Una casa antigua preciosa situada en el campo con jardines, piscina. Dispone de varios apartamentos todos con terraza y jardín. Muy cercana a Oporto y Guimaraes. Atención y limpieza excelentes.

Lugar idílico para desconectar, y descansar, las instalaciones son perfectas, acojedoras y todas tienen un balcón o terracita en donde estar al aire libre de forma privada. Tiene entre otras cosas, Piscina, cancha de tenis, campo de fútbol, y mucha tranquilidad....y sobre todo, han estado pendientes en todo momento de que nuestra estancia transcurriera sin problemas. Volveremos sin duda!!

El trato recibido por parte de Joao y Lucinda es excelente, se preocupan de todos los detalles para que la estancia sea perfecta. Es una casa ubicada en el medio del campo, rodeada por campos de maíz, en un entorno muy tranquilo donde puedes desconectar totalmente de la vida que llevamos en la ciudad. Perfecto para visitar otros lugares del norte de Portugal que están a 30-40 minutos en coche. Esperamos poder volver de nuevo con amigos. Un abrazo desde Galicia.

Lovely, clean appartments and lots of nature and accomodations (swimmingpool, hammocks, tennis court, etc.). The host is also very friendly. I'd definitely recommend to anyone who wants to spent some time in North-Portugal!!!

I stayed here with family for two nights and it was wonderful in every way. We got hot weather, cold weather and rain, so I can safely say it's an amazingly good all year-round retreat. The decor was spot on, very rustic and authentic, but with a hint of modern to add extra comfort, I absolutely loved it. Everything was spotlessly clean, the beds were very cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It's probably better-equipped than my kithcen at home! Our host Isabel was very nice, and was there to welcome us and gave us the info we needed to settle in. There is a common room with a TV and hot beverages, and I really want to thank the hosts for the lovely coffee, it really made a difference! There were many maps and books both in the common room and in our apartment with local tourist info in various languages, so we had a good idea of what we could go and see. We tried to stay local, going for walks around the property, and it's well worth the trouble. There's an old aqueduct nearby, along with some wondrous manor houses probably from the 18th century judging by some of the dates and architectural styles. You can also see farm animals like cows and chickens in paddocks and fields down local roads. If walking doesn't suit your fancy you can stay in and use the pool, which was lovely, use the tennis court or just laze around on the many nice spots the property has to offer. Each house has a barbecue grill so you can cook your own food outdoors on days with nice weather. This was a really great touch! I have to say, everything was really good, without a doubt it's been one of my favourite country retreats so far, I really recommend it.

Accueille super d'Isabelle et Antonio, dans ce lieu de tranquillité et très bien entretenu .location de grès bon standing avec commodités a disposition, piscine, Hama que, coin aménagé, etc. Visite des environs pratique par le train,ce qui éviter de se Garé en voiture.les conseilles d'Isabelle et ses bonnes adresses nous ont permis de gagner du temps ,très précieux, car nous n'étions la que pour une semaine.nous espérons y revenir bientôt. Positiv: Zuvorkommendes Personal, ausreichende Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft, ruhige Lage, überall auf dem Gelände gab es Möglichkeiten sich niederzulassen und das schöne Anwesen zu genießen. Negativ: Harte Betten

Positivo: Simpatia de todos, o local é excepcional! Todas as comodidades oferecidas! Foi perfeito. . Negativo: Nada a apontar! Tudo simplesmente perfeito.

Positief: Het appartement was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De badkamer werd zelfs elke dag schoongemaakt! Voldoende schone handdoeken, zelfs badlakens voor bij het zwembad. Het terrein wordt super onderhouden. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van het heerlijke zwembad en de tennisbaan. De ontvangst was hartelijk. We bevelen Casa de Assade van harte aan!. Negatief: Helemaal niets.

