I needed help for my iPhone battery . Sent 2 mails , with in span of a month not a single reply . It says it will reply me within 24 hours . I sent mails Because the phone is always on the voice mail . I didn’t expect this from a multi billion company .pity , Apple

The staff are helpful at this store but the procedure they have really doesn’t work in favor of the customer. Every time I go in, usually looking to quickly buy something simple and small like an Apple charger or a screen protector, there will be two people working, always dealing with someone already, they will manage these people for 30 minutes at least, while people stand in line waiting, many eventually giving up and leaving. It is great that they tend to the customers with problems with their computers so thoroughly but if there isn’t at least one person designated to dealing with the simpler customer requests like a quick purchase or a price enquiry, then most people end up just standing around for ages and that doesn’t make for happy customers. I am currently standing second in the queue in the shop while writing this, yesterday I waited half an hour, only second in line before finally getting to the top and being told they had no screen protectors in stock, so the whole wait was pointless. Today I’m standing second in line waiting to ask the price of a phone charger as they don’t have any of the items (including the chargers) on the shelf priced. I have watched one of the workers talk with a lady about her laptop for 20 minutes before the lady left, the worker then proceeded to take photos of the lady’s computer for 10 minutes, then went back to her work computer typing for about 20 minutes before the woman who owns the computer has now returned and they’re talking again, while people wait looking fed up behind me, and one person has already left the queue and left the shop. The other worker has been chatting with the same man for the 40 minutes I’ve been here. I have seen countless people wander around the shop, looking at computers and phones, and leave, if they had any questions about items they would not have had the chance to ask as the two members of staff have been so busy for 40 minutes dealing with one customer each. They need to have a procedure for dealing with simple customer requests while someone else deals with the bigger computer issues, or else they need to hire more staff.

My iPhone hadn’t been connecting properly to the charging cable for a couple of months which was making it difficult to charge my phone. I hadn’t been bothered to get it fixed but had been at the mall and my friend from Portugal suggested it might just need cleaning which will be done very quickly. Went into the shop and the member of staff got a small object and cleaned the charging port and lots of dirt came out. My phone was all fixed within 5 minutes. Very pleased with the outcome, efficient shop with friendly staff.

Péssimo atendimento os colaboradores não sabem informar sobre as diferenças dos equipamentos mesmo tendo uma diferença de 100€ de um para o outro. Muito mal formados para estar a vender neste tipo de loja. Comprei um relógio de 350€ que em menos de 24h o ecrã deixou de funcionar e ficou rachado no visor. O ecrã foi para diagnóstico e a GMC disse-me que não podia nada a não ser vender o mesmo relógio novamente por 270€ ficando com o equipamento danificado para eles. Ou seja, vão reparar para vender novamente e obrigando-me a comprar um novo? Sinceramente recomendo procurar outro local para quem procura equipamentos da apple
