Von 4 geplanten Übernachtungen hatten wir kurz nach dem Zimmerbezug zusätzlich 1 Nacht verlängert. Ein wunderbares Plätzchen und eine hervorragende Meeressicht. Wir hatten Glück, in der Villa 1 eines der besten Appartements zu bekommen. Ein kleiner, vorgelagerter Pool, ein direkter Zugang vom Zimmer in die Gartenanlage und ein Katzensprung zum Strand runter. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich, oft mehrsprachig und eigentlich immer gut gelaunt. Natürlich waren nach der Hauptsaison nicht so viele Touristen vor Ort, aber trotzdem ist das Personal gegen Ende der Saison vielleicht nicht mehr so gewillt, stets freundlich zu sein. Und doch waren sie es. Meine beste Empfehlung, besten Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel ist klein und wunderbar gelegen. Wir sind schon das zweite Mal da gewesen und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.

Excellent resort with lovely big pool and the ocean mere steps from the front door. We enjoyed the many choices the breakfast and dinner buffets as well. A nice touch to have a complimentary bottle of wine in the room for guests.

Wir sind bereits einige Male hier gewesen und den Aufenthalt genossen. Wir werden auch gerne wiederkommen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage mit schönem Pool und angenehmer Atmosphäre toll gelegen. Strand ist in der Nähe und Spaziergänge über die Felsen ebenfalls ein tolles Erlebnis. Mit dem Auto kommt man dann auch zu vielen anderen Ausflugszielen. Toll und vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub.

Beautiful complex to stay in! The pool was gorgeous as was the beach 5 minutes walk away. There are two excellent restaurants on the beach but you must make reservations or get there very early. The walk along the cliff side was fairly easy and spectacular! The breakfast buffet was super as well

Wir waren im Februar hier. Es war sehr schön, die Anlage hat uns gut gefallen, die Lage ist super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto super zu erreichen. Sehr frühes auschecken kein Problem. Zimmer war ordentlich. Für die Jahreszeit ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Hele mooie en nette appartementen waarin los van het hotel vakantie gevierd kan worden bovenop een imposante rotswand aan zee. Uiteraard kan gebruik gemaakt worden van alle voorzieningen van het hotel.

Ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen - fast direkt am Meer. Grosszügige Appartements für günstige Euros. Prima Frühstück. Nur der Weg nach Lagos ist ein bisschen anstrengend.

We hebben kamer 1204 mooi uitzicht op zee 1e etage. Kamers zijn netjes. Loopafstand naar de zee, met de auto nog sneller en genoeg parkeerplaatsen. Bij de haven kan je heerlijk eten (lazybar)

Wir waren nun das 3te Mal hier und werden wenn es passt wiederkommen.
Sehr schöne Lage und alles soweit sauber. Auf das Frühstück haben wir dieses mal verzichtet, wie in einer anderen Rezession erwähnt hatten wir die Male davor den schlechtest Kaffee seit Jahren und den Rest fanden wir auch nicht berauschend. Gut aber mit extra gefördertem gescheiten Kaffee dann viel zu teuer.
Die Apartments sind mit Küchen und Kühlschränken ausgestattet so das man sich super selbst versorgen kann.
WLAN ist nun inkl. Das war früher einer meiner Kritikpunkte, da dies mittlerweile eigendlich Standard sein sollte.

Everything is well taken care of. The breakfast served is great, dinner is also quite tasty. The personel is super friendly, helpfull and welcoming. And a big plus, this is one or the prettiest beaches in Lagos. It actually is one of the prettiest places, I have ever been.

Super Lage, schöne Villas zumindest von draußen. Innen ist es aus deutschem Standard nicht so fein eingerichtet. Wenn man kein halbe Pension gekauft hat, muss man jedesmal nach dem Essen bezahlen. Das ist bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Came in winter. It was quiet but nice. Would be an awesome spot to stay in the summer because there is a beautiful pool and you’re right by the ocean

Our 1 bedroom villa was comfortable and functional. Everything worked. There were 2 sliding doors to a patio with well kept grounds and lovely sea views beyond. Being high with a cliffside exposure is a bonus. A moderately challenging path will take you to the beach below. Infinity pool and fitness facilities were well maintained. Overall peaceful and prime location well deserving of 4 star rating.
Slight quibbles about no salt/pepper/oil/sugar/dishwashing liquid staples. Whatever left by the previous guests are removed probably because of liability concerns. Limited TV channels maybe 20 with only one English.

Sehr schöne Appartements mit ca. einem Dutzend Häuser. Sie liegen auf einer Anhöhe über dem Strand Porto de Mos. Es gibt in einem Block DZ und Studios und in den anderen Blocks große Appartements, die je nach Lage, einen fantastischen Blick auf den unten liegenden Strand und das Meer bieten. Wir wohnten in einem "normalen", DZ im Block 1 im 1. Stock, welches den schönsten Blick zum Meer bot. Wir hatten nur mit Frühstück gebucht. Das war eine gute Entscheidung, da wir während der ganzen Zeit unseres 3-wöchigen Aufenthaltes, ein Mietauto hatten. So konnten wir uns zum Abendessen, die im Umkreis befindlichen Restaurants aussuchen.
Das Frühstück im Club Porto de Mos, war leider nur mittelmäßig für einen 4 Sterne Anlage. Das führte zur Abwertung auf "nur" 4 Sterne. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich.

