Just back from these apartments yesterday, first of all when we arrived we were allocated an apartment without a balcony & in need of refurbishing, we couldn't have spent 2 weeks in it. When we asked if we could be moved we were told yes we could move next day at a cost of 25 euros for room cleaning which we thought was a bit unfair but we paid and moved it was better with a balcony but needed refurbished as well. We turned on the tap and flooded floor in kitchen straight away, we reported it to reception and it was fixed quickly. Next we went to put on aircon, no remote, rang reception again and they brought a fan until next morning. We still weren't happy at paying 25euros, when we told reception we got refunded. We liked the location and bars and restaurants nearby. From Thursday to Monday there was a few stag parties who took over the place and were loud and brash. I would return here if all apartments were refurbished and the stag partys stopped.

Really spacious, close to the party strip (3min walk) also 3 minute walk to the closest beach, pool is pretty slick and there's a bar/restaurant connected to it that does great stuff

Lovely setting and ideal location. Initially allocated a 1 bedroom ground floor room with no balcony but the helpful and friendly receptionists found us a very spacious double bedroom 2nd floor apartment with a 5 m long balcony. Air con throughout. Dishwasher, washing machine, iron etc. Apartment is bright and clean. Cleaners come most days. Recommended but if your not happy with what your given, do ask politely for a different room if available. Although there are loads of bars and restaurants everywhere, the apartments are quiet (depends in your neighbours). Taxi to the old town is 5 - 6 Euros. Pint from 2.5 Euros. Review is based on our experience!

Fantastisch appartement. Heerlijk ruim, met eigen tuin, twee nette badkamers, een grote keuken en hele fijne bedden. Het zwembad is ruim en netjes. Inclusief bar waar heerlijke drankjes en ijsjes te koop zijn.

Chambres très propre, lit très confortable, salle de bain correcte. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très professionnel

Good as food good. Not buffet dinners, but almost gourmet, with a choice from three items each course. One problem is that we like adults only hotels and here they have children from the adjacent apartments for breakfast and/or dinner which can be noisy at times. Jose and Natalya are excellent staff in restaurant but some of the other Portuguese staff are not too friendly. Big contrast to our regular hotel visits to Calpe in Spain and Tenerife. Rooms very clean.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in on holiday. Great staff,, great room and great food. Good location with beech near nearby.

Stayed in the hotel last year and decided to stay in their apartment this year and they are comfortable, spacious and spotless. They are fully equipped with everything besides an iron. Will definitely be coming back next Feb. Only fault is that they are doing a refurb on the next block and we weren't told

Great place to stay for a lilttle break.Staff really helpful and very friendly. A 2 min walk down steps to the beach. The guide said the rooms get done every 4 days, mine got done every day. Loads of places to eat close by, a lot of which are all you can eat. Villas and apartments. The apartment was very spacious with living room/kitchen space, TV and a separate bedroom. A swimming pool in Lotte 18 (The apartments I was in) as well. Not sound proof so can be noisy once cleaners start work but all in all a great place to stay.

Los apartamentos están muy bien equipados, horno, lavavajillas, vitro, etc. Salón muy amplio, con sofá muy cómodo y grande. Cuidan mucho la limpieza. A cinco minutos andando de la playa.

Hotel ask for copying IDs which is clear breach of GDPR of EU. Wi-Fi is low quality. The prices on the flyer privided by hotel are fake.

Really good value, got upgraded without even asking! Staff were really helpful, my only negative is the lack of a do-not-disturb as that apartment was serviced 5 days a week- which is great but unnecessary for me personally.

The aparthotel did not provide us with personal hygene products. The flat was not very clean and the balcony was located just above a Chinese restaurant, so we were not able to enjoy a sunset from the balcony and all windows had to remain closed at all times because of the kitchen smell.

We booked a 2 bed appartment as our 6foot6 son doesn't fit on the sofa beds normally. We arrived our appartment wasn't ready as check in is 4.00. The lady took my number to call us when it was ready. We got in about 2.00 to be very pleasantly surprised. We had one large room with a double bed and a tv in...just the ticket for a 16 year old. The other room was even bigger with a king sized bed and a single bed in it. The living accommodation is very big. The kitchen area is very well equiped..dish washer,washing machine,oven,hob,microwave,fridge freezer,and plenty of utensils. The room is cleaned every day and towels and sheets changed several times during the week. The appartment has black out shutters so no getting woken up by the sunlight first thing in the morning. Very quiet. Lots of amenities close by...We will be coming back

Quiet quarter of more than 10 buildings with several apartments (residential and touristic). Close to the beach and with plenty restaurants nearby. Has a common pool with bar shared by most apartments owners.

