Kamal Pariyar: Some of the staffs are grumpy. Specially the man later I knew the name Ashok Ghimmire who was registering my urgent police report translation was impolite. I think he is there for our service but he was like full of attitude. He crossed the limit when he refused to translate my nepali and uk police report within a day. I was there in the office around 4 pm on 27 september and those police reports I needed for my sef appointment on 29 september. I showed him my sef appointment also but he was not convinced with that also. On top of that he charged me urgent fee of 30 euros for translating two police reports. After charging he asked to come for collection the other day. The SEF was clear in the paper that it was of Evora and appointment was of 11 30 am in the morning but he didnt even bother to look at that. I pleaded him couple of times but he began to act furious either. I left the office and I was worried that I was not going to get my police report ready until 29 september. Whatever I can see in the website now is something different. Its full of hopes and promises but the way your staffs are carrying out their duties does not even seem to have a bit of that. I was in serious urgency as you can figure out but the consulate of Nepal didnt seem to help me out. If this is what you are there for seriously we dont need you.

Pior serviço ao cliente que experimentei de uma das caixas (mulher mais velha de cabelo laranja). A senhora foi extremamente rude, ela estava nos tratando como se tivéssemos feito algo errado com ela. Era a primeira vez que eu e o meu avô a víamos, por isso não tínhamos tido qualquer interacção prévia com ela, por isso estávamos confusos como o porquê de sermos tão hostis para connosco. Ela fez um grande negócio porque pedimos um desconto para veteranos e quando estávamos saindo ela disse que não deveríamos nos arrepiar com ela, mesmo que estivéssemos esperando na fila. Eu normalmente não escrevo críticas, mas esta senhora era tão horrível, cuidado com ela.
