Clean room with balcony great breakfast on rooftop terrace. Great location in historic centre Walking distance to restaurants and beaches

The room is clean but just wanna add suggestion. As i stayed in the small room and we had just the small bathroom there is a wooden compartment right on the left as you get in to the bathroom,its bit dangerous as you could always get hurt when you bump your head to that especially when you want to go in the middle of night. Happened to me twice. And didnt prepare bath mat sp we actually we have had to use the small towel to be the mat. Other than that service is excellent and breakfast is beautifully prepared by Luis everyday. Well done.

Emplacement idéal dans la vieille ville. Appartement spacieux avec cuisine, salon, chambre et salle d'eau. Propreté impeccable. La modernité n'est pas au rendez-vous (salle d'eau et cuisine) mais l'appartement est cosy. Pas d’ascenseur, il vaut mieux demander une chambre au premier étage lorsque l'on voyage avec des enfants. Grande bouteille d'eau offerte. Remise des clés ok. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit-déjeuner. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

The location was excellent. Good amenities. Great hosts. I would say the only negative is the noise. With a building refurbishment going on, and a busy street, one can expect noise until probably 2200 hours.

L’appartement est idéalement situé dans le centre de Lagos mais dans une rue très calme. Un grand parking gratuit est à 3 minutes à pied de l’établissement. Accueil / accueil petit déjeuner très sympathique. Bémol sur la salle de bain assez petite.

It is a cute place, right in the heart of old town. The staff were very friendly, providing information on where to park ahead of time. True breakfast was great. With delicious coffee. Room was adequate, everything you needed. It also had a mini fridge which was a bonus!

Nous avons eu la chance qu'on nous reçoive a l'improviste en plein mois de janvier car peu de logements étaient ouverts. Les photos et commentaires que nous avions vus sur internet nous ont guidé jusqu'à cette gentille maison d'hôtes en plein coeur de Lagos. Mais en janvier, nous avons trouvé l'appartement humide et froid avec une condensation exceptionnelle. Pour nous réconforter il y a eu le petit déjeuner, avec une jolie vue sur les toits de la ville. Disons que l'ambiance générale d la ville à cette époque ne nous a pas aidé à apprécier le séjour.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Excellent, clean and very central location surrounded by restaurants and walking distance to the Lagos marina and several beaches. We had the small unit and it really is not anything special. The layout of the bathroom was a bit awkward but the room was tidy and the price was reasonable so it did the job. We were only really there to sleep anyway. You can definitely find nicer rooms but the location, price and service made up for it. We have nothing but great things to say about the owner and service at this place. It was excellent. Due to a flight delay with RyanAir (as always), we only ended up arriving to the hotel past 2 in the morning and the owner still stayed up to welcome us in. We felt bad because the flight was only supposed to be delayed an hour but it ended up taking over two hours longer than expected. Breakfast is also included and is available on the roof from 0830-1000 and is prepared by the owner. It was typically cured meats, cereal, cheese, bread, coffee, cake and freshly squeezed orange juice. A bottle of complimentary green wine and a bottle of water were also in our room. The last day of our stay, we told the owner that we had a bus to catch to Lisbon which left at 6 in the morning. He was nice enough to prepare us a basket of snacks since we would not be able to have breakfast. It had donuts, yogurt, milk boxes and bananas. This was really appreciated and we really felt like he went above and beyond to accommodate us. We would not hesitate to stay here again and support this small hotel. It really is run by the nicest people.

Très bon emplacement. Bon petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Chambre assez grande mais sdb trop petite.Un coup de neuf apparaît nécessaire pour la chambre. Installation electique pas terrible.

We had to leave early which means we would miss breakfast and they gave us a basket with some goodies for breakfast to take with us. Rooms are cosy, equipped with everything you need. The views from the terrace are great. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return :)

We stayed in one bedroom flat. Lovely, clean place, close to the center and all the restaurants. Also walking distance to the beach. Nice balcony and breakfast served on the rooftop terrace.