After two months and several messages, phone calls and e-mails, with no responds, I have never seen my deposit back. Bad service.

We asked for 2 apartments close to each other and were given property’s a big distance apart . They did change them though when we pushed it . We ended up with 2 flier properties 4 doors apart which backed into the pool bar area . Perfect for us . Near to the strip and a lovely beach .

We stayed in an apartment. My main problem is that you dont know at the time of booking that there is quite a big difference between the standard apartment and a superior one. We had a 2 bedroom standard apartment. It was very spacious but the decor was very dated and the kitchen was falling apart. Our friends were given a free upgrade to a superior apartment so we realised the standard of ours was much lower. They did move us to a superior half way through our stay for a €25 cleaning charge which was much nicer. However, we had a number of requests which fell on deaf ears eg. AC unit in second bedroom never worked and was never fixed in an 11 say stay in this apartment - I asked about it 5 days in a row. No hangers in our wardrobes - I asked for some 3 days in a row and gave up and bought some. I also asked 5 days in a row for an iron and eventually got one the day before we left. Our friends had similar but worse problems as their electricity went at least 8 times over the two weeks. They asked for a hairdryer 5 days in a row and then gave up. The maintenance and housekeeping management staff completely let this property down and should be replaced. I dont think I would be interested in the hassel of staying here again.

A Quinta Pedra dos Bicos é uma boa opcao para alojamento de familias no Algarve. a localizacao é excelente. os apartamentos sao confortaveis e limpos. os funcionarios das limpezas sao muito prestaveis e simpaticos. mas como em tudo há sempre um ponto fraco... e neste caso muito fraco mesmo estou a falar da piscina e do pessoal que toma conta da piscina. estive no alojamento durante uma semana, na segundz quinzena de Agosto.. e resolveram mudar ou melhor, aplicar rigidamente as regras de utilizacao da piscina.. entao, cheguei com a minha filha, como todos os dias o fazia, á piscina bem cedo para arranjarmos cadeiras. identifiquei me como normalmente e fui dar um passeio pelo jardim da piscina. Fomos comprar uns oculos para mergulho na saida do Hotel, nao tendo demorado mais de 10 minutos.. quando regressamos o pessoal da piscina tinha levado os nossos pertences.. sem autorizacao pegou nas nossas coisas e disse que nao era permitido reservar cadeiras... haviam cadeiras desocupadas so com toalhas ha mais de 45 min e eles disseram que eram novas ordens... incrivel como colocam pessoas sem formacao, sem sentido de responsabilidade, antipaticas a lidar com os clientes... reclamei mas nada valeu.. haviam pessoas a almocar na borda da piscina com malas cheias de comida e garrafas de vidro de vinho na beira da piscina mas ninguem viu... lamentavel.. ainda por cima quando se esta com uma criança... Quinta Pedra dos Bicos is a good option for family accommodation in the Algarve. the location is excellent. the apartments are comfortable and clean. the cleaners are very helpful and friendly. but as in everything there is always a weak point ... and in this case very weak indeed I'm talking about the pool and the people who take care of the pool. I stayed in the accommodation for a week, in the second fortnight of August .. and decided to change or better, strictly apply the rules of use of the pool .. so I arrived with my daughter, as I did every day, the pool very early to get chairs. I identified myself as normally and went for a walk around the pool garden. We went to buy a pair of glasses to dive in the exit of the Hotel, not taking more than 10 minutes .. when we returned the pool staff had taken our belongings .. without authorization picked up our things and said that it was not allowed to reserve chairs ... there were empty chairs only with towels more than 45 minutes ago and they said they were new orders ... incredible as they put people without training, no sense of responsibility, unfriendly to deal with customers ... I complained but nothing was worth .. there were people having lunch at the edge of the pool with suitcases full of food and glass bottles of wine at the edge of the pool but no one saw ... unfortunate .. even when you are with a child ...

