Absolut empfehlenswerte, saubere, stilvolle und gemütliche Unterkunft in einem interessanten, kleinen, geschichtsträchtigen Ort. Es gibt sogar eine voll ausgestattete Küche und Wohnzimmer. Die sonnige Terasse rundet den gelungenen Aufenthalt ab.

The owner greeted us upon arrival with a tour of this beautifully renovated stone house in the center of the historic walled city of Almeida. He spoke English for us and even asked an English speaking friend to drop by to ensure that we understood everything and had what we needed. Each room is decorated in a different era of the city with great care to both beauty and comfort - very modern touches in the bathroom and an efficient heater/air conditioner. Each floor has a common sitting room with an ultra modern kitchen. After our tour we enjoyed a drink from the small bar in the house and took it up to the rooftop terrace to enjoy in the sunshine as we browsed through the local tourist information our host provided:). Our hosts prepared a wonderful breakfast in time for us to make it to our morning tour in nearby Foz Coa.
