Myriam Hantz: Les propriétaires,Christine et Sam sont hyper sympas, toujours au petit soin avec leurs clients et tout ça avec le sourire!! L' hôtel est situé au calme, entouré de verdure. Beaux appartements, refait à neuf, lit king size avec super literie.En résumé c'est le PARADIS!! Je le conseille vivement

Kirsteen Cook: Just back from a week at the Alvaflor. Had everything you need in a self catering room. We had a one bedroom apartment, two single beds in the bedroom with a large wardrobe, one person slept in the living room which had a sofa with a pull out bed. Beds in the room comfy but the sofa bed a little hard. Living room had a chair & a TV which had a few channels in English. At the other end of the room there was a kitchen with a 4 ring hob, toaster, kettle and fridge. There was also a coffee machine & a juicer which we didn't use. The fridge door was hanging off when we first arrived & the ice box had defrosted into the fridge but it got fixed straight away after reporting it. There was also a freezer. A large table with chairs in the kitchen and another table with chairs on the balcony. Large balcony that could be accessed from the kitchen & the bedroom. Rooms a bit dated & tatty but what I would expect for the money we paid. Staff in reception very helpful especially Sara who was always happy to help. They could do with a better map of the area as we managed to get a little lost on our first day. Lovely pool which was freezing ( not surprising in October). Very quiet area and no bar or entertainment in the hotel. There are 3 supermarkets about a 10 minute walk away. Took about 15 mins to walk to the marina where there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. The beaches are about a 20 min walk away, one at Vilamoura next to the casino and Falesia beach on the other side of the marina. Miles of sandy beach at Falesia beach and the courtesy bus drops you 5 mins away but only goes at 10.30 am or 4.30 pm. There is a mini/ crazy golf course about 10 mins away which is good for adults & kids although a little expensive. If your feeling energetic you can walk to Quartiera in about 40 mins or get a bus from the marina. All in all had a lovely break and definitely value for money.

Aconteceu-nos visitar durante uma forte tempestade. Estacionamos na extremidade norte da loja, junto a uma das portas e corremos para a porta entre os relâmpagos. Quando chegamos à porta, o cara da porta nos disse para usarmos a entrada principal a cerca de 100 metros de distância; mas para fazer isso, era preciso voltar para a chuva e os relâmpagos porque eles tinham a sua saliência cheia de cortadores de grama para montar e outros itens para venda. Explicamos ao cara que era um relâmpago e que era um longo caminho até as outras portas, mas ele não ouvia nada disso. Encontramos um gerente lá dentro, que também não queria ouvir. A resposta dela foi que eles tinham que contar as pessoas que entravam e saíam. NÃO HAVIA PESSOAS A CONTAR!!! Má política e muito mau atendimento ao cliente/segurança do cliente!!!!

Estou absolutamente emocionado com a minha bancada de lavagem; sentado orgulhosamente no meu pequeno apartamento como a última peça que falta em casa! Muito obrigado por tornar isto possível para mim! Sem a ajuda de fazer com que caiba, eu ainda estou em busca.