Nous avions loué un appartement Hotel dans soit disant un 4 Étoiles. Appartement sale 3mm de poussière sur les rebords de fenêtre intérieur, même chose sur les tables de nuit, sur 3 clim, 1 seul fonctionnait , le robinet de la cuisine ne tenait plus, la cafetière navait pas de carafe, il y avait 2 petites cuillères, 1 pied de lit été cassé. malgré le passage dune femme de ménage, jai des doutes le lavage des sols, la table sur le balcon était repoussante et la chaise en plastique cassée . Le sèche cheveux s arrêtait au bout de quelques secondes et la cuisine était en très mauvaise états. Par ailleurs les matelas on sentait les ressorts. Si vous le souhaitez je peux vous envoyer des vidéos comme preuve. En conclusions nous avons été extrêmement déçus par cet appartement censé être un 4 Étoiles.

Wrong room, waiting 1 hour to get to our booked room, stinky & dirty, wi-fi didn't work and night staff didn't care. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. 4-star failure!

Basic but very clean. Nice pool and well kept grounds. Good location near enough to the strip but far away enough not to be disturbed by the music. There are many bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Only a short trek to the beach. Although clean and comfortable our apartment was a little dated. The pool areas and building are very secure and safe for kids. Staff were very friendly. The only thing that let the hotel down and probably many in the area is due to its proximity to the stip unfortunately the hotel and apartments does have many young groups staying so noise was a major issue throughout the night every night as they return in a constant stream. This was probably more noticible for us as we had a ground floor room, off the road and next to the lobby it was not ideal with a young family. Shame really as no other bad points.

Um local outrora sossegado, agora barulho fora de horas e lixo espalhado por todos os cantos inclusivé nos jardins comuns ás piscinas. O preço do café da piscina passou em 3 anos de €0.50 para €1.20. Os preços do intermarche são muito caros.

We were given the wrong room, and that one wasnt even made. When I told staff she left to the reception without saying a word. After waiting half an hour at the car we went to reception and were told no other rooms were available. Obviously a lie as after another half an hour close to midnight we were finally given our room.Kitchen was extremely smelly. The internet access didnt work and staff promised me to fix and call back. Never happened. Worst check in possible. Then when we finally just wanted to sleep - we find out the bed sheets were dirty. Despite getting in so late to our room staff was not willing to extend our check out time to noon. So far no apologies whatsoever. Only after I told the other staff our whole experience and insisted we were granted another hour. At check-out receptionist finally wrote down the whole report and apologized for the colleague. However we were not offered any kind of competition. All in all: service was a disaster and rooms run down. Worst 4 star experience Ive experienced!

Stayed a week here it was OK asked for upgrade when arrived was told there was no rooms but I was able to go online and cook one the food is OK the place itself is kept spotless clean the staff are good only small bad thing I have to say is the air con in the room wouldn't work properly had to open the door to turn it off and no stopper in the wash hand basin so could not fill with water other than they wouldn't upgrade me even though I was willing to pay it's a nice place

Direkt am Strand, (über Treppe zu erreichen) Ruhig gelegen am Rand von Albufeira. Toller Wamderweg zur Altstadt. Nette freundliche Hessische Dame an der Rezeption. Das Studio hat eine schöne grösse mit seperraten Schlafzimmer. Meine Frau und ich haben uns im Quinta Pedra dos Bicos rundum wohlgefühlt

Went in late Oct 2019 for a fortnight, on-site pool bar closed at that time, but pubs / cafes are a few minutes walk away. Nicely updated room, complete revamp, separate bedroom unit with two single beds, good storage, sofa bed in dining/Went in late Oct 2019 for a fortnight area , comfy to sit on , didn't try it for sleeping but it looked like good quality, fold out bed rathrer than flip over coach style. . showers instead of bath now. Some UK TV channels available, I had Sky News and Pick others had BBC1 and ITV. Internet worked very well. Only small niggle I had was the pillow used , they are of the type that the contents are cut foam and not wonderfully supportive. Highly recommended. Location - 7 minutes walk to st bottom of strip, bus stop across the road outside, green bus to old town , blue bus back, drivers very friendly, I.40 Euro single journey , takes 5 mins by bus.

Great apartment in great location. However missing a few of the basic items ie. Detergent and towel for washing dishes, and no tea or coffee provided. Also wifi very intermittent and unreliable. But quality of room, balcony, swimming pool and proximity to the beach were excellent.

