Great welcome by Fernando with complimentary water and pastry. Apartment very spacious and well equipped.wiFi extremely slow but we were told an upgrade is in progress. The apartment will be due some upgrading shortly but it did meet all our needs. The swimming pool was good and the location ( Albufeira is hilly ) was close to the beach, intermarche supermarket and the strip. Finding it was interesting though as there was limited signage.would stay again.

Apartment ist sauber und schön groß für 2 Personen. Das Bad ist sauber und groß, aber das WC sollte erneuert werden. Vielen Dank an Fernando, dass wir noch ein paar Stunden länger bleiben durften.

Great place! The proximity to the Old Town (the good restaurants) and the quieter end of the beach (literally 3 mins walk) can't really be beat. Supermarket is just round the corner and the kitchen is well enough equiped. The place certainly isn't shabby - good bathroom/shower and comfortable living room + balcony, all nicely decorated and clean. Might of been nice to have an iron and board in the apt, but not a necessity for me. Clean linen and towels provided - including beach towel. Host very friendly and helpful on arrival, with a map in hand. Bins are next to the car rental! Took a while to work that out. And there are buttons on all the walls to turn the lights on. Wifi was available and surprisingly good in my apt - good for the Chromecast. Pool is nice and big. Only a couple loungers catch the sun in October , but with the beach so close, there's really no reason to be sitting in the courtyard.

Very spacious 1 bedroom apatment! Bit dated but didnt make holiday any less enjoyable! Excellent location thats why we booked apartments! Onky disappointment was not being allowed up to roof top terrace!

The space was very clean and spacious. We booked the space the morning of our arrival and showed up to the door without contact. Despite this, the host was VERY attentive and helpful. The location is very close the the beach, restaurants, and a supermarket. The pool was a nice touch and we made use of it despite also going to the beach. We would highly recommend Sol a Sul.

Good property size, location & pool area.However, a few ants & flies running about.Not enough toilet roll provided for a week or clean towels.We werent informed where to bring rubbish bags so this left a smell in the kitchen. We werent informed also where local washing machine or laundrette was to get towels washed.Good for families and self catering holiday but be prepared.

Apartamento excepcionalmente perto da praia, foi a primeira vez que viemos para Albufeira para um apartamento e não para um Hotel, devido ao covid19, e gostamos imenso da experiência. O apartamento era bastante espaçoso, impecávelmente limpo e até nos disponibilizaram máscaras e gel.Fomos para a praia sem problemas e com bastante espaço de manhã e ao fim do dia , vamos repetir assim que possível.Boa net ( importante) Anfitrião super simpático e prestável.Obrigado.

Lage perfekt. Ausserhalb des Rummels trotzdem sehr nah zur Altstadt und zum wunderschönen Strand. Schöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Schlechte Läufer jedoch aufgepasst. Es geht ziemlich steil rauf und runter.

Stayed here in June 2019. Faultless really. Met at reception and shown to the room. Any problems just text the guy. Swimming pool area is nice. Just minutes from Old Town Square but quiet at night so you don't here the loud music from Old Town. Great location and a Supermarket just round the corner. I would stay here again

If was much better then expected, took a cheaper option . .but ended up better then others who paid more .. it was also one of the closest to the old town and safe area .. also had a pool .. no gold staircase, but i did not pay for that .. well worth it .. not staying long .. good for me ..

Great location, but the apartment was so hot we were miserable. The manager did provide us fans, but we could barely sleep due to the heat. Also, it was hard to get new towels and we were there for 5 days!!! We also had to ask for more toilet paper and I didn’t think he was going to let us have more. There were hoards or ants everywhere, and no way to get rid of them.

To whom it may concern, I am so upset for family in that it has taken me a week to submit this unbelievable disturbing experience of staying in these appartments that you advertised and awarded ratings and trip advisory, which was completely inaccurate:The kitchen window was broken for 5 days, leading out on the balcony onto the main street, leaving my children and I exposed.No sanitary /toiletries in place-basic human necessities to human hygiene. No towels of any description were replaced except for once throughout the whole stay and minimum replacement,eventhough there were five of us staying in the appartment for 11 nightsNo immersion heater on until I went looking for it. Green algae all around the walls of the swimming pool. Window and patio shutters were not working properly. No air conditioning in any of the rooms. This booking cost nearly 2,000 euro of my hard earned money, I returned home feeling shattered with no sleep throughout my stay.I want this followed up and a reply back.

