For several months, Becca was my regular yoga teacher at my local studio in London. Since moving away, I haven’t found a more awesome yoga teacher yet! Being a beginner student, Becca made me feel comfortable and relaxed during every class, helped by her extremely friendly nature. Poses would always be explained carefully, allowing you to follow and resonate with her throughout, making the classes truly rewarding. I can’t wait to practice yoga with Becca again soon!

Excellent yoga teacher; draws on her backgrounds in Yin, 5 Elements and Ashtanga to deliver wonderful diverse classes. Becca adapted the classes to suit abilities, offering more challenging positions for the experience yogis. Instruction was delivered with a clarity and warmth only matched by the Algarve sun. Roll on the retreat!

Becca is a remarkable therapist, she really listens and treats accordingly to individual needs. I suffered with chronic digestive issues and my course of shiatsu sessions with her played a huge part in my healing. I highly recommend her for a deeply restorative and relaxing treatment.
