I had to cancel my booking for later in 2019 here in Early December and it took the hotel 2 months to refund my deposit. Completely unacceptable, they also lied to me saying they were unable to refund my credit card and asked for my bank details, which i refused to supply.Finally after much hassle they have refunded my credit card so WARNING: Don't book if you might cancel.

Muito agradável e limpo. As senhoras da recepção e limpeza simpáticas.

Boa acomodação, localização, mas se ficar mais de um dia a loiça não é lavada pelo staff e nem fornecem material para q possamos fazê lo. Ponto negativo.

Localização perfeita, WiFi atende , apartamento claro e limpo, porém durante nossa estadia de dois dias o quarto foi arrumado ,mas a louça continuou suja. Indaguei a arrumadeira sobre e a mesma disse que não está incluído no serviço. Solicitei material para que nós mesmos fizéssemos e tb foi negado. Não entendi o fato de fornecer a "limpeza" e não limpar ou deixarem detergente ,pois obviamente ficamos sem louça limpa para usar. Nesse aspecto não recomendado. Outra coisa a ser apontada é o boiler de aquecimento de água que não é suficiente para 4pessoas tomarem banho seguidamente.

Our stay at the Mouraliz in Vilamoura was amazing, from the day we arrived on Sunday the 30th of April 2017 to leaving the following week. The reception greeting and information given was friendly and informative. The apartment was well stocked, clean and and the security was excellent, with swipe cards for the main entrance and apartment. the location is around 50/75 metres to the Marina, there is also a Family golf centre with 2 courses of the highest standard, including amusements, food and drinks, only a couple of hundred yards from reception. The cleaning of the apartment every day and towels changed every 3 days was of high standard. It was also surprising from previous accommodations that the safe was free of charge and the room didn't require a deposit put down. I WOULD HAVE NO DOUBT STAYING AGAIN OR RECOMMENDING THIS APARTMENT. Mr & Mrs Moscrop Bury Lancs UK.