Wij zaten in een ruim appartement. Het zwembad zit om de hoek en deze heeft ook een bar. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Harde matrassen. Ligging perfect tussen strand en centrum. Dus ook de bijbehorende geluiden ;) . Goede uitval basis om met de auto richting de westkust te gaan of het binnenland te verkennen. 2 supermarkten op loopafstand. En bij de bakker op de hork heerlijk ontbeten. Ik ben namelijk niet zo weg van het engelse ontbijt.

Wij zijn met 6 personen 3 volwassen en 3 kinderen geweest wat een super groot appartement met 2 bad en toilet. Het was heel schoon. Dicht bij winkels en supermarkt in de buurt kan je lekker eten en heel goedkoop. Min puntje: harde bedden

It was our first time at the dos bicos apartments and was pleasantly surprised we went self catering with a 2 bed 1st floor spacious apartment ,the location was approx 10 min drive from the old town (€8/10) taxi (€15) tuk-tuk the beach is a 3 min walk that has a restaurant immediately at the entrance open early for breakfast/ coffee etc ,we had a great time here and highly recommend staying here

Queria informar todas as pessoas que estão a pensar frequentar este hotel para que não o façam! Eu estive hospedada neste hotel de dia 13/07/2019 para dia 14/07/2019. Cheguei lá para no dia 13 e começou logo a correr mal, eu fiz uma reserva para um apartamento de seis pessoas e colocaram nos num apartamento para quatro pessoas, o hotel decidiu resolver o problema colocando um lençol em cima do sofá justificando que assim já era um apartamento para 6 pessoas. Obviamente que tive a reclamar, porque era inadmissível que um apartamento para 6 pessoas não ter uma mesa na cozinha para fazermos as refeições e ter apenas duas cadeiras. Para fazer estas reclamações foi complicado, pois quando me dirigi para a recepção apenas havia recepcionistas que não falavam português, nesse momento questionei me se estaria mesmo em Portugal... O dia do check out fez com que a minha opinião em relação a este hotel piorasse. No dia 14 ao meio dia fui fazer o check out e a recepcionista Joana Fonseca, disse me que a minha caução de 300€ iria ficar apreendida devido a ruído e que essa caução iria servir para distribuir pelos hóspedes que fizeram queixa. Quero informar a todas as pessoas que a caução é um valor que varia de hotel para hotel e que serve para pagar DANOS, ou seja, este valor pedido serve para pagar danos materiais que dêem prejuízo ao hotel. Tentei argumentar com a recepcionista e ela foi extremamente mal educada comigo. Esta senhora para além de ser extremamente mal educada comigo, negou-se a apresentar me qualquer tipo de prova que vindo do nosso quarto tinha efetivamente ocorrido ruído que pudesse incomodar os restantes hóspedes, assim eu pedi para falar com o seu superior e com o segurança e ela disse que não havia ninguém no hotel para além dela para resolver o problema... vão me fazer acreditar que para gerir o hotel estava apenas aquela recepcionista? Pff. Para além disso eu assinei um papel onde dizia que "Deve guardar este recibo, para devolução da caução. Caso o apartamento não apresente danos após a inspecção pelos nossos funcionários, a mesma será devolvida no check-out", efetivamente o quarto não apresentava qualquer tipo de dano!! Pedi um comprovativo a esta funcionária como o quarto não tinha qualquer dano para poder mostrar como comprovativo e a funcionária negou-se a dar. Esta funcionária ainda me apresentou um papel que eu assinei quando realizei o check in, onde diz que em caso de ruído os hóspedes são obrigados abandonar o apartamento e agora eu pergunto se o nosso "ruído" incomodou tantos hóspedes quero saber o porquê de ninguém se ter dirigido ao nosso apartamento tomar medidas? Quero realçar ainda que nós não frequentamos o nosso apartamento entre a 1h da manhã até à 6h da manhã. Fiz reclamação no livro de reclamações e estou a pensar fazer queixa à GNR e à DECO. Queria que tivessem cuidado com isto pois pelo que percebi isto não é a primeira vez que acontece, quero informar que eles não podem ficar com 300€ por ruído sem ter sido feito uma queixa à GNR, para além de que no papel que assinei sobre a caução só fala em danos materiais, como qualquer caução!! Eu não recomendo este hotel, pois isto é um esquema montado pelo hotel para retirar dinheiro às pessoas!