Lovely place to stay the host was lovely and very friendly. The pool area is small but really lovely would definitely stay here again one thing i would change would be a woking lift apart from that everything was great

We enjoyed our stay here at Sol A Sul .It was as advertised , 5 mins walking distance to everything The host was very helpful and even offered to take us to the train station if our taxi did not show up in time .But it did. we will return

We stayed august 19 .the location was excellent close to the beach and the old town . Apartment was fairly spacous with balcony looking over the pool . The apartment was clean and tidy but i would say it could be doing with an update ,bathroom was a little tired and the kitchen area . But in saying that everything worked as it should and we had fantastic holiday and would recommend these apartments

Do not deal with this hotel unless you want your booking cancelled last minute!!! Cancelled my booking days before I arrived so that they could give the room to someone else for more money. I called and emailed offering full payment in advance and they were rude and lied about the reasons for withdrawing the booking. Terrible business

The property is located very near old town, but far enough away so you can not hear the noise. It is a small complex in a residential area. It has a small swimming pool with only a few loungers (could do with a few more). There is no bar/entertainment/reception but the management are easily contacted by mobile. The apartments are very spacious with a well-equiped kitchen. There is alocal supermarket a few minutes walk away down the first set of stairs and 5 min walk. There is a pizzeria two doors away, we got a take away from it. Overall we managed well in this apartment but it is very quiet but good location.

Had a good stay here as described this place has location location location . A couple hundred steps to the beach and a short walk to old town . We were met upon arrival and given a rundown on how to get around . I wish the wifi was a bit better but we got by . All and all good value for your money here .

No nos gustó el estado de conservación del alojamiento con las puertas rotas y deterioradas,cuarto de baño sin apenas luz y sucio y los azulejos con agujeros por todos sitios. El peor alojamiento que hemos tenido el Portugal en muchos años .Lo mejor la cercanía con la playa y el centro de la ciudad

Once I found the property, it was apparent that the location was perfect....close to beach and old town restaurants, bars, and night life. Parking was fine with a lot directly across the street. Best part of the property was Fernando, the on site manager. He was incredibly helpful and insightful. His suggestions of beaches and places to see were spot on. He had a large bottle of water waiting for us as well as Pasteis de Nata pastries which was a nice welcome treat. Our luggage was delayed and Fernando made sure he was available to hold it when it was delivered from the airport. Downsides- extremely noisy outside until 2:00 am. Had to get earplugs to sleep. Small ants were in apartment and in bed. Very upsetting but maybe just the way it is in a tourist beach area. Fernando did say he would put more traps down. Overall I would say great price for location and size of apartment. Place could easily sleep 4 and does have a kitchen if you would like to eat in. Thank you Fernando for being such a great host. Without the ants and noise, I give a 5 star rating!

Great apartment, very big, no maid service or clean towels which would have been nice but was cleaned well before we got there. Location is ideal close to old town square about a 4 minute walk to the old town square. Owners where there for any request and very helpful with everything. Would definitely stop here again thanks!

Um local para descansar e relaxar, com a bela piscina...... Recomendado.

Das Appartement liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand (2 min. Fußweg) sowie in der Nähe vom Zentrum (ca. 5 min.). Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich und auch der Außenbereich wirkte gepflegt. Leider war der Vermieter vorab nicht telefonisch erreichbar um die Ankunft abzusprechen. Bei der Ankunft wusste man daher nicht so richtig wo man den Schlüssel bekommt. Der Vermieter hat uns dann nach etwa 10 min. vor dem Haus bemerkt und war dann aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen.

Appartement mal nettoyé, équipement vieux ou en mauvais état, photo montrant la terrasse mais impossible d y aller. Wifi seulement dans la cuisine. Aucun balais, aucuns produits de nettoyage. Propriétaire pas sérieux. Très déçus de mon séjour dans cet établissement ! Appartement tout de même bien situer.

Perfekt läge på en underbar plats. Väldigt nära till både havsbad med kanonstrand och lika nära till fantastiska restauranger i gamla stan. Boendet ganska oansenligt på utsidan men jättebra boende med stora utrymmen, i vår lägenhet två balkonger med plats att äta frukost på eller en kall öl/vin på kvällen, pool om man vill sola och bada utan att gå 300m till stranden. Omtänksam och serviceinriktad ägare som hjälper till med bokning av både restauranger och taxi för hemresan. Från lägenheten behövs ingen taxi för besök av restaurang, café, mataffär eller bad då det är gångavstånd till allt. Bästa semestern på länge och då har vi rest väldigt mycke. //Stefan, Rita, Erika.
