Positif: Emplacement parfait, très central, proche de tout. Accueil très agréable par Filipe qui nous a attendu sur place après un retard de l'avion.. Négatif: L'appartement est très agréable mais pas très pratique pour 6 personnes. Il n'y a qu'une salle de bain et il faut traverser la chambre pour y accéder. Heureusement il y a 2 toilettes. Il n'y a qu'une chambre et les lits d'appoints en plus du canapé lit dans le salon sont juste confortables pour des enfants. Toutefois l'emplacement et la taille de l'appartement permettent de se sentir à l'aise quand même..

Positive: The location! Amazing right in the center, only minutes from the main Plaza, Sao Bento central and Metro station and the shopping streets. We walked everywhere down to Ribeira about 10 mns and across to Vila Gaia quay. There are a couple of small supermarkets minutes away as well as bakeries and many restaurants. Our host was very welcoming and check in was very easy.. Negative: Being in the center of a very active young town has some down sides as there is some noise at night. Especially our last one with students screaming down our street until 5am...

Positiva: El departamento esta precioso, con todo lo necesario, las camas y sillones comodísimas. Una vista de la ciudad muy bonita!! Esta super bien ubicado, cerca de la mayoria de las atracciones turísticas. La zona muy bonita, con muchas tiendas y restaurantes para pasear. Nos encantó el departamento y el personal muy al pendiente de todo! Llegamos al departamento y nos estaban esperando para darnos las llaves, las indicaciones y recomendaciones. Sin lugar a dudas regresaríamos encantados! Además la ciudad es preciosa!. Negativa: Nada, todo estuvo increible!.

Excelente local para se hospedar. Muito central e próximo a tudo que possa conhecer ao redor do Porto. Fácil locomoção. O único ponto q achei negativo é a o lance de escadas muito alto até chegar ao elevador. Quando se tem muitas malas e bebê isso dificulta bastante o acesso o que foi o meu caso.

Positiva: La céntrica ubicación. Aunque daba a una plaza sucia y tomada por individuos "poco cívicos" por decirlo suavemente.. Negativa: Ofrecían tres camas individuales y había dos más sofá. Por tanto, tampoco había sofá en la zona de estar. Ofrecían camas extralargas de más de 2m y eran camas normales de 1,90m. Las cortinas opacas eran pequeñas, mal montadas y una de ellas rota. No cumplían con su función. Lo del baño fue de traca. No había toalleros ni en el lavabo ni en el bidé, sólo un "minicolgador" en una esquina del baño. La mampara de ducha era muy pequeña y obligaba a hacer contorsionismo para no salir nadando de la bañera. Pero lo que ya es INACEPTABLE es la cantidad de moho en los azulejos de la ducha (ni en mis viajes de juventud y poco dinero por Marruecos). Establecimiento tan decepcionante como Booking.com al incluir semejante lugar en el programa Genius de fidelización..

Positiva: Las vistas de Oporto desde la casa son fantásticas. Muy céntrico, visitamos paseando toda la ciudad. Apartamento muy bonito con diseño muy actual, amplio, luminoso y cuidado. Totalmente recomendable!!. Negativa: Poca luz en el baño principal y en general en todo el duplex la luz por la noche es muy tenue.

Positif: Très bel emplacement très central et avec balcon, proche des rues animées sans avoir de nuisances sonores. Très bien équipé et parking à 30m très pratique dans Porto.

Positive: Its a fantastic apartment with amazing views over Porto. Its modern, clean and has elevator access which is quite rare for older Portuguese buildings ( although there are 20 steps before the elevator). The split level apartment was great for a family with 3 kids. The upstairs bed was super comfortable and the kids were on the two very large and comfortable sofa beds downstairs. The location is absolutely excellent, must see things we did close by, go to Miss Opo restaurant ( 3 mins walk away)- fabulous food but call in and book ahead. Walk everywhere, take the tram along the river to the sea, Find the Lelo bookshop ( Harry Potter related) Buy some Claus Porto soaps, Visit a Port winery, listen to a Fado show- we went to The house of Guitar one and it was fabulous. Explore the surrounding area, go along the river on a boat, lots to do..

Positiu: Està molt ben situat. Molt cèntric i aprop de l’estació de tren i de metro. Molt net, confortable i amb un toc de modernitat. Totalment recomanable..

