Geoffrey Bailey: First Impressions - Wow What a nice Villa. As we approached the main gat3in our car we could see the front of the villa with sweeping footpath to the front door. The front garden looked lovely with flowers in bloom. As we entered the front door to the main reception area we could see a hallway off to the left and another to the right leading to the bedrooms. There were 14 of us and we used seven of the bedrooms. Ahead is the main door leading to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen,dining area and some bedrooms overlooked the patio area and is accessed through doors.Surrounded by bushes and shrubs a pathway lead to the pool area, pool garden and barbecue. All looked very nice indeed. As we settled in we began to realise that there were some things that were not to our liking and are detailed as personal preferences only. There are no air conditioning units in any of the rooms. No fridge freezer in the kitchen,just a small fridge.No microwave and oven had only one shelf.One of the parasols on the patio was broken and had quite clearly been that way for some time. Two sun shade stands with no sunshades were made from car tyres. Not a good look. The pool looked beautiful but was missing grout on the waterline. Where were the switches for the pool lights. None because there were no pool lights or pool garden lights, not good as this was the only access to the barbecue area which had a light which quite clearly had not been working for some time. Despite these points we certainly had a wonderful holiday and overall liked the villa and its location.

Sim, eu vou lá o tempo todo de novo, é um tiro de merda, bom tratamento, ou melhor do que as suas atitudes. Sim, eles fazem o trabalho ou te arranjam as tuas coisas, mas só porque não tenho dinheiro para um novo Mathews não significa que não aprecio tanto o tiro com arco como tu. A única razão pela qual vou lá é porque eles são a única loja à minha volta.

NÃO PERCA SEU TEMPO INDO A ESTE LUGAR PARA GASTAR SEU DINHEIRO GANHO DURAMENTE. ELES VÃO LEVÁ-LO ALEGREMENTE PARA A LOJA E DEPOIS ENVIAM MOBÍLIA DANIFICADA. AS PESSOAS DA ENTREGA PARECEM TER ACABADO DE SAIR DA CAMA DE UMA LONGA BEBEDEIRA. AS CAMISAS DESEMBRULHADAS DE MÁS ATITUDES E TUDO. EU LIGUEI PARA A LOJA E A LOJA DISSE MUITO MAL. DEPOIS FIQUEI EM ESPERA COM O ESCRITÓRIO DA EMPRESA NA FLORIDA. ISSO FOI 30 MINUTOS DO MEU DIA QUE NUNCA MAIS VOU VOLTAR. E DISSE QUE TEMOS O TEU DINHEIRO E QUE RECEBERÁS UM CHEQUE NAS PRÓXIMAS DUAS SEMANAS OU ASSIM. A ATITUDE DESTAS PESSOAS É ATROZ. ELES QUEREM O TEU DINHEIRO E DEPOIS LIXAM-TE NÓS TEMOS O TEU DINHEIRO E PODES LEVAR ESTA PORCARIA DE MOBÍLIA QUE VENDEMOS OU FICAMOS COM O TEU DINHEIRO. EU TRABALHEI NO VAREJO E GERENCIEI VÁRIAS PESSOAS DURANTE ANOS. PARECE QUE A EMPRESA PRECISA DE CONTRATAR NOVOS EMPREGADOS. COM ALGUM CONHECIMENTO DE ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE. E CUIDADO COM O CLIENTE E O PROBLEMA QUE ELES ESTÃO TENDO. ELES NÃO SE PREOCUPAM COM O CLIENTE AINDA O LEMA DA EMPRESA PARA O PROPRIETÁRIO FUNDADOR É TRATAR BEM AS PESSOAS E NÓS VAMOS TRATÁ-LO BEM. ACHO QUE ELES PERDERAM ESSE FACTO. FIQUE ATENTO. NÃO SERÁ UMA BOA EXPERIÊNCIA.
