we took the water taxi from faro from the old part of faro, it was a nice ride, the beach is vast and sandy , it is impossible o get overcrowded, so we really enjoyed the sun tand the cool waters, there r a lot of snack bars and cafes at the area and mini markets as well, it is really worth visiting for the whole day.

Sehr schöner länger Strand mit tollen Wellen zum surfen. Das Wasser hat eine schöne turkise Farbe. Unter der Woche ist nicht viel los.

Me gustó mucho porque es de aguas turquesas y tiene muchos kilómetros de arena fina y dorada, que invitan a pasear. Hay varios restaurantes y cafeterías. Al lado del aparcamiento que hay justo al cruzar el puente hay también unos servicios públicos.

Один из лучших пляжей Алгарве и при этом вода теплее чем где. Были в Албуфейре, 50 км от Фаро, не понравилось. Вода как в горной реке+15 и всё в водорослях, чайки плавают, одно достоинство этого пляжа- это красивый вид со скалами.

Lovely beach. We took a cab from Faro to here (you can't walk it's quite far from the Faro city centre). I think there are also boat trips which we regret we didn't know in advance. Great for a walk and it has some supermarkets and restaurants by the beach. You can have a great time here.

Une très belle et longue plage dont on ne voit pas le bout. L’endroit est propre, l’eau cristalline et le sable fin. Beaucoup d’espace pour se promener ou pour étendre sa serviette. Cote rivière le paysage est tout aussi envoûtant avec les petites maisons de pêcheurs desservies par une longue passerelle de bois qui permet de flâner en observant les oiseaux et les bateaux.
Parking, restaurants et bars se succèdent.

Conhecida também como Ilha de Faro, praia com um extenso areal com vista sobre a ria Formosa. Estacionamento que se torna problemático no verão!

we love it, sandy yellow beach. We visited last month. We couldn't find the shower room although we followed the instruction. However there was a paid toilet in the restaurant nearby.

Great beach, easy access with the ferry from old town. Avoid standing in line and buy it ticket the day prior to leaving. Ferry gets full often during season.

Très belle plage avec plusieurs commerces pour se restaurer.
L'eau est propre et claire, c'est très agréable.

Plenty of space for everyone, clear waters and lots of waves. A little wait to drive to as the short bridge connecting beach passes traffic one way at a time, but worth the wait. Parking is free

No verão é muito quente e a água também
E tem muitos restorantes, cafés, bares e ás vezes tem musica. Só que no inverno só da para fazer surf e é muito frio.

Herrlich unter der Woche, am Wochenende kann es voll werden. Kilometerlanger Strand, sehr leer unter der Woche. Wasser flach abfallend. Sehr schön und entspannend.
