Very clean room. Friendly staff, if you need anything the staff will help you to get it. Clean pool and pool area. Can't ask for more.

Muy bonito y limpio, se nota que es nuevo y que está bien cuidado. La atención es muy buena en todo momento, incluso teníamos un detalle de bien venida, unas trufas y una botella en la nevera. El desayuno que incluía estuvo más que correcto.

Hôtel quasi neuf, pas de restaurant, les chambres avec petites cuisines très confortables. Parking gratuit privé et sécurisé. Petit déjeuner complet continental et british à volonté. Un point négatif pour le café. A 200 mètres, petit quartier animé avec restaurants, bars (très anglophones), et petit shoping.

Nos gustó mucho, es bonito. El trato muy bueno. Se ve muy nuevo y muy limpio todo. El único problema que buscábamos una cama doble y solo había posibilidad de dos individuales juntas. El desayuno es bufet y fue bastante estuvo bastante bien.

Estuvo bien, la situación es bastante buena, la vista regular daba a un cementerio, el trato bastante amable

L’hotel est bordé par une route avec une forte circulation et dans une zone où les tondeuses à gazon rivalisent de vacarme avec les meuleuses, et ce des 7h30... L'accueil y est austère et aucun effort ne sera fait pour vous rendre le séjour plus agréable. Quand à la piscine, je pense que passé le 25 août tout chauffage y est coupé, rendant ainsi la baignade impossible, sans parler des mouettes qui viennent y prendre leurs bains journaliers. Très déçu de notre séjour, nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement qui n’a rien d’un 4 étoile.

Personnel sympa proche centre très bien

Établissement refait à neuf mais avec des matériaux médiocres qui ne sont pas des matériaux que l’on met dans des hôtels mais chez des particuliers.Les chambres sont neuves. Dommage que l’isolation phonique n’ait pas été faite. Pas de double vitrage alors que l’établissement donne sur la rue principale. La nuit la lumière du couloir des parties communes qui reste allumée toute la nuit passe sous la porte de la chambre. Obligé de calfeutrer avec les coussins. La climatisation fait un bruit infernal. C’est un appareil type split que l’on met chez les particuliers. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre. Pas de vrais jus de fruits mais plutôt de la poudre mélangée à de l’eau (inadmissible avec le nombre de fruits que l’on trouve au Portugal). Cet hôtel ne correspond pas à un 4 *.

We stayed at the Agua Hotel Alvor Jardim for 4 nights 25/8-29/8. The hotel is new and finished to a high standard. Our room had a mini fridge. Large clean bathroom and comfy twin beds. Excellent air conditioning unit in the room. Continental breakfast served each morning. Previous guests said breakfast felt like it was served in the basement of the hotel, I however did not feel like this and with it having only a few small windows it was nice and cool. As it was a continental that was specified when booking I was surprised to see scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms, baked beans and roasted veg on offer. There was also pastries, yogurts, cereal, fresh fruit, cold meats and cheese. Best continental breakfast selection I have seen. Short walk into the main town of Alvor with plenty restaurants and bars. Supermarket with a large variety only a 5 min walk from the hotel. It was my partners birthday while we were there and the staff must have noticed and gifted him with a bottle of fizz and truffles, lovely touch. Would recommend this hotel and hope to return next year.

This is a beautiful new hotel with lovely staff. The location is great,right in alvor centre, The pool is really nice and the breakfast is great. It is walking distance from alvor beach and the fabulous boardwalk. I would be happy to recommend it to both couples and families and I hope to stay again!

Hotel qui ne vaut pa 4 étoiles. Pa de restaurant trop de bruit

Hotel razoável. A partir as 7h da manhã é impossível dormir. Fiquei num quarto no piso da receção e o barulho é imenso quer por parte do staff quer dos outros hóspedes. O pequeno almoço é razoável, mas desaparece pelas 9h30-10h, embora digam que o horário só termina às 10h30. Em 7 dias, só houve Wi-Fi a funcionar dois dias. A limpeza não tem hora para ser feita. Tanto batem à porta do quarto às 9h para limpar, como às 15h30 ainda não limparam. A piscina deveria ser limpa com mais regularidade.

Es nuevo. El personal es algo soso pero tienen buena voluntad. Hay piscina de pequeños y de mayores. Muy tranquilo en general. Los desayunos bastante aceptables.

Beautiful hotel. Modern rooms. Nice pool area outside. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loads of choice at breakfast. Wheelchair friendly. Only downside was tiny balconies and only 3 English channels on the TV, all of which were news channels. If asked to I would definitely stay again.

