Jan Schmidt: Was here for Christmas in 2016 with my girlfriend for a skydiver event. We had a very weird stay here. The first night we came back after spending the day at the airfield, all our luggage was unpacked and put into the closet. That was already weird to say the least and we found it odd that the our privacy was violated that way. When we came from our Christmas dinner with fellow skydivers, the host Paolo was completely drunk and complained that we weren't "home" for Christmas eve. After having a courtesy drink with him he started complaining how the "Arabs" are just coming to the country to take their hard earned money. Given we didn't want to listen to more racial slurs we went for a shower and to bed. Just when we went to bed, Paolo started singing right in front of our room as loud as a man can sing. After asking him politely to stop singing and not allowing his excuse that he's singing for his dead father, he took of his shirt, raised his fists and told me that he is not scared of a guy as tall as me and will fight me (he's shorter than me, I wasn't aggressive - just told him to keep it down so we can sleep) I was not up for a fight, left and locked our room from the inside. We called the police to escort us out of the house as we were not willing to spend another night there. He tried to get past the policemen to us, but fortunately was stopped by them. We left and spent Christmas eve sleeping in the car. After falling to give back the money for the non spent nights, we pressed charges on the last day of our vacation at the local police station. There the night and him were not unknown to the policemen taking our statements. End result we were out a couple of hundred euros and had the weirdest and scariest Christmas eve of our lives. Needless to say I can only tell other people to avoid that place like the plague.

Normalmente, se eu não consigo encontrar o que preciso na loja Danvers fora da Rota 1, vou para Methuen para obter o que preciso para os meus projetos de melhoria da casa. Esta parece ser uma das maiores lojas da área. Também dispõe de um local de aluguer onde frequentemente recolho equipamento como brocas e dethatchers para tornar alguns dos meus trabalhos um pouco mais fáceis sem ter de contratar ajuda profissional. Como nas outras lojas, posso encontrar praticamente tudo o que preciso e o pessoal (quando posso encontrar alguém) está sempre pronto para ajudar com as minhas necessidades.

O Travis acabou de sair de minha casa e, como sempre, fez um trabalho excelente. Como antigo Vice-Presidente Sénior de uma grande empresa de Electrónica de Consumo, eu certamente percebo e reconheço o excelente apoio e serviço ao cliente. Travis é a epítome desta afirmação. A maioria das empresas acha que as vendas são o sangue 100% vital de um empreendimento comercial de sucesso, mas eu defendo que as vendas representam 70%, e o serviço representa os outros 30%......combine ambos e você tem a garantia de um negócio de sucesso. A American Air deve ser aplaudida por ter contratado um técnico de serviço tão bom e senhores!
