Lovely stylish flat in such a great position within the old walled city. Entry to the old town is via a barrier. We rung our host when we arrived and he meet us and directed us to the free parking in the town square. It was a short work to the flat from there. At night Guimares is so pretty as the buildings are lit with Fairy lights. We ate in a wonderful restaurant just round the corner - the chic and modern 'Historic'. The steaks we ordered were to die for. We sat in the court yard listen to a guitarist sing and play chill out music til late. Amazing night. The owners of the flat were incredibly helpful and friendly and their office is just under the flat should you need them. The property has been decorated in a light modern way with two spacious bedrooms and a lounge/kitchen/diner. The shower room was a little small but this flat is a converted old townhouse. Our lovely breakfast was bought to us in the morning in a wooden box and contained EVERYTHING for a hearty breakfast (yogurts, fresh croissants, fresh fruit and more). Coffee or tea from the machine in the kitchen. Comfy beds and all spotlessly clean. Before leaving we took the cable car up the 'mountain' to the Park area at the top and to see the view and the weird natural rock formations. There is a Church and cafe up there too and you could spend half a day wandering around the path ways (some are steep) thru the park and woods. Loved it. Everything about our stay was exceptional.

Inesquecível! Apartamento ricamente decorado, com a verdadeira sensação de se estar em casa. O café da manhã é simples, mas o cuidado do pãozinho ser entregue diariamente à porta é mesmo um carinho imenso. Achei o espaço do box para banho um tanto reduzido, mas fora isso o local é perfeito! Situado no centro histórico de Guimarães, o apartamento garante a facilidade de acesso aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Super recomendo!

Apartamento de papel.(Sé oye hasta la respiración de los demás clientes.) Limpieza escasa, escaleras incomodisimas. Por no hablar de lo complicado que es dejar el coche para descargar las maletas. Decepción total.

Good location, although difficult to find. Parking arrangements awkward.Apartment was fine, although bathroom is tiny.

Positive: We have no remarks about the place. Everything was perfect. Top center. Everything is a 5-minute walk.

Positive: Staff were incredibly nice and suportive. The room was charming and clean. The location excelent and we’ve got nice recomendations to make the best of our stay. The breakfast was served in the room and it gave us a nice “we are home” feeling.

Positiva: Limpieza. Decoración. Trato recibido.. Negativa: Al estar tan céntrico, se escucha bastante el ruido de la calle.A partir de las 8:00 se escuchan cada cuarto de hora las campanadas de las iglesias. De noche no suenan.

Positivo: Adoramos a decoração e o facto de ser pequeno mas muito bem equipado. E sem duvida que é uma óptima escolha para conhecer a cidade porque fica muito centrico. Negativo: Apenas não gostamos do ruido sentido pelos hospedes vizinhos, porque realmente falta um bocadinho de qualidade no isolamento.

Positiv: Schönes Appartement in altehrwürdiger Umgebung. Originelles (picknikartiges) Frühstück. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit!!!. Negativ: Das Bad ist für gross gewachsene Leute eng. Das Finden des Hotels gestaltete sich schwierig.

Positiva: La limpieza ,el desayuno ,la ubicación y el trato espectacular del personal. Negativa: Ruido el sábado por un bar cerca ,un poco pequeño para cuatro personas

Positive: João who checked us in was friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was generous and with a nice variety.. Negative: The only downside of our stay was really out of the hands of the Property owners in the noise level on the Saturday night. Being such a central location & Guimarães being a University town perhaps we shouldn’t have been surprised at the noise coming from the local bars into the early hours on Sunday morning. The bells from the church ensured that we didn’t oversleep.

Espaço acolhedor, atendimento muito bom. Um pouco de barulho próprio de uma casa antiga, de uma cidade com história.

Positivo: no geral de tudo, excelente pequeno almoço o cama de casal muito boa, o sofá cama também bastante confortável a cozinha moderna e equipada a sua localização em pleno coração historico

Positif: Charmant logement en plein centre ville rénové dans petit immeuble ancien. Propre, très bonne literie, cuisine complète, petit déjeuner très correct amené le lendemain matin à l'heure souhaitée (nombreuses viennoiseries, céréales, jus orange, fruits). Proche restaurants. Très bon accueil.. Négatif: Dommage que le centre ville et les jeunes faisant la fête jusqu'à 02h30 du matin nous aient empêché de dormir !!! Et ne pas oublier de prévenir les guests de ne pas brancher plus de 2 ou 3 appareils en même temps sous peine de faire sauter les plombs !!!

ПО поводу шума: судя по всему в старом городе запрещают менять окна, то есть эта проблема всех жилищ центра, а не только этих апартаментов. Хотите тишины, селитесь на окраине.... Негативный: Звукоизоляции нет, безумно слышно людей гуляющих на главной площади (((

Great location, though you need to park outside the old city and walk 1/2 km to get there. Apartment has a complete kitchen and dining room. Breakfast is delivered to your door, and amazing--a full crate of stuff. One drawback is that their check-in desk/store is usually empty, so you have to call them, but they are there within a couple of minutes. Also, the local bar crowd will be noisy between 1:30am and 2:30 am so bring ear plugs if you dont enjoy the sounds of nightlife.

Bien situado, mobiliario nuevo, trato excepcional. Un defecto, de noche hay mucho ruido. Recomendable.
