Cons: starters were not the best
Pros: Sangria, chocolate mousse, chairs
Had a dinner here, very nice location, just like all pods along the sea. Starters were... we’ve had the same elsewhere (garlic bread and olives) and we’re elsewhere always better. Main dish (Cataplana) was very good, the king prawns were huge!! Desert was amazing, very smooth chocolate mousse. And the Sangria ranks among the best I’ve had in all my time in Portugal (and other countries).
Would recommend!

Si vous avez une journée à perdre, c'est le bon endroit. 1h d'attente or qu'il n'y avait que 2 clients !!! C'est incroyable, pour un lundi à 15h. Surtout nous sommes ignorés de A à Z, aucune excuse ni même de quoi patienter. C'est scandaleux. Heureusement que nous ne sommes pas en période estival, nous sommes venus un lundi 4 février. À fuir !

Excelente localização, com uma vista previligiada sobre a praia da Rocha.
Ambiente muito familiar e atencioso.
Gastronomia regional mas com um toque refinado sem prejudicar os sabores da terra e do mar.
Iremos voltar.

Sehr schön gelegenes Restaurant am Steg von Praia Rocha. Sehr freundliche Bedienung und sehr gemütlich. Der richtige Ort um die schöne Aussicht auf den Atlantik zu genießen.

It's a decent place to grab a bite. The prices are within the range of other restaurants along the beach. Their fish soup is a find for soup lovers and it costs only around 3.60 euros. You will get a huge bowl of delicious soup which will make you feel really full. So don't order anything else till you finish it up.

Atendimento a desejar, com umas regras sem noção alguma a garçonete só permite vc sentar na mesa que ela achar conveniente, tentei mudar de mesa pois não estava gostando da localização e não fui autorizado, lembrei dos meus tempos de quartel. Precisam rever este conceito e treinar melhor o pessoal para receber turistas.

Absolutely amazing place! It was our highlight of our trip in Portugal. We went 3 out of the 4 days we were there. The shrimps are incredible, one of the best dishes i've ever had and everything is very cheap! Highly recommended!

Accueil déplorable et service catastrophique (jeunes saisonniers peu expérimentés)
Poisson balancés entiers et non préparés. Vaisselles et couverts très cheap.
Dommage car l'emplacement était prometteur.

Fuimos a cenar un miércoles. No había mucha gente, y no tardaron en sentarnos. La cocina bastante lenta y tardaron más de una hora en traernos los entrantes pero luego el chef salió a disculparse y dijo que no es habitual. El servicio muy amable y cercano. La comida estaba muy rica aunque el bacalao estaba un poco seco.
No es una mala opción

Otimo restaurante com um Staff competente e sobretudo simpatiquissimo. A localização é exelente visto estar no areal da praia da Rocha e a qualidade das refeições é otima e variada. Recomendo sem hesitações e falo por experiência própria visto sermos clientes da casa há bastante tempo.

Jó hely, ízletes kajákkal. A “Beef Steak Portugal Style” nekem különösen ízlett. A kiszolgálás is gyors volt, bár nem csúcs szezonban voltunk itt. Ebéd közben a víz és a homok bámulása fantasztikus érzéssel tölt el bennünket.

Beautiful location on the sandy beach. The food was absolutely delicious, freshly caught sea bream with rice and salad. We were served by the daughter of the family who switches languages as easy as turning a page in a book! Absolutely lovely.

Vraiment moyen, bon accueil et bien situé mais les plats était vraiment moyen, c'est a dire que le poisson était bon mais sec et sans sauce.
Et les pâtes manquait de cuisson et de générosité.

Juste un petit conseil les spaghetti avec une petite sauce flambe avec les fruits de mer et les crevettes serait parfait.

Had the grilled seabass, my days was it tasty. Not over cooked, nicely seasoned and garnished with tasty vegetables, really enjoyed the meal. Customer service wasn't too bad as well really attentive and catered to our needs. Really great food and experience.

Bei den Garnelen wurde der Darm nicht entfernt, an den Calamari klebten noch Stücke einer Plastikfolie (!) und der Angus Burger war mit Abstand der schlechteste den ich je gegessen habe.
Die Bedienung war aber freundlich und nett.
Sehr schade da die Lage und die Aussicht super ist...

Ein super gemütliches Restaurant am Meer. Freundliche Bedienung, schmackhaftes Essen, ob frischer Fisch (gegrillte Sardinen oder Seeteufel ein unbedingtes Muss!!!), Fleisch oder Nudeln zu erschwinglichen Preisen. Und zum Abschluss als Verdauung den portugieschen Likör "Bairao". Einfach nur lecker!

This is our favourit restaurant in Portimao. Everytime we are traveling to Portimao this restaurant is our one and only choice. The food is excellent and fresh. Paolo, Elisabete and the rest of the staff are the best! I strongly recomend this place for visit. If you visit once you can not stop coming again and again and again...

I actually changed my review from 3 to 4 stars after our 2nd visit. My first visit was affected by very high expectations based on the reviews I had read. The place is typical for a touristy restaurant on a boardwalk in a beach town. Prices are ok, food is very decent, staff is nice.

Просто вкусно . По-домашнему. Особый респект хозяину заведения!) сам встал и приготовил ужин для нашей собаки))). Кстати сам в это время кушал с семьёй! Спасибо! Рекомендую всем! Очень хорошая кухня! Детям тоже будет чем развлечься в меню))))

Um jantar fantástico numa noite tropical. A comida estava extraordinariamente saborosa e a noite estava maravilhosa. As lulas grelhadas estavam fresquíssimas ainda com sabor a mar. O Atendimento foi rápido e atencioso. Vale a pena visitar. 5 Estrelas.

Siamo stati due serate di seguito a cena e abbiamo mangiato del pesce freschissimo...ad un prezzo ragionevole...Joao è stato disponibilissimo come tutti gli altri e ci ha fatto sentire a casa....con gentilezza e garbo consigliandoci sulle scelte dei piatti....insomma ci ritorneremmo volentieri....lo consiglio vivamente.....