Positive: Il posto andava benissimo e la posizione è centrale ma siamo ancora qui che cerchiamo di farci restituire 300€ rubati!!. Negazione: Al nostro arrivo in struttura non ci è stato fatto fare nessun sopralluogo della casa senza quindi evidenziare eventuali danni preesistenti. Dieci minuti dopo notiamo che per come era montata la cucina un piano a ribalta per funzionare doveva raschiare il muro naturalmente graffiandolo! Ma essendo una costante, il muro era già anche stato ritinteggiato all’Interno dello sfregio e quindi non abbiamo ritenuto opportuno segnalare la cosa ai proprietari di casa in quanto chiaramente era già cosa ben nota. Tutto bene se non fosse che dopo un intera settimana e non al nostro check-out, quindi dopo che altri ospiti hanno soggiornato nei locali, ci vengono truffaldinamente sottratti 300€ dalla carta di credito con la quale era stata fatta la prenotazione, adducendo come scusa la riparazione del succitato graffio nel muro. (Roba che con 5€ di stucco si può tranquillamente riparare) rendendo inutilizzabile il tavolo fino al prossimo graffio!! Quindi: la mossa di sottrarre i trecento euro è chiaramente una truffa magari già anche ripetuta con altri ospiti! Esorto Booking.com a segnalare questa gestione come disonesta e se possibile a farci riavere i 300€ ingiustamente addebitati sulla carta..

Positive: We were two persons. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hand over of the key went smoothly. Room and bed was perfect. Location was great. View and furniture were nice. Many nice restaurants and cafes were close by. The apartment is super modern. If you plan to stay with small children however, I would not recommend it, since the stairs could be regarded as a bit unsafe for children.

Positivo: Da forma agradável com que fomos recebidos e da disponibilidade e acpmpanhamento da nossa estadia

好意的: キッチンが全部そろっており、良かった。駅からも近く、観光するには便利。小さなスーパーも近くにある。屋内駐車場も近くにある。. 否定的: ホテルの表札等、名前が出ていないのでわかりにくい。住所で探した。鍵の受け渡しは、到着時間を連絡したにもかかわらず、結局電話をして来てもらった。 部屋のドアの鍵の開け方が難しく、何度やってもなかなか開かなかった。（コツがあるらしい。） 2泊滞在したが、2泊目の夜、シャワーが突然水しか出なくなり、そのままチェックアウト時まで水道は全部水しか出なかった。 エアコンがなかった（わからなかった？）ため、備品のヒーターを使用した。

Positive: L'appartamento è molto spazioso (almeno se siamo solo in due) e moderno, ben arredato e con due bagni, uno di servizio con solo wc e uno con doccia al piano di sopra dove c'è il letto.. Negazione: I bagni sono molto piccoli, noi eravamo solo due quindi ci siamo arrangiati bene. Altra pecca riguarda la persona che ci ha accolto. Sembrava molto disponibile ma l'unica volta che avevamo avuto bisogno è scomparso senza dare alcuna risposta. Ho contattato direttamente la struttura tramite Booking e mi hanno dato loro le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno. In ogni caso ancora non ho ricevuto alcuna ricevuta del pagamento, e questo è un atteggiamento che non mi è piaciuto per niente.

Positief: Geweldig in alle opzichten! Centraal gelegen in Porto, parkeergarage om de hoek (wel prijzig!), een groot luxe appartement met 2 toiletten, grote badkamer en een uitzicht om van te dromen. Ondanks de hittegolf die op dat moment heerste in combinatie met het ontbreken van airconditioning, was er een prima binnenklimaat. Twee ventilatoren deden prima dienst.. Negatief: We wilden nooit meer weg :)

El apartamento es espectacular y su ubicación inmejorable. Tuvimos algunos problemas de comunicación con la persona que nos tenía que dar las llaves y estuvimos 2 horas esperando en la calle. Por lo demás, una estancia perfecta.

Positivo: O apartamento está muito bem localizado, é um T1 muito grande, bonito. Com todas as comodidades. O quarto é muito confortável.. Negativo: Ainda que tenha ligado e pedido confirmação do horário de receção, o tempo de espera pelas chaves foi cerca de 2h! O "estou a chegar", em vez de dizer quanto tempo ia demorar na realidade, também não ajudou. Se forem utilizar o sofá cama da sala, saibam que não é muito confortável.