Es un buen lugar para quedarse, es decir, los apartamentos. El problema es que las piscinas son pequeñas y se juntan ingleses, franceses, alemanes, españoles,... y no se cabe. Además, si vas a la piscina prepárate para tragar cloro y oler a eso durante el día porque se pasan bastante. Dentro del apartamento se está muy bien y diría lo mismo del patio con césped si no fuese porque los de la piscina te ven a todo momento y tienen mesas por los laterales por lo que te pueden ver dentro y fuera del apartamento. A su vez, no hay barrearas que separen tu parte del patio con la del vecino. Los responsables del hotel te atienden bien, aunque el español deben mejorarlo un poco (sé que lo normal es saber inglés porque es lo más internacional, pero bueno...). También decir, aunque es cuestión de suerte, que hay muchos jóvenes que van con su botellona al hotel y ponen su música a todo volumen por lo que te pueden dar la noche.

Apenas a localização. O apartamento onde estive precisa de manutenção e o atendimento da funcionária do pequeno almoço foi pessimo. Pelo preço não recomendo

Although I always love coming back to these apartments, you can now put your towel on a sunbed at silly o clock in the morning and reserve it all day, this has never been the norm here and needs addressed quickly, came down this morning at 9am and only 4 people here but every bed taken. Poor from a lace like this.

Muy agradable el personal y buena amplitud y limpieza

The apartment was lovely , trying to get something done from the management side was a waste of time , maids attended every day but there was always something missed out i.e. , toilet paper , shower gel , clean towels , waited 3 day's for a hairdryer , reported strong sewage smell still waiting on maintenance to attend and I'm home now . I definitely would not take children to these apartments , the pool area was taken over by rowdy stags and hens , who where even drinking in the pool , the pool attendant watched all this but did nothing , the language was terrible , it seems to me this is the way the management wants to go with these apartments , I won't be back.

A relatively modern hotel with friendly efficient staff. Most rooms have a sea view. It is located in between the old and new town, near lots of restaurants and supermarkets. It's prices include breakfast, which consisted of continental and full English with a wide selection of hot and cold healthly and indulgent food.

Bien situé spacieux bel ensemble. Mais bruyant très sonore tout résonne les voix et les portes....

Fraco atendimento na recepção. A segurança deixa muito a desejar. Sem controlo sobre o barulho durante a noite. Era a 3ª vez que ali fazia férias, mas piorou muito. Não vou regressar. É pena porque tem uma excelente localização para praia, restaurantes e bares.

Já teve os seus melhores dias!

Clean but average accommodation, nice pool and garden, located near the beach with easy access from the road and a boardwalk

What was clearly once a nice place to stay is now overrun by groups of stag and hen parties -about 6 my second weekend. Full of blokes being drunk loud belching playing music etc and hanging around the pool. If you like that kid of thing then you,ll be fine. If not try a quieter resort now as Albufeira is spread out but caters primarily now to the drinking crowds. Also v hilly and pavements all cobbled and uneven.There are 2 terraces over a step bridge that are grass and were quieter until the groups spilled over to them, offering some respite but a long walk to the loo or pools.Not the fault of the property these groups are booked in and at least they provide a revenue, but this resort is along the lines of Blackpool in the sun.

Excellent- just arrived and 2nd time back for an anniversary and they had a lovely bottle of champagne waiting in the room -its the small touches that make a huge difference. Highly recommended.

Good size apartment. Clean. Convenient location (10 minute walk to beach and/or the Strip). Beds on the hard side.

While we enjoyed our stay our stay the actual apartment wasn't accessible. This was travel agents fault rather than hotel since we agreed to accept a first floor apartment however once out lift there were more stairs. I think we were in apartment N1. There were stairs to access the pool area though these were easier to tackle than the apartment stairs. A little disappointing since this is why we sought help from travel agents. Hotel staff very good. Access to nearest beach is definitely a non starter for disabled person. Not impressed that someone has property at bottom of hill and access to beach is via stairs/ wooden bridge all the way down. You may also find this difficult if you have vertigo

Wonderful welcome from Reception staff, which was replicated throughout the hotel staff. A quiet, comfortable hotel and one which we will be revisiting in the near future.

