We were at the Conrad hotel nearby but decided to eat here as the main restaurant was closed. A wonderful experience with great hospitality and fantastic food. The fish was sublime and the duck with poached pear was perfectly cooked. After eating many ordinary steaks in Portugal, we finally found a place that knows how to grill quality meat. The crab cake and lobster bisque starter were also excellent. Sadly we had to leave early so skipped desert but it was still a memorable dinner.

It's not often you can say eating out is an experience. This was really quite something, food was incredible, atmosphere Lovely, staff impeccable. Would recommend anybody to visit this fantastic restaurant.

O melhor restaurante sempre! Produtos de primeira qualidade que se traduz em pratos deliciosos. Um serviço impecável e atencioso. No magnifico jardim ou no interior é sempre uma excelente experiência. Como cliente regular, hoje aconselho e descrevo o que experimentei no jantar de sábado passado e adorei. Como entrada o Pastrami no pão e com maionese e chucrute, e o salmão fumado. Divinal e é tudo feito pelo chef. Prato principal comemos fillet lombo irlandês Angus maturado com molho bearnaise, legumes e batatas fritas caseiras e crocantes e atum rabilho com fettuccine e pesto. Como sobremesa partilhamos uma combinação de mousse chocolate branco e preto com gelado de baunilha. Claro tudo bem acompanhado com copos vinhos seleccionados e aconselhados pelo sommelier. Finalizando bem a noite com cafés e uns bonbons caseiros, pagamos um total de 155€. Por tudo, o ambiente romântico, a simpatia dos empregados, a qualidade do produtos e a sua confecção que me surpreende, é por tudo isto volto sempre! E aconselho sem qualquer dúvida. We had a great night at Florian. Very friendly and welcoming staff upon entry. Startrd out with champagne while the excellent Portuguese Pinot Noir was decanted and lightly chilled. Amuses were a tasty tomato soup and a smoked salmon mouse with some wasabi, both nicely balanced. As starters we had delicious hand cut ham, and duck liver. Followed by iberico pork and duck breast as mains. All dishes were perfectly cooked and balanced by the chef. Will definitely return and strongly recommend anyone to experience the fine food Florian serves.

Amazing experience, top quality food and fenamonal service. Florian is located just outside Quita do lago centrum. A very good spot for a relaxed dining or a perfect first date The restaurant looks very charming, I felt cumfortable with a nice ambiant. The food was delicious, it is was the best food I ate this holiday. I was blowend away by the flavours, perfect balanced. The only downside of this experience was, that we had to go home at the end of the evening.

Uitstekende keuken en bediening. Klassieke kaart met enkele leuke verrassingen. De Nederlandse eigenaars werken hard en dat levert een zeer goed resultaat op.
