Nettes Personal (kann auch gzt mit geringen Englischkenntnissen umgehen), sauberes Zimmer, gute, günstige Cocktails. Viele Jugendgruppen zum Partyurlaub vor Ort. Sollte man vorab vielleicht wissen da es Nachts wenn diese Heim kommen etwas lauter werden kann.

We were told twice the room wasnt ready when it had been ready hours previously. Our neighbours told us same story. Lappartement a une cuisine avec micro ondes ,plaques,refrigerateur ,grille pain(manque une cafetiere).Le ménage a éte fait tous les jours et les serviettes ont été changé 2 fois.Laccueil est souriant ,check in chek out rapide.Le point negatif cest que lisolation phonique est inexistante et si comme nous vous vous trouvez 2 etages au dessus du bar cest insupportable le soir la musique jusquà minuit....Finalement mieux vaut avoir vu sur le parking pour etre tranquillle je pense.Lhotel est bien situé pour partir visiter lAlgarve.

Only one problem, noise from extraction Equipment at Restaurant behind Natura Building went on until 12 midnight. If your a light sleeper avoid this place. A shame because apartment was very good.

Seria perfecta si se pudiera dormir. Vimos las reseñas para venir de vacaciones y lo de silencioso vamos a dejarlo ahi. El lugar precioso y los empleados bien. En resumen de dia genial,el problema por las noches,el primer dia imposible cerrar ojo por el escandalo de unos clientes. Que despues de tantos kilometros lo estas deseando y el resto de los dias como si estuvieras durmiendo en la sala de maquinas.Que horror!! Deseabdo llegar a casa. No volveré

We got off to not the best start, as the hotel hadnt booked our transfer from the airport, despite having confirmed this with us a week previously. As a result we arrived at th hotel outside of check in hours, and so found the reception locked and had to call for a staff member to let us in. We had been assured on the phone while still at the airport that someone would be there to check us in, and while someone was on site we would have appreciated more immediate availability, especially since it wasnt our fault that we had arrived outside of hours. Despite the rocky start, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel-our apartment was spacious, the facilities were good, and the snack bar is cheap and convenient. The lady who works at the snack bar was always friendly, and the lady who checked us out was helpful. I would recommend this hotel, and would stay again

Second review fiven, sinceextended stay. Overall very good, but as sltated with all included for free should also include free wifi and safe which is room, which both require extra pay if used. Also, not being allowed to change to another same reserved room of same status when it was open, without paying change fee. Also couple recetionists seemed a bit pretentious, but still helpful when needed. Overall very good place to stay during low season when prices are much much lower.

The room was very big and comfortable especially for the cost. The staff were not the friendliness especially compared with the north of Portugal. They were pleasant but not friendly. Overall I would recommend this place as a nice cheap getaway. Got a lovely outdoor pool and the location is great.

Just got back from an amazing holiday to Portugal. Everything about the trip was fab. The place, the weather, the location and the accommodation. Had some reservations about the accommodation being too quiet but not the case at all. They played music in the pool bar area which was great and everyone was relaxed and enjoying themselves. Would definitely return!!!! Rooms very comfortable and have everything you would need, just wish we could of stayed longer!!!

Stayed at this amazing hotel for 10 days. We could not fault the hotel at all, pool and garden area really nice, and very relaxing. Reception staff brilliant, nothing was ever too much trouble. Bar staff amazing and hilarious. Definitely will be returning next year. Thankyou for a lovely holiday.

Nice clean place but not recommended for families with young children , unfortunately during our stay they were numerous large groups of people making extreme noise from afternoon to early hours of the morning , so our children and ourselves couldn’t get a proper nights sleep which was awful , it happens 4 nights out of our 7 days stay I don’t blame the hotel but unfortunately other guests had no respect for others especially young children in the facility which I hope the hotel might take into consideration in future

First time visit to Portugal and found this a fabulous stay at Natura family hotel very friendly absolutely lovely site apartments were cleaned daily, large appartments with everything you need and all have balcony overlooking the pool. Excellent location for the strip and 5 mins in taxi to the old town. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to going back ourselves.

Bom local para estadia em férias com a família. Gosto muito da piscina e do serviço em geral. Recomendo este hotel tem, inclusive, boa animação em época alta com programação preparada para o efeito. Dá, por exemplo, para passar um dia completo na piscina no caso de não ser do interesse ir à praia. Dispõe de apartamentos com cozinha mobilada, wc e quarto para, até, 4 pessoas (que eu conheça). Exteriormente está conforme se apresentam as imagens na internet. É um espaço bonito. A sua arquitetura e o estado de conservação interior dos apartamentos, está como é normal, a necessitar de renovação pois é um edifício já com alguns anos mas, como é obvio, dá bem conta do recado. Eu, pessoalmente já é o 2° ano, gostei e recomendo.

