Sorry to say we went to Crazy Chicken and they had no chicken. Crazy, right? So we had to try to communicate with our waitress what we could get instead. We thought we were both getting the same thing, but one of us had pork slices with an egg on top and the other more like fried pork pieces. Lots of food, and the house hot sauce made it's way from table to table, but when the owner came out with chicken and sat down to eat, I felt a little cheated. This seems to be a local hang out for the older women of Faro. At least six and counting began congregating at the table next to ours, and the owners seemed to know them. So if you want an authentic experience with okay food and cheap price this is all right. I just hope they have chicken.

Se não quer um restaurante para turistas, este é o lugar certo.

I discovered this lovely place at the bend of a street. I had a really warm reception from the mistress of the restaurant and the meals were good and at really derisory prices. I highly recommend this place.

Reasonable prices.and freshly prepared food. Simple recipes if you are looking for a place to have gourmet Portuguese food then this is not your place. If you want to calm your hunger at a fair price and mingle with real Portuguese people then this is your place

Typisch portugiesische Bar im Herzen von Faro. Ein sauberer Gastraum und eine schoene Terrasse laden den Gast ein. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt traditionelle regionale Gerichte, die preiswert und lecker sind. Getraenke wie Wein und Bier sind ebenfalls preislich interessant. Ein guter Tipp um den Nepp der teueren Touristenlokale zu umgehen.

Un resto à faire absolument à Faro. Cuisine traditionnelle, de qualité, serveuse sympa et dynamique. Prix dérisoire pour cette qualité. Osez la soupe en entrée, hummm !

Very nice and quiet restaurant I had a sausage eith egg on top and it was quite delicious, my friends were also very satisfied. Also its very money friendly so highly recommended.

A hidden place in the city center. Delicious homemade food, well presented and fast turnaround service. A very good price considering it’s a touristic city. Highly recommended.

Came across this little back street restaurant by chance. If you like chicken, you'll love it. Slow cooked, tasty birds with trimmings at back street prices. Small indoor seating area but plenty of space out front in the small residential square.
