A genial host set the mood. Great food. I had swordfish. Scewers with fish were great and also a brilliant satay sauce with chicken. Waitress as friendly as the host. Very personable service. Finished off with a bottle; yes a bottle of port presented to the table. Thoroughly recommend this establishment. We went because of good reviews and were not disappointed.

The most entertaining and welcoming place to eat in Carvoeiro! Liebe and Sandra provide a wonderful dining experience - great food, friendly and witty service, and bottomless bottles of port! Their signature skewer dishes are fantastic too.

A quaint restaurant with big personality. The folks who dine here are always happy as are the staff. We often meet and make new friends at this warm and welcoming restaurant which is our "go to" place while staying in the Algarve!

Was referred to Happy’s Restaurant by a friend in Canada who said you have to visit this restaurant for great food and atmosphere. We weren’t disappointed. We walked into the restaurant and was met by the proprietor, Libba, who greeted us as if we were old friends. He recommended fish and chips for my wife and I had the chicken prawn kebab. We had a bottle of white wine as well as hot Dutch apple pie with ice cream and fresh cream for desert. The food was excellent, plentiful, delicious and reasonable. We strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants an excellent meal at a reasonable price.

What can you say just Brilliant food and service the atmosphere is great well looked after by Libby and Sandra and cheap make sure you book been going for 10 years now still as good !!!

Very warm welcome by the host, Libbe. Happy's is a small cosy restaurant. The waitress is very friendly and very attentive. As for the food just great! We took 3 starters which were great. As for the main course we took 1 prawn skewer with piri piri, juicy just brilliantly cooked and 2 marinated ribs, recommended by Claire from Correndon. The ribs, served with a nice salad (not served in the ot5her restaurants, unless you pay for it) were just wonderful. Libbe, many thanks for the great Friesland hospitality! Super !! Restaurant pas très grand mais qui vous réserve que de bonne surprise ! L'accueil est très chaleureux ! L'ambiance est très sympathique grâce aux serveurs et le patron! Nous étions deux et nous avions pris les brochettes suspendues mix (poissons et viandes), très original :) .Le prix est très raisonnable : une bière, un martini , 2 plats : 32€ ! La quantité des plats est très raisonnable on a pas pu finir ! Et pour finir le patron est venu discuter avec nous, apprendre à nous connaitre et nous conseiller, sans compter sur les verres de portos qu'il nous a généreusement offert ! Possibilité de venir en famille. Franchement les français, n'hésitez pas à aller là bas ! Je recommande à fond !!!!

Ottimo locale, personale simpatico e cortese. Il locale è piccolino e ben servito, piatti ottimi, prezzo abbastanza buono. Abbiamo preso due antipasti, due piatti, bicchiere di vino, birra, 42€ in totale. Vorrei tornarci, peccato che domani vado via. Bravi