El horario de la piscina es muy reducido. El personal... se podría decir que no es muy simpático. Y los precios del bar, algo mayores de lo que esperaba. Tienen un pinpon por el cual hay que pagar para usarlo, ni que se gastara... Como positivo destacaría la tranquilidad que se respira.

Excelentes apartamentos muy grandes, la zona de la piscina inmejorable, además hacían conciertos por la tarde, muy buen ambiente de gente joven, y por la noche no se escucha ni un ruido, tiene también un bar en la piscina y no es caro, la única pega que el WiFi en las habitaciones es de pago, pero hay en las zonas comunes de recepción asique sin problema!

The staff were OK, however they do charge for calling a taxi (which did not turn up). We were with two teenagers who came back each night at a different time to us but the hotel refused to give us a second room key. They had to climb over the gate and knock us up. Towels were removed from sun beds so if you left for lunch you may not have a sun bed on your return. The rooms were large but dated. The pool area was v nice as was the entertainment.

Stanze ariose, piscina molto frequentata, buona disponibilità reception per eventuali problemi. Orari flessibili. Il tutto ben ordinato e curato. Piacevolissimo soggiorno. La posizione è buona, pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, 10 minuti a piedi dalla zona principale della movida.

The staff here are really nice and friendly and really helpful and the hotel is very clean and tidy and the rooms are clean bright and of a big size and the pool area is great to and the food and drink is nice and its very close to local amenities and i would recommend this place for anyone with or without family.

A fantastic place to stay. Our room 102 had a huge balcony with beautiful front facing views. Location just perfect everything close by. Alex at reception was superb helped us in every way. Very clean huge kitchen with full facilities. But no hair dryer in the bathroom but I took my own. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ann and Gull UK

Just home from a wk at these apartments. The apartments are well suited for for families even down to a washing machine which was great. The maids r there every day exept a sunday. Bed and towel change at least twice a wk. The grounds are lovely very clean.£100 deposit on arrival we knew about so there was no issue and no issue getting it back. All staff r lovely very friendly. The only down side is there slightly futher than wot i wouldve liked from old town but i do have slight walking diffculties. The strip is a 15min walk old town 30/40mins.i would visit these apartments again and i will deffo recommend to friends and family.

Came here on a very last minute. Com. Its okay, staff are pleasant enough. We didn't have any food so cannot comment. Beds are okay, swimming pool area is nice, with plenty of sunbeds available. Rooms were clean on arrival and then cleaned every day. Didn't appreciate the fact that every thing you ask from reception is a fee. We had to pay 100 euros each as a deposit, which they return to you on departure, however we noticed that the reception staff would only return certain people their deposit after the room had been inspected, which was mainly groups of girls or boys. We has a husband and wife couple didn't get this treatment. Would return again if they update the place a little.

Wife and I stayed here for a week and it was lovely. The only problem are the houses surrounding the hotel since they make a ton of noise at night. So bear in mind that if you plan to spend a quiet time this is definitely not the place for you as the kiddos up the block stay up partying until 4am pretty much every night.

Il est dommage que la musique au bar soit par moment trop forte, peu danimations en soirée au bar à lheure de lapéritif, les plats proposés à manger sur place sont limités, et dommage quil y ait des séparations bouées sur la piscine qui empêchent de faire des longueurs dans la piscine. Een leuke locatie om te verblijven. Geen entertainment uitgezonderd een papegaaien show op zondagmiddag wat niet meer past in deze tijd van diervriendelijk gedrag. Ook doet het geen goed aan het natuurlijke imago dat men lijkt uit te willen stralen. Hoe het in het hoogseizoen is weet ik niet. Door de ligging aantrekkelijk voor bezoekers van het uitgaansleven in Albufeira. Toch hebben wij weinig geluidsoverlast gehad van thuiskomende feestvierders. Alle ramen zijn voorzien van rolluiken. Er is. 24/7 personeel aanwezig. Er is een leuk barretje waar je ook wat eenvoudige dingen kunt eten zoals een hamburger of frietjes die van prima kwaliteit zijn. Je kunt er ook ontbijten tussen 9:00 en 10:00 en je kunt er ook ‘s avonds wat drinken. Er is op een paar minuten een royaal gesorteerde Intermarche waar je broodjes kunt kopen en vers geperste sinaasappelsap. De appartementen zijn prima. Wij hadden een tweekamerapp. Een slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden, een aparte keuken die voorzien is van alle noodzakelijke spullen en een wasmachine. Het aanrecht zou wel opgeknapt mogen worden maar gezien de prijs kan het ermee door. Er is een woonkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden (wel lastig zitten op bed) prima t.v maar geen enkele leuke zender om naar te kijken. Wel is er goed WiFi waarmee je op je iPad of mobiel naar zenders kunt kijken via je eigen App als je die hebt. ons Appartement op de begane grond heeft uitzicht op het zwembad en heeft een gezellig terrasje om buiten te zitten. Het water in het zwembad was erg koud waardoor er maar weinig werd gezwommen (begin juni). Er zijn voldoende ligbedjes. Je kunt badhanddoeken huren a €10,- per week om mee te nemen naar het zwembad (strand). Er zijn in de directe omgeving vele restaurantjes en je kunt te voet naar enkele strandjes in de buurt. Op zo’n 20 minuten lopen, Bult op bult af. Een uitstekend schoon en netjes verblijf voor een redelijke prijs. Wij hebben er een leuke vakantie gehad.