Although a beautiful 4 star hotel with lovely rooms, from 6pm - 10pm every evening they have a musician who plays extremely loud music in the hotel atrium which is deafening and there is no escape from it !!! Complaining to reception us pointless as this is their guest 'entertainment'. So if you are looking for a hotel were you can relax in the evening after a long day exploring / sightseeing and pethaps watch a bit of TV or go to sleep before 11pm in the evening, this is not the hotel for you ! The music is honestly so loud, you cant hear the TV !!! A real shame as this is a lovely hotel that is ruined by the noise !

Harde bedden. We hebben de bedden ( bank) in de woonkamer gebruikt. Geen afwasmiddel en/ of sponsje. Ik zou een gebruiksaanwijzing van de airo prettig gevonden hebben.

Nice location not to near the strip. Could do with some shelves for clothes in room, but plenty of hot water.

Stayed in the appartments,all good but needs better beds(very squeeky every time you move) and definitely new pillows!

Really lovely resort close to all amminities and bars restaurants etc. Large apartments with plenty of kitchen equipment. WiFi so good and no oven. Clean towels and bedding daily. Beautiful private beach and lovely walks.

We come twice a year and wouldn't go anywhere else. The appartments are clean modern and well equipped. The cleaners come every day and are friendly and efficient. The counter staff are very helpful and polite. The shop's, restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance as is the taxi and local bus stops.

No so good: everything else is extra costs: sunbeds & umbrellas at the pool, a room to a superior floor - is 25 euro extra, breakfast, etc.

Cant talk about a experience that did not happened ! The hotel cancel my reservation a few days prior my check in informing me that they were over booked.

This complex was recommended by a friend and didnt disappoint. V clean and well maintained, loved the fact that had staff manning the pool area to avoid the usual tourist towels on loungers! Staff very helpful and beach was beautiful (would definitely recommend the chicken piri-piri at the beach bar). Would definitely go back to this accommodation again.

Excellent quality accommodation, maid service every day which was surprising, we even had a small balcony, perfect for breakfast. Lovely pool, great for families. 10 minute walk to the beach (97 steps down, not suitable for everyone) but wonderful coastline and a much needed cooling breeze, great beach cafe serving excellent food, with a more sophisticated menu for evening meals. Shops and bars only a short walk away and only 15 minutes from the Strip with its lively nightlife and good selection of restaurants.

We was a large group and checking us in took them over an hour and they got the rooms wrong. Once sorted we had a great stay no troubles.

First of all there was a party of 8 of us. The hotel was advised that we would like two apartments on the ground floor next to each other - this did not happen. When we arrived on the Saturday night we were given apartments on the opposite side of the road both on the 1st floor. This was very inconvenient as two of our party had double knee replacements and one had a heart problem, therefore stairs were quite out of the question. The first night there one of our party got stuck in the loo when she went to the bathroom, locked the door and couldn't get out. Reception was advised and after about half hour the maintenance came and had to take the lock off so she could get out, but the door was not fixed and we had to put a stool against the door to keep it closed. The next day we requested that we be moved into the same block on the ground floor. This was done for four of our party and we were given a three bedroom apartment with access to the garden. The microwaves in both apartments were broken and dangerous and could not be used. Reception was made aware of this but nothing was done while we were there. Also we were advised that all apartments had hairdryers - needless to say the first apartment didn't have one - and reception was advised. The second apartment had two bathrooms with a hairdryer in each which at the start both worked. But for some unknown reason one of them stopped working - reception was also advised of this but nothing was done. We found the Wi-Fi absolutely terrible - after connecting it kept dropping and eventually we turned off the phones as we couldn't get a signal. The cleanliness and upkeep of the apartments was very good, the beds were reasonable. We found the pool area very nice but the water was freezing. If asked if I would stay there again - | am afraid I would say "No, I wouldn't and would not recommend it. Janet Turner

Zuerst bekamen wir ein Appartement ohne Balkon oder Terrasse, wir konnten aber nach 3 Tagen umziehen. Ansonsten war es ein schönes Hotel in bester Lage. 2 der Damen an der Rezeption waren überwiegend genervt, wenn man ein Anliegen hatte. Eher unprofessionell.

Apartments von der Größe in Ordnung, allerdings Badewanne und duschvorhang nicht mehr in Takt. Rauchmelder in der Küche ging ohne Grund ständig an. Tag und Nacht unfassbarer Lärm von Karaoke Bars und gröllende Engländer. Frühstück giebt es am Pool, allerdings nur englisches Frühstück. Pool war echt schön, und sauber.

