I can give 5 stars to that shop. I am about to install my second air condition for another apartment with them now and I am really happy with the service they provide and also a good price/quality relation. They speak fluently English which might be an interesting information for people who read this. For my second air condition a complicated fault needed to be sorted out and they could solve it fast. What do you expect more?

Very quick service my washer had a door which was stuck. Called them and had the problem resolved the next day. Could not recommend them enough.

We have used Jaime Tenazinha twice this summer (2019) and they performed excellently each time. The first occasion came when we needed a fault sorting out with our Vulcan gas boiler. I had always used an English "engineer" before, but I had the feeling that he was not qualified and the performance of the boiler never seemed to imrove after his service. It would continue to play up and sometimes not switch on. When we called Tenazinha, they arrived only a few hours after the call and when they finished we were left with a perfectly running boiler, which has not played up since. The cost for the work and replacement parts was very reasonable. The second occasion was when our air conditioner played up at the start of the really hot weather in July. Again the engineer turned up on the day of the call and after a few checks and adjustments, we were left with a perfect air conditioner, which has not played up since. There charge was very low. We would strongly recommend Tenazinha to anyone who wants anything electrical serviced. We have also bought white goods from them in the past and we have found that their prices are very competitive with the big chain stores, but their service is far superior.

Compramos uma placa de indução e levaram-nos a antiga (que estava a funcionar) sem autorização. Pedimos que a devolvessem e não o fizeram. Provavelmente venderam-na a alguém. Nunca mais voltamos a comprar lá

Went to the showroom and found a dishwasher we liked at 6 in the evening, promised to come back the following day after checking the appliance would fit only to be told it was out of stock. We were told that there was stock? I will stick with the big stores in future...
