Food wasn’t great. Staff not super pleasant. *edit: Staff replied to my review saying I wasn’t there. Which as you can see proves my point that they aren’t the sharpest tool in the shed...

Um local bonito, rodeado por falésias e com magníficas vistas! Muitos degraus para se descer e depois voltar a subir...! Mas vale a pena a visita nem que seja para apreciar a beleza natural do local!

Super adresse quand on débarque à Faro, idéalement situé entre le port et la gare et le quartier festif ,le patron est très sympa et en plus il parle très bien français,sa cuisine est très bien avec des tarifs correct, je conseille fortement d'y faire un tour.

I was really disappointed. I have no idea how this restaurant averages 4.6 stars. This was the only one good rated brunch restaurant close to the Faro train station so we went to check it out. Food matters the most to me when reviewing restaurants and I was disappointed almost across the board. I don’t think the chefs try the dishes before sending them out. Only the octopus was okay, although the English translation on the card was wrong (it said garlic and salsa in Portuguese, and below English translation and also what I was expecting was addition of cream and lemon). Chicken was undercooked, and chorizo with onion should have been a bit charred, but the burnt taste dominated the dish. Burgers were disappointing too - we asked for medium, got a well done patty. Bitter taste of the sauce dominated the burger. French fries were oily and soft but not crunchy. There was no toilet paper in the WC too. Only good thing I can say and also what saved this review from being one star is the staff - very attentive and friendly, although they can’t do much about what goes out of the kitchen.

Unsaubere Tische. Bedienung sprach keine Englisch. Burger hatte rohes Fleisch, obwohl "well" bestellt. Fettige Pommes. Salat okay.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés complètement par hasard, pour manger rapidement, car proche de la gare et de la Marina. La carte nous a interpellé, pour un snack et .... Nous avons été agréablement surpris. Des patrons ultra sympa, parlant français, serviables, passionnés. Des plats délicieux, faits maison, copieux. Une carte variée, vous y trouverez même des plats vegan, notamment un burger... Vous mangerez pour 8 euros en moyenne, et oui !! la qualité dépasse bien des restaurants recommandés.

What a pleasant surprise!. On our way from Faro to cabanas, as we were running late, we stopped for a quick meal. Took the meal of the day to save time and it was delicious!!. The service was perfect and portions filling. Would go back there again anytime!

Amazing food on unexpected stop before catching bus to the airport. Get the daily menu. We had generous amount of grilled steak and pork with home made fries, and a drink for €7.50 and €8.50 respectively. Tender and tasty, and better than many places recommended in guide books for Faro.

Friendly place. Came here randomly during waiting for train. Friendly staff. Had a very good lunch. Tasty and fresh.

We had a transfer in Faro, and just looked for a cafe for delight lunch. Somehow we found the best chicken with bacon and goat cheese burger in a meal set euro 7.5! It was absolutely yummy and worth! Well commended!!

I discovered this place while I was going to Etcetera Festival so I didn't plan it but I was well surprised by the quality of the service and the food. I really enjoyed it! It's not expensive and if you're French you'll love speaking with the owners whom are French too and very friendly !

Really high quality food for good price , I had a really great steak here - one of the few places in Portugal where they ask you how you like the steak to be done (medium / well done / rare ) and they actually deliver what you want ( I wanted medium-rare and to my surprise I actually got medium rare for the first time in 2 weeks in Portugal.

Super Delicious Food! Great if you just arrived it's right in front of the bus station and really close to the trains

I don't know if we just came on an off day, but our food took EXTREMELY long, then only my burger came out, then about 10 mins later my husband's "Panini" came out. Neither of our sides came with our meals, she said it would only be a couple more mins for them. My husband's Panini was the saddest thing I've ever seen. It was mostly bread, a couple slices of chorizo and maybe one peice of cheese? Then about 15 mins later our fries came out, but only one at a time, we had to wait another 7 mins for the second side. Now, had our server not charged us for the fries we may have left happy. But she charged us full price for everything. Coming from the service industry, this really disturbed me. It could've been an easy fix, but instead we left unhappy. I wouldn't eat here again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either.

I got a half chicken from the menu of the day & wow it was so good! I wasn't looking for a big meal but I ate every bite. Very good value at only 7.50 with a salad, fries and drink. Both guys serving were absolute gentlemen as well, great little restaurant :)

Amazing friendly people went extra miles for our soya milk, very tasty tofu burger as a vegan option for 7.50€ as meal deal with fries and orange pure fresh juice. Had nice chats with them all and when they ran out of tofu, chef made us specially pasta. Thank you very much guys, much appreciated. Its also just next to a bus station and only about 2 mins walk to train station, perfect place if you want to grab food before you travel. Paid parking is just in front too. Toilets were clean too which is always nice bonus. Will definitely come back when in Faro again.

A lively French Portugese place with a wonderful hybrid of food. If they don't have what you ask for they will try their very best to provide an alternative. We asked for vegan coffee they went to the shop to by Soy milk. The tofu burger was Amazon g and they do a lovely meal deal which adds a drink and fries to your meal for 7€, can't be bad.

More than a cafe, clean,cosy and modern. Exceptional kind, multi lingual, friendly staff. Fantastic food very reasonable price for excellent quality. Did not expect this directly opposite the bus station !!

For 6€ you get “American Breakdast” of fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee, Texas style scrambled eggs (cheese, pimentos) with a side quarter cup of avocado, thinly sliced cooked ham, cherry tomatoes, and either yogurt or fresh fruit. (They were out of yogurt so I had fresh pineapple slices.). Very happy with my meal. Popular with locals.

El lugar engaña: ponen una comida muy elaborada muy rica. Tomé el plato del día, pulpo a la naranja, con mucho sabor. Muy buena presentación y atención.

Excelente Café. Tudo muito bom, desde batidos, refeições, café/galão, bolos, sandes e como não podia deixar de o seu staff. Recomendo vivamente!!! 5*****

Spotted this place while waiting for a bus at Proximo across the road and really wanted to give it a go; I'm glad I did. The menu's in Portuguese; when we asked for an English version the lovely lady behind the counter said "I'm the English menu". The American breakfast is absolutely great; bacon, scrambled eggs, cherry tomatoes, avocado, bread and your choice of fruit (melon) or yoghurt with honey, freshly squeezed orange juice and a hot drink all for €6. Also the Portuguese or French croissants are great tasting - on there own or with ham / cheese.

Juste en face de la gare routière. Pour moi il n'y a que les prix qui le qualifie de snack! Les burgers sont généreux et gourmands, les salades so fresh, le crumble à tomber etc.. Le tout dans une deco tendance!