Lovely spacious apartments, close to beach and pool. Round corner from lots of bars and restaurants and 30 min walk to Albufeira old town.

Bicos apartments near large supermarket/restaurants/bars ideal for anyone not good at walking also good for local bus service into old town highly recommended.

Very friendly staff. They try to accomidate you wishes. The cleaners are very nice and respectfull. They didn't even charge for a baby cod for a 2 person studio. They even upgraded us. When our shower water wasn't getting hot, they immediately went to fix it. It was a complex problem, but they didn't give up ant fixed it within 2 days The only downside is that block 12 and 13 can be very noisy because of pour insulation inside. In November this place is a bargain. This is the second year we've come here. We definitely want to go next year.

Very clean hotel, spread over a number of buildings.. Perfectly located near to the beach as well as bars & restaurants. Definitely value for money.

The stay was great! The view from the balcony we had was beautiful (of the city), very spacious with a full kitchen and very friendly staff.Be ready to walk a mini marathon to get to the beach, as the path takes a while. However, it is the most beautiful beach I have ever been to before.

Spent all my stay without tv call 20 times never got anyone on the phone had to go to front desk still didnt had the problem fixed.

Passei uma boa pda neste hotel sendo eu de Albufeira em boa companhia de amigas a comemorar , só houve pequena falha foi que a TV do apart não funcionava que era problema de satélite .

Hallo Leute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut . Wir haben ein Apartment bekommen. Große Küche, mittelgroßes Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett (wobei es zwei Matratzen sind und Pärchen deswegen schlecht kuscheln können :) ), Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster, Wohnzimmer mit deutschem TV und ein Balkon ist auch vorhanden. Ein Manko - im Frühling ist es ziemlich kalt im Apartment. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit und zu verschiedenen Restaurants ca 7 min. Sehr schöne Gegend lohnt sich auf jeden Fall

The location was great. The bedrooms were huge but the bathroom and living room were tiny. The bathroom door didnt open all the way because the toilet was behind it and the countertop for the sink jutted out so it was tight to get in and out of the bathroom , very poor layout. The shower curtain was too close so constantly in the way while in the shower. The couch was uncomfortable and not enough room for the four of us to sit. The pool wasnt heated so useless in February. The location by the beach and restaurants was great.

Le problème et le lit, on a eu 2 lit simples collés au lieu dun lit double, pas génial pour un couple damoureux.

Die Rezeption befindet sich am gleichen Ort wie diejenige des Hotels Pedro dos Bicos.(GPS entsprechend programmieren, falls eigene Anreise) Grosszügige Appartments mit funktioneller Einrichtung. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dafür schöne Details (Bilder etc). Einige Apoartements sind direkt zur Hauptstrasse, wir konnten aber am 2.Tag an eine ruhigere Lage wechseln. In der Hochsaison wohl nicht möglich...

Personnel très accueillant, appartement et complexe hôtelier très propre, emplacement privé, à quelques minutes à pied des magasins et restaurants. Avons adoré notre séjour. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit.

Il sagit dun ensemble assez vaste dappartements touristiques équipés, spacieux et confortables, pas de problème de ce coté-là. Mais à notre arrivée, ils avaient oublié de faire le ménage! Intervention du personnel le jour même et changement dappartement le lendemain. Service attentionné et réactif, mais des dysfonctionnements hélas. Ensuite certains appartements sont mieux placés (plus de calme, vue sur la mer éventuelle) que dautres, et cest un peu la loterie! Sinon pour Albufeira cest assez loin du centre ville et la petite plage proche est très sympa, mais cest le site même dAlbufeira qui est très bétonné et encore beaucoup de monde en septembre. Cest dailleurs le cas de toute la cote Sud de lAlgarve. Un choc quand on ne sy attend pas... Sinon soleil et belle mer chaude garantis.

Hotel tres moderne avec wifi gratuit. Le tout est tres classe, avec néanmoins un petit bémol, qui porte sur la tv satellite, car seule une chaine francaise y est présente TV5 monde... Labsence danimation a été tres appréciée, le personnel est discret mais disponible, exactement comme il le faut. La picine un peu petite mais la proximité de locéan y palie facilement.
