Aviva Bergman: This place was absolutely horrible on so many levels. We arrived and ordered two soups, one vegetable and one fish. They heated them in the microwave (disadvantage of an open kitchen), and the fish soup was still cold. The vegetable soup had a mystery piece of lettuce/soggy cabbage? The fish soup, when chewing the pieces of mucousy fish made squeaky noises between my teeth. We ordered two glasses of white wine. I asked "el vino es muy seco?" (Is the wine dry? Our waiter spoke fluent Spanish-we are Spanish) and her reply was "está Fresca/chilled." What does that have to do with anything? Then the waiter (not ours, a woman) was attending the table next to us. He offered them a complimentary shot of porto wine, saying it was sweet and light, appropriate for "Maricas (derogatory term for homosexuals)." The customer responded and said " oh it must be light and sweet." The dialogue went on and on, and I made comments to my friend. Given that the waiter naturally picked up on my sarcastic, critical comments he refused to look at me the rest of the night. This wouldn't have been a problem except for that our ignorant waitress disappeared before we finished. Then the waiter (ignorant old man) tried to cheat us with our change. I called him on it, he played dumb and fixed it but still kept 0.10€ than he didn't deserve. And pate de lulas (squid pâté) is not liver pate. Learn your languages or stop lying! Avoid this nasty place like the plague.

Pior serviço ao cliente!! Eu liguei para saber o estado das minhas encomendas. Depois de algumas tentativas, demorou mais de uma hora para que oGet se conectasse e o representante de atendimento ao cliente foi super rude e falou como se estivesse fazendo um favor a mim para fornecer a atualização dizendo que está super ocupado e que há toneladas de chamadas para serem atendidas e desconectadas. Eu nunca pediria para este local e não recomendo ninguém. Eu teria dado uma avaliação negativa se houvesse esta opção. Boa sorte!

Eu estava pensando em não escrever nada sobre o serviço, mas depois de verificar as críticas acho que vou com o serviço telefônico mais nojento e rude que aconteceu várias vezes Nos últimos dois meses esse serviço telefônico é rude sem problemas resolvendo ethics.... todos parecem ocupados uns com os outros atrás da esquina... Eu acho que o dono tem que ter alguma discussão com o pessoal porque o serviço de atendimento ao cliente está ficando muito ruim com pior atitude