Good location, 4 minutes from centre of Alvor and a few minutes more to the harbour. Delux double was very clean confortable room with powerful shower, comfortable bed and great view from the balcony. Breakfast plentiful. Evertyhing seemed brand new Enjoyed our stay for a few days

Hotel was extremely clean and friendly staff but very disappointed with the room we got as it was right beside the road, we booked about 3 months in advance and not even at a busy time of the year. A family member booked the hotel 2 days before we arrived to get a penthouse room for far cheaper than what I paid 3 months previous. Wasnt very pleased with this. As the room was so close to the road it was extremely loud and couldn't leave the shutters up as everyone could see into the room as they drove or walked past, as someone who has gone to alvor continuously for the past 10 years I'd definitely recommend going elsewhere next time.

The rooms are very new, modern, clean and well decorated. It feels very cosy being in there. The staff is also friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good (although a bit monotonous) but it would be better if it wasn’t in the basement where there is no more view than the walls. The orange juice is also not fresh pressed, which would be a good plus since the one they have tastes a bit chemical.

Clean and well maintained. Lovely quiet pool area with small bar. Very central to everything. Would recommend for adults. Good value.

Very clean and upto date with UK and Irish visitors ie Thirteen amp plug sockets. Great variety of food for breakfast. A small fridge in smaller rooms would make this hotel a 5 star. Location excellent, 3 min walk to a large supermarket, 5 min from restaurants and bars, transport to and from the hotel to the beach, you couldnt ask for more.

Stayed in the hotel recently and terribly disappointed as our IPad was taken from our room while staying in the alvor aqua jardim. We realised this on returning to our room on the Saturday night. We attended the reception desk on the Saturday night and 8 times on the Sunday and again on the Monday morning ( prior to our departure)to be told on all occasions there was no manager on duty to deal with this issue.We were advised to email the hotel which I did but nobody has even replied.We reported the matter to the local police. We were so disappointed in the first instance that something so personal would be taken from our room and secondly the lack of professionalism in which the hotel acted. This experience ruined our 3 night stay in the beautiful Alvor.

L’hotel est propre et bien entretenu. Malheureusement il est un peu brouillant. Les équipements et l’aménagement (décoration, meubles...) ne sont pas à la hauteur des 4 étoiles annoncées. C’est un bon 3 étoiles.

Was put in a tinny room. Mattress was uncomfortable, very hard. Had an empty duvet cover as blanket. No coffee machine or boiler in the room. No hand soap amenities,only shampoo. Breakfast staff was absolutely terrible. They were very rude to me every day. Not a plaisent morning breakfast. Had to argue to take my coffee upstairs every day even though there’s no coffee machine in the room it seams like it was a problem to take my coffee upstairs and the manager was yelling. Would not recommend this hotel. I’m sure you can find better around

Not a bad hotel, it's on the top of a hill not too far from shops and restaurants. The entire time I was there, four days, the sheets were not changes only straightened. The breakfast was very poor, the bread tasted like chemicals and the sausages are tinned. The juice bar is a joke, completely watered down and the eggs I'm very sure are powdered. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel and new addition to Alvor. Very close to town, nice rooms and pool. Will definitely be back.

A fabulous welcome by Sandra. She is a credit to the hotel. All interactions with her were amazing. Theroom: The window facing the street although not sound proof quite good isolating it. The bed was hard and flexible like I like. The bathroom was spotless clean, the shower was powerful. The balcony is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun while doing other creative ideas. The swimming pool is what it is simple and does the job. The swimming pool bar is well designed, but lacks vegetarian and vegan options. A salad was offered, but looking into it I thought better not. I was looking into some balanced meal. Location wise is near the beach to walk to it. Also near the Portimão airfield, that one can go for a short flight or do some skydiving. Atmosphere is basic and unpretentious but makes you feel in a nice relaxing place. Some rooms can be quite romantic.

As fotos nao correspondem à realidafe do hotel, no que respeita à envolvência, nomeadamente, espaço de laser, piscina e area de pequenos almoços. Pequeno almoço razoável e não correspode a um hotel de 4 *. Contudo o quarto é espetaculat, cama confortável, roupa muito limpa e casa de banho muito boa. Mas é mesmo só a acomodação. O hotel não corredpodeu às expetativas esperadas. .

The hotel was brilliant, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Everything looked newly refurbished and was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and had lovely crisp white cotton sheets and bouncy pillows. There was lots of space in our room and the two layers of double glazed doors made it very quiet. There was also a fridge. We were only there for one night as we were on a visit from our home in the Eastern Algarve for a friends barbecue but we would definitely go there again and highly recommend it. Great value for money.

Sehr schönes, modernes , sauberes Zimmer. Es gab elektrische Rollläden, Steckdosen für verschiedenen Länder, einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war überschaubar, aber alles dabei was man braucht. Wir waren leider nur 2 Tage dort und sind danach in ein anders 4 Sterne Hotel gezogen, was wir gern rückgängig gemacht hätten, wenn wir es nicht schon von der Heimat aus gebucht hätten. Nun sitzen wir hier und trauern dem schönen Zimmer hinterher...