Schönes grosses Zimmer, tolle Lage. Der Outdoor Onsen ist sehr klein und meist voll besetzt. Der Indoor Onsen wirkt ein bisschen schmutzig.

This hotel is so much better than advertised. The concierge service was fantastic, and they give you tons of suggestions for excursions in the area. The room was very large with a huge balcony facing the sea and smaller pool. Maids were very nice as well. The restaurant is just OK, service was meh, and the menu was limited -- mostly pizza, with some other options like pasta. Beverage menu is also quite limited. The buffets for breakfast and dinner werent too appealing but Im sure they are great if you have a wide palate. Hotel is pretty much on the beach and everything I needed was within a 30m walk. Just prepare for an uphill walk when heading downtown, a bit tiring in the heat and I do not suggest walking if you have small children. Overall staff and hotel was amazing, I hope to come back soon! :)

We booked a two night stay at Lagos. This hotel was waking distance to the Beach Porto Mos. Beautiful sunset. The check in process was fast and informative. Our stay was booked for early October making it difficult to enjoy the pool because of the cool weather. Jacuzzi was borderline too. This a beach club and parking seem crowded around the area were were supposed to park. No shampoo or soap was provided in our stay.

Schöne Lage, kurzer Weg zum Strand, Stadt schnell erreichbar. Zimmer schon älter, Kühlschrank sehr laut, Balkonmöbel in schlechten Zustand. Zimmerservice sehr gut. Preis Leistung beim Restaurant passt nicht. Zu Teuer für die gelieferte Qualität. Snacks (Pizza) absolut ungenießbar. Fisch wird hingegen ausgezeichnet zubereitet. Aber das wars dann auch schon.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool, alles geplegt, ordentlich und sauber, wir haben ein tolles Appartement mit Meerblick, ohne Verpflegung, und sitzen beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon in der Sonne !!!
Ein etwas steiler Abgang zum Strand durch die Felsen runter, aber dafür nicht weit weg, man kann auch an der Straße lang laufen.

Bisher an der Algarve immer dort gewohnt, obwohl es hier den schlechtesten Kaffee der Welt zum Frühstück gibt.
Die Bucht, die Lage und die Anlage sind aber top.

Tolle Anlage, schöne Appartements. Hatten Vila 13, App. 1305, ganz oben, zwar viele Treppen und weiter Weg, aber wunderschöner Meerblick von zwei Balkonen.

Very good hotel with very good service. We booked for 10 days. There was an missbooking from the travel agency. But the hotel managed everything, to correct that. Appartment with kitchen are clean and way to the beach is short. Overall good experience.

Our room location and view was fantastic. Small outdoor patio seating area with an amazing view. We were in the most westerly part of the resort. There was a smaller pool there, shared by about 8 rooms. The room itself was pretty basic but good value. The problem was the bath/shower. The drain was blocked and it would fill up super fast when showering -- not very nice! Also the screen was leaking. Hotel staff were fine at best, not overly-accommodating. After we checked out I contacted them as I had left a small backpack and sandals behind. They said there was nothing found?? You will want to taxi into Lagos, it was very easy and cheap though.

This is a decent hotel. The views and size of the family rooms makes it worthy of its 4*s. The resort its self is spacious, the outdoor pool is spacious, if not a little chilly. There is good WiFi coverage throughout. The biggest plus though is the proximity to and view over the beach and beyond. The beach is one of our favourites in the local area and its a small walk down the dirt track which is easily accessible if you are reasonably mobile. We managed it with a 6 and 2 year old in foot. Overall, a little over priced given that breakfast was not included. A revamp of the bathrooms wouldnt go a miss. But a oleasent enough hotel in a great location.

The location, at the edge of town near the beach, was wonderful. Great set up of the rooms and very comfortable beds. The only negative was the fairly early check out time of 10:00.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property is beautifully layed out with gorgeous trees and flowers. Gorgeous pool! Short walk to the beach. I would definitively book this again.

sehr sauberes Zimmer, bei uns war es ebenerdig, mit inoffiziellem Fußweg zum Strand oder zum Wanderweg Richtung Lagos. Außerdem gibt es verschiedene Wellnessanlagen wie Sauna und Innenpool und ein Restaurant, das recht gut sein soll (letztere nicht getestet). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The grounds of the hotel complex are fabulous and in off-season, is good value for money to visit. My family and I enjoyed our stay and we were close to the beach and Lagos itself which was great! Great breakfast and the waiting staff were so friendly and chatty, wonderful people :) Only negative was the receptionist upon arrival and after returning to the reception to ask general questions which should have been clarified upon check-in as there was a lot of back and forth as a result. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!!

Our visit to the resort was really great. pretty beach and pool. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Room-apt is specious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the resort and ocean.
