Personnel très sympathique et les glaces sont délicieuses (et à un prix "correct" pour l'endroit !)

A variety of flavours - had coffee and mint chocolate chip, and my partner had apple pie and tiramisu flavours - very average and forgettable, not to mention soo pricey. When you buy ice cream, you’re happy and excited but staff there really know how to bring you down - Staff were so unfriendly, didn’t smile even once, and I can see that this isn’t the first comment about the unfriendliness of the staff... Sou cliente assídua. O atendimento é sempre demorado e mau mas como os gelados são bons fui continuando a ir. Ontem, no entanto, o atendimento pelo gerente, Dilan Thyssen, foi incorreto e muito mal educado. Chegou a dizer para eu ir à gelataria ao lado. Isto porque eu queria comprar dois copos grandes de gelado para levar para casa. Com a gelataria vazia de clientes ele mandou-me voltar lá daí a 10 minutos porque não tinham tempo para encher os copos. Quando o questionei ele de forma rude disse que era assim se quisesse senão que havia mais geladarias ali ao lado. Ainda questionou um empregado se alguma vez tinha enchido um copo de gelado daqueles que abanou a cabeça dizendo que não. Lamento muito mas nunca mais entrarei naquela geladaria nem a recomendarei aos meus amigos, como tenho feito. Com um gerente daqueles os clientes, mal tratados, irão concerteza para a geladaria ao lado como ele próprio sugeriu.

Meget uvenligt personale. Nåede ikke at smage isen da vi blev gennet væk fordi vores 2 årige søn satte sig på trappen! Der måtte han ikke sidde mens vi bestilte. Kommer IKKE der igen.

A má educação e falta de formação do empregados é uma vergonha para o turismo algarvio. Os gelados são bons.

Ice cream was very tasty but staff were very unfriendly. I ordered my ice cream with the employee who informed me in the most unfriendly manner that I needed to prepay. When I asked where I should do this he simply pointed to the till. All of the staff were very sullen and did not assist myself nor the 9 people in my party

Atendimento inexperiente, indiferente e muito demorado. A minha gaufre estava queimada e é servida em pratos e talheres plásticos e em cima de um guardanapo, o que no final se transforma numa mixórdia. Muito caro para tão pouca qualidade!

Great ice cream, many flavours, with exotic combinations, too. The pancakes are also good. Staff if very friendly. I think this is the better place to have an ice cream at the Marina Vilamoura.