Positive: I didn't actually use the facilities much as I was meeting up with friends. What I did use was very good. Bar area is clean and friendly place to be. Pool area is stunning. Room itself is basic but extremely clean. even the security staff through the night were great.. Negative: There wasn't anything. Don't get me wrong it wasn't perfect but for what my expectations were this place is amazing.

We stayed here for a week. The staff are faultless, they went out of their way to accomodate my friend who had broke his leg. The apartments are fab, the pool is great and the views are good too. Didn't spend too much time in the restraunt but theres a place for a drink and food. Always playing music and showing the football when its on. Could'nt have asked for much more, best thing to do here is ask :)

Bel hôtel avec piscine et bel appartement avec cuisine équipée. Bien placé, très proche de beaucoup de restaurant et de magasins alimentaires (2 mn à pied). Le personnel est discret, agréable et serviable. La plage de oura est accessible en a peine 15 mn à pied. Grand parking gratuit. Emplacement idéal.

Positief: De keuken (mocht wel wat meer pannen en keukengerei bij, maar ik heb het voor 3 dagen gered)en de verwarming cq straalkachel, want zonder zon was het koud in februari. Het is dichtbij alle restaurants en op 10 minuten lopen van het hat strand. . Negatief: Vochtige badkamer en het was er ook stoffig. Waarschijnlijk van onze kleren, maar het viel neer op het vochtige sanitair en dat ziet vies.

Natura Club is clean, comfortable, not too big and not too small. No high rise. The ethos of the hotel is exemplary and progressive and other hotels would do well to follow. The environment is key here, recycling facilities available. Peace and quiet and respect are key, signs reminding us to be quiet and considerate to our fellow holiday makers are very subtle and very effective. The staff are very respectful, efficient and friendly. The friendliness is genuine and you would know these people are actually really nice and not "trained" to behave a certain way. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall a pleasant hotel, and decent sized apartment which overlooks the pool area as booked. No lifts available however onto any upper floors. New lighting was being fitted to the corridor's on our final week, as some of the older fittings did not work. I noticed too, that most of the kitchen appliances were brand new, fridge, oven, microwave, and in the Bathroom, new Bath, and toilet. Please note however, that there is no Grab handle on any part of the Bath/Shower and the smooth base makes it frightfully slippy. The pool area is more than adequate, and indeed a pretty place and design. Staff are beyond helpful, very pleasant, and speak superb English. The Hotel is well placed for all amenities, with excellent restaurants and bars within short walking distances, including a well stocked Supermarket. Places of note are many, with excellent Bus services once the circular system is understood. The Old Town area is less than 2 euro's from the top of your road. Only a couple of niggles worth mentioning. Not enough plug sockets for today's travel accessories. And the safe key system is beyond comprehension . Do take note that you will be charged £100 deposit on arrival. Repayed in full on departure. The safe is £30 un refundable.

Das Hotel ist alt und entsprechend sieht es auch aus. Der Zugang zu den Zimmern führt zwangsläufig über die Hotelbar.Es gibt bis spät in die Nacht laute Musik bedingt durch das Programm des Hotels. Dazu wird auch nachts randaliert, obwohl das Hotel das eigentlich expliziet, gemäss beschrieb in seiner Broschüre unterbinden will.

Positive: Il Wi-FI a pagamento in camera, per l'uso dell'asciugacapelli ci hanno chiesto 2,5 euro, le ante del mobile camera da letto non chiudevano. E questo nonostante il costo della struttura.