Positief: Isabel en Antonio zijn zeer gastvrij. We voelden ons meteen heel welkom. De locatie is geweldig, midden in de natuur. Alles is aanwezig om een prachtige tijd te hebben. De inrichting van het huisje was prachtig. Veel aandacht voor details, zoals mooi bedlinnen, sfeerlampen, mooi meubilair....Je kan koken, de keuken is uiterst volledig, maar je kan in de buurt zeer voordelig uit eten gaan. Elke dag housekeeping ! Wat een luxe. En...alles met de grote, oprechte glimlach ! Best is om een auto te huren, de streek is werkelijk prachtig ! We zwommen, speelden tennis en voetbal en genoten van ons eigen, volledig uitgeruste terras. Hier ga ik zeker nog eens terugkomen ! Petra Lievens

Positiv: Tolle Lage, ruhige Umgebung, trotzdem in ca. 30 Minuten am Meer, tolle Anlage (Pool sauber und groß, Liegen, Badehandtücher, Hängematten), tägl. Handtuchwechsel, Zimmerreinigung, nettes Personal, nette Eigentümer. Tennisplatz, Fußballfeld, eigene Terrasse, hübsch möbliert, unser gemietetes Apartment entpuppte sich als kleines Häuschen für uns allein mit vollausgestatteter Küche, Terrasse zum Verweilen mit allem was man braucht, alles hell, sauber und freundlich. Am liebsten würden wir den Geheimtipp für uns behalten, wünschen den Eigentümern aber viele nette Gäste. Wir fanden es prima, keine deutschen Gäste vorzufinden, das Publikum war international, jung und alt, Familien und Pärchen, wir haben uns super erholt.. Negativ: -

Negativo: Impossível não gostar um sítio como este com pessoas como a D. Isabel e a D. Conceição... um alojamento pensado ao detalhe em que o viajante é a personagem principal de uma história encantada!

Positief: Je waant je in een paradijs waar alles, alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd is. Prachtig zwembad met heerlijk ligbedden, matrasjes, parasols, alles in overvloed aanwezig. De hangmatten hangen er echt, ook de ligbedden staan verspreid over het terrein en je vindt er ook nog schommels. De rackets voor de tennisbaan liggen er voor het grijpen zoals ook de bal voor het voetbalveld. De kamers zijn zeer netjes, in de keuken vind je alles wat je nodig hebt en meer en de gastvrouw is super aardig en vraagt je telkens in steenkolen engels of alles wel ok is.. Negatief: niets

Positif: Cadre magnifique. Accueil parfait et en très bon français Isabel et sa maman, Antonio et Concessa sont tous très sympathiques et toujours à l écoute. Draps et serviettes bain et piscine fournies et changées durant le séjour. Piscine immense et très beau parc avec tennis et balançoires pour les enfants. Séjour idyllique !!!!

Positive: Very Friendly & helpful staff. A little hard to find the place at 10pm at night in the dark, but the owner came looking for us when we arrived later than anticipated. The apartment was great for our needs - comfy, cooking facilities and a private outdoor setting for relaxing or sun baking. A communal pool with lounge chairs & sun umbrellas, great on the hot days. We enjoyed our stay, would definitely go back.. Negative: Could do with some lighting on the signage for travellers arriving at night

Positiva: El alojamiento es perfecto. Un gusto exquisito, cuidados detalles, lencería muy bonita, limpísimo, cómodo. Las instalaciones están de lujo. Un césped en el que te hundes al pisar, una piscina inmejorable, el entorno precioso, camas en los jardines, flores por todos lados. No sirve desayuno, pero hay una cafetera de cápsulas disponible siempre, y un bar a dos metros con buen café y pastelería portuguesa. Las dueñas y el personal amabilísimo y atento. Estuve en el apartamento con terraza privada, una casita preciosa. Inmejorable. Negativa: Nada negativo

Positiva: Muy buena opción para pasar unos días de descanso. La finca es preciosa y muy tranquila. El personal muy atento y amable. Si te apetece conocer sitios, tienes a menos de una hora lugares como Oporto, Guimaraes, Ponte d'Lima

Positive: This was a real surprise! The host and her helper were extremely helpful and went over and above any service we have had anywhere! They took us to the train station and helped us buy our tickets to Porto, then showed us the grocery story, etc. They were always there if we needed anything. The entire complex is ancient and charming, especially with the grape vines and the very active church bells across the road. The pool and yard was just what we needed before returning to the bustle of LIsboa. Our room was tiny and would have been cramped if we stayed longer, but we saw other rooms and would book one of them next time. This was such a secret garden that we want to return with friends.. Negative: It was hard to find especially since no one in the country seemed to know of this village. We almost cancelled thinking it was too remote, but it was the highlight of our trip once we found it.
