguidos. Biblioteca e quintinha são dois dos espaços existentes inovadores no ramo permitindo o total contacto com o conhecimento e a animalada. Uma nova forma de ver o campismo conseguida por uma familia holandesa. Para o fim deixo a cozinha que me apaixonou por ser no exterior e ser excelente na confecção da alimentação vegan... Aconselho vivamente!!!!

Sfeervolle camping. Natuur, veel bloemen en planten, geen rechte paden, geinige objecten, schommels in de bomen, leuk restaurant en de camping is niet te groot. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Heb nog geen camping gezien waar zo veel kinderen direct met elkaar in groepen lol hebben.

Prachtige camping! Geen doorsnee ANWB camping maar een camping met eigen karakter. De mooie flora en fauna, de leuke ontdekplekjes op de camping en het vriendelijke personeel zorgen voor een relaxte vibe. Wij voelden ons hier zeer op ons gemak. Ook leuk dat hier niet alleen maar Nederlanders zijn zoals bij andere rustiek kamperen campings. En niet direct een lijst met regeltjes onder je neus... hier wordt nog vertrouwd op de gasten. Deze camping bestaat al 32 jaar en is opgericht door Nederlandse mensen. Er zijn mooie plaatsen voor campers en tenten onder de bomen. Maar je kan ook 1 van de 3 houten huisjes huren. De omgeving is kleurrijk en rustig.

Echt een aanrader deze prachtige camping met oog voor heel veel detail! Een unieke plek met veel bomen, planten en bloemen met daartussen de diverse mogelijkheden om te verblijven, o.a. de ruim opgezette kampeerplaatsen. Wij verbleven een week in een Cabana. Je stapt binnen en ziet het meteen, alles klopt. En niet te vergeten het lekkere eten in de al even mooie Cantina. En de fijne gastheer en gastvrouw!

Wat een heerlijke plek, sowieso de mooiste camping in Portugal .prettige sfeer mooie rustige plekken, fijn zwembad.en hoe leuk vrijdag gratis soep. Prachtig met stuk aangekleed terein.

Super camping avec de beaux emplacements très grands du jamais vu! Belle piscine, espace bibliothèque à disposition. Boulanger qui passe tous les matin. Seul très très gros point négatif, les propriétaires... Ils sont antipathiques, aucun accueil.. Ils ne parlent pas bien Portugais, on ne se sent pas au Portugal les livres dans la bibliothèque sont en néerlandais, les « bonjours » deviennent des « Goedendag » et même pas des « bondia ».. Si vous êtes hollandais c’est le superbe accueil, mais si non ne compté pas sur leur accueil leur gentillesse et leur présence

Sehr, sehr angenehm hier...
Mit Geschmack angelegt und schön bepflanzt. Scheint ein Lebenswerk zu sein. Man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl. Sanitäre Anlagen klein aber dafür sauber...in Portugal leider nicht immer selbstverständlich. Schön für Familien...wir waren nur eine Nacht. Nette Bedienung. Preise deutlich höher als sonst in Portugal...aber sicherlich jeden ct wert. Zwei kleine Abzüge wegen der Nähe zur Straße...dadurch etwas laut..und ein freundlicher Empfang wären schön gewesen.

Voor wie oog heeft voor detail een fantastische camping! Inrichting, bouw, indeling, bloemen & planten, diversiteit in aanbod in overnachten, maar ook eten& drinken, faciliteiten, “ winkel” aanbod. Met recht een 5 sterren camping. Met daar bovenop liefde en aandacht van eigenaars en medewerkers.

Nog niet eerder op zo’n fijne camping geweest! Enorm goede faciliteiten, vriendelijke bediening in het restaurant, de eigenaren zijn erg aardig en er is goed nagedacht over alle details op de camping. Let maar op als je er bent :)

Beautiful place! Great vibe, fresh produce and bread at very reasonable prices. We had been wild camping for a week but my friend was feeling unwell and they accommodated us at very short notice. Would highly recommend.

Camping très original, dans un bois, joliment fleuri, bien entretenu, avec des tas de coins très particuliers, ...même une vente de leurs produits exposés où l'on choisit ce qu'on veut, en laissant la monnaie dans un pot.
Bons sanitaires. Un resto sympa, une bibliothèque, une petite piscine,... et un coin animaux (poules, cochons chinois, cochons d'Inde, ...) adoré par les enfants !
Dommage que la patronne, un peu débordée, ne soit pas plus...souriante !

It's a wonderful world...
where we ended, after a long drive though the the middle part of Portugal. At "Campismo O Tamanco" we've found the perfect place to get a deep rest, lot's of peace and cosiness. Hans and Irene build a wonderful paradise in, where else could it be, gorgeous Portugal. - Beside the clean and perfectly maintained facilities, guests can find a beautiful camping ground, but also amazing sleeping accommodations in yurts and sleeping tubes. In the evening guests meet around the fire to talk and exchange their travel and life experiences. In the morning, a "coffee for free" culture brings people together to think and talk about the promising day waiting to be fulfilled with life.
Thanks Irene and Hans for your kind hospitality, your love and passion that flows through this outstanding place.

Unfortunately I had assumed E25 for one night in a tube would include a shower with hot water, or even hot water to wash my face, or even an electric light in the toilet / washroom. Sadly I was mistaken.

Es un camping muy bien regentado por una pareja holandesa y un ejército de hormigas portuguesas. Funciona muy bien y es muy acogedor. Esta pensado al detalle. No se lleva la 5ª estrella por el ruido de la autopista cercana

Loved this place! The tube I stayed in was so comfortable and nicely decorated and the surroundings are green and peaceful. The owners have done a great place making this place very cosy - lots of places to sit and relax - plus the food in the restaurant is very good. I didn't get to try out the pool unfortunately but perhaps I'll be back in the future.

Pasamos unos días estupendos en uno de los tubos, con su cocina que no le falta detalle. El camping es maravilloso, con un montón de espacios para disfrutar, piscina, zona de relax, cantina, biblioteca, granja.... Precioso y muy tranquilo. Volveremos

Kleinschalige camping onder ned. leiding. Mooi aangelegd. Mooi zwembad. Vriendelijke leiding. Camping bezocht in juni 2017. Goede uitvalsbasis naar Fatima,Coimbra en uiteraard de kust te bezoeken.

1 of the best campings in Europe! If you like outdoor camping, with the luxury of a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen for people to use and very nice coffee, working space and great beaches ( totally deserted) than This is the right spot!

Ein sehr schöner liebevoll eingerichteter Platz. Wer Natur liebt, sollte unbedingt dort hin. Es passt einfach alles dort! Personal, Umgebung und Einrichtungen.
