Friendly staff, good located, nice roof top area, bathroom clean but old looking, beds very simple and squeaking

Não se consegue dormir à noite com o barulho. Local indicado para gente jovem que sai à noite e dorme de manhã. Quartoa antigos e pouco confortáveis.

Excelente atención, muy accesibles a tus necesidades, desayuno completo. Buena ubicación. Lo que más destacó es la buena predisposición de quienes lo gerencian.

Excelente Hostel, um ambiente familiar extremamente confortável e perfeito para relaxar e aproveitar a cidade de Lagos. Recomendo fortemente.

Was ok for a couple of nights. It was very clean, hygienic, but the matress of the bed was horrible. I had pain in my back every night. Very good location, but extremely loud because of the terasse/bar on the other street side during the night.

PROS- The owner is lovely and helpful with all questions. The free breakfast was pretty good with tea, coffee, cereal, toast and spreads (INCLUDING PEANUT BUTTER) YAY!! The shower was very hot and had good pressure. Soap at the basin is a bonus. Option to have a towel (deposit 5 euro) Plenty of activities offered. Games (uno, scrabble, etc) available in the common room. Fridges available for storing food and drinks. Elevator CONS- The staff hanging out in the common areas being obnoxiously loud (yelling at eachother from across the common room) when you're trying to watch some tv. I turned the Tv up a little to be able to hear (as the subtitles were in portugese), only to have "Danielle" to turn it down on me. I didn't appreciate how the staff were so unaware of the guests staying here. I'm oping that the considerate, kind owner will have a word with these staff members. The Wi-fi didn't work AT ALL in the bedrooms. It worked OK in the common area downstairs. The rooms didnt have air-con, only one pedestal fan which only reached the two lower beds (one of which i was in) and I still woke up in the middle of the night sweating.. it's just too hot in there! 2 out of 3 days we ran out of toilet paper. The floors weren't very clean (I wouldn't walk around without shoes on) I wouldn't say it is value for money here.

Fatal. Lo único bueno es la ubicación. Zona de fiesta, no te olvides llevar unos tapones si quieres dormir y un antifaz porque la persiana esta rota. No tiene pago con tarjeta y pagas en efectivo sin darte un recibo ni nada que confirme el pago. Se escucha mucho ruido de las habitaciones y ascensor. Limpieza deficiente. No repetiría.

Once I got to the hostel. I was informed that booking a 12 dorm room means you stay at another hostel a short walk away. Fortunately the staff is awesome but no terrace and certainly not what I booked.

Hostel is lovely with lots of private rooms (great for 2 friends). My friend and I stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. They serve dinner on the rooftop (great view up there) and have a pub crawl each night that I would recommend doing it at least once! The staff were very helpful and gave us some fun suggestions for activities during the trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean hostel but very old looking, well located, very noisy if you want to party you are at the right place. If you feel like going to bed early, bad idea. The pillow in the bed are ridiculous, would rather sleep on a towel.

Hice la reserva por HostelWorld, al querer poner una review he visto que cancelaron la reserva, tuve que pagar en metálico porque no admitían tarjeta. Al llegar una persona de la habitación tenia dos almohadas, al requerir una nueva en recepción al no disponer de la mía me dijeron que no era posible. Servicio muy mejorable.

Das Hostel an sich ist Top. Personal ist super nett und auch die Sauberkeit geht in Ordnung. Ich habe zusammen mit meiner Freundin in einen private Room 7 Tage verbracht und darüber bin ich sehr froh. Das Hostel hat sehr viele junge Deutsche und Briten, welche nur feiern wollen. Was leider bedeutet das es sehr laut ist. Wir haben die erste Nacht und die letzte Nacht (beide an einem Wochenende) kaum geschlafen, weil der Lärm unerträglich war. Zwar sind die Fenster wirklich gut isoliert und es steht auch ein Ventilator zur Belüftung bereit, jedoch hört man den Lärm auch durch die Tür. Leider waren die anderen Gäste nicht sehr umgänglich und daher nur 3 Sterne.

Camera senza climatizzatore ma con potente ventilatore. Vista sulla strada. Letti cigolanti e poco spazio per muoversi, ma tutto sommato dignitoso. La ragazza alla reception davvero solare e gentile

Sitio central no coracao da cidade em que o estacionamento é problematico. O ruído da rua é grande quer de veiculos quer de peoes.

The hostel has everything you need: a common hangout area, a roof terrace overlooking the old town, breakfast, the rooms are nice and staff is helpful. There are also a couple of guitars with all strings attached

Jason and Amy were so lovely! Lagos is a lovely city, Jason and Amy made us feel so welcome! The hostel makes it very easy to meet people and make friends! Lovely balcony! The only thing is that it is next to the bars so it can get loud at night.

Stanza minuscola, orrenda e sporca. Se nn bastasse il locale di fronte manda musica fino alle 2 di notte, impossibile dormire (anche con i tappi). Sconsigliato caldamente, meglio dormite in macchina!!

Very friendly staff and good group dinners. Also great location. Rooms were nothing spectacular but did the job.