Positivo: Em lado nenhum , em hotel nenhum e atenção dali saí para o Delfim Pestana no Alvor, me pediram depois de fazer o check in e pagar a noite em que lá ia dormir, mais cem euros de caução... INACREDITÁVEL , UMA VERGONHA

L'hôtel est très sympa et les chambres confortables notamment avec vue sur la piscine. La piscine est top et la situation géographique très bien car au milieu de l'algarve ce qui facilite les déplacements si vous voulez visiter. Seul bémol le snack très cher et qui après 10 heures vous fait payer le petit dej le double même si vous êtes résident de l'hôtel ! Allez donc au dîner américain juste à côté qui propose des supers petits dej bien meilleurs et qui sont très sympathiques....

Friendly staff. Clean apartments. The kitchen is well equipped. Nice swimming pool. The snack bar is good for grabbing some quick bites. Loved the sangria. Great location, short 15 minutes walk to the Oura & Santa Eulalia beaches. Also close to some good restaurants. Perfect for a family holiday.

been here before nice hotel and keep clean.the beds need to be changed old spring mattress not good for the back,plus towels only change every few days i think it should be every day thats just me.could do with a few little upgrades plus a kids club would be good.the staff are very good and friendly compared to sum hotels ive stayed in.aslo u have to pay for Wi-Fi which €20 for a week which i think is a joke it should be free

A good spot for a relax by the pool, with handy access to shops and restaurants in Albufiera. Walking distance to the beach and taxis and buses are nearby. Rooms are getting tired but everything works and the staff are friendly.

For the price we paid think it was excellent value all staff were very pleasant and helpful thanks for a lovely stay

Had a great time here. The pool gets sun a lot of the day and it's not far from the Strip and pretty much right next to the Intermarche.

Room was large, corner sited with views over to pool - nice sun trap. Staff were very pleasant & generally helpful although a faulty kettle was reported but nothing done. Pool area was spotless, loungers etc in v. good condition. Didnt eat in hotel but prices looked reasonable.

We stayed here last year and had a lovely time. Clean rooms, Friendly staff and close to all the restaurants, beaches, bars and shops.

The advertising for this hotel is honest and fair. Despite being basic, apartments are clean and spacious; ideal for people wanting the option of cooking at home. Pool and relaxing area is great. There are a number of beaches within 10 to 15 minute walk away. Red bus tour stop in 5 minute walk away. Plenty of restaurent options within walking distance. I would certainly come back to this hotel and recommend to friends.

Positive: Niente.. Negazione: Bagno con porta sfondata. Sporco e maleodorante. In piscina tre giorni stesso sporco sul lettino e sul pavimento. Non si puó prendere nulla al bar perché costoso e porzioni ridotte. La spiaggia lontana.

Negazione: Togliendo i vicini rumorosi che non ci hanno fatto chiudere occhio perché non dipende dalla struttura, posso elencare i seguenti punti negativi: Letto scomodissimo con una specie di cerata rigida che ad ogni movimento scricchiolava Yogurt scaduto a colazione (non da un giorno ma da 6!!!) Ogni minimo servizio è a pagamento: phon, Wi-Fi in camera, cassetta di sicurezza Non ci tornerei!

Negativ: €100.-als Garantie für die Austatung des Aparement, musste baar ausbezahlt, beim checkout wurde das Geld zurückbezahlt.

Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, hat uns auch beim Buchen von lokalen Aktivitäten geholfen und uns Tipps für die besten Strände in der Gegend gegeben. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, die Küche hatte alles was wir brauchten. Der Pool war auch gut und (ende April) nicht überfüllt.

Nettes freundliches und qualifiziertes Personal. Manchmal sind die Hotelgäste das Problem. Alkohol scheint für viele einen hohen Stellenwert zu haben.

Das gesamte Personal ist äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Anlage und Zimmer sind in einem guten Zustand.Von Familien bis hin zu Maturanten ist hier eine breite Palette an Gästen. Am Abend ist es sehr ruhig, auch wenndas Hotel nicht weit vom Strip (Ausgehmeile) entfernt ist. Die Appartements sind liebevoll gestaltet und es ist genug Platz vorhanden (auch am Balkon). Die Küche ist etwas spärlich ausgestattet. (Kaffeemaschine mitnehmen!)Am Pool lässt es sich gut entspannen. Snacks und Getränke sind zu erschwinglichen Preisen erhältlich.

Poolanlage sehr gut, große geräumige Zimmer, freundliches Personal, genügend Liegen für alle Einrichtung sehr alt, alles ein bischen überholt, Kühlschrank so laut das man kaum schlafen kann, kein WIFI verfügbar, wenn es gehen würde, dann nur im Empfangsbereich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht ganz.
