I booked 2 bikes for a day in sintra and the women that took care of us was really nice, helpfull and gave good advices! Last but no least the bike are really great, you can do so much with this powerful battery :)

We had an amazing one-day trip around Sintra on electric bikes. The bikes had plenty of power for our trip even though we took a longer trip than their recommended route. They gave us their pre-programmed phone-GPS for the trip even though we didn't order it and we didn't have to pay for it, and that was really nice of them. However, the phone-gps had an SOS button that they forgot to tell us about, which meant that the first time the button was accidentally pressed (by the holder), we had to go back - luckily we hadn't gone far. It went off a couple of more times during the day but it was easily cancelled by the 'home button'. We had a really nice trip around Sintra on bikes and I would really recommend that as a form of transport if you are up for a hilly bikeride.

I booked 4 E-bikes a few weeks b4 our trip to Portugal and we did the Atlantic route which was amazing. The staff at Park E Bike was great from answering questions via email prior to the trip, to the service that we received when we arrived there such as offering the use of their restrooms to helping us to download the apps for the roads. I will absolutely rent from Park E Bike again if we return to Sintra.

A guy called Joao dealt with us. He was extremely helpful and selected the perfect route for us given the time we had (half day). We followed all his advice and had a great trip. Great value. I wish them the best.

Very helpful, cheap & competent. It's worth the little inconveniencyof not going direct to sintras mainstation 10 times! The manager even gave us full refund for our money when the rue was to heavy to go through with riding the other day. Absolute recommendation.
