Nice enough rooms, very noisy being so close to other people and could be a lot cleaner but all in all ok. Defiantly prefer the luxury and privacy of the Casa CaroLisa Villa next door with the private pool, BBQ area and private balcony.

No explican los servicios disponibles, el apartamento dispone de platos, vasos, etc pero no dan ningun producto de limpieza para los mismos, sólo un paño que cambian cada dos días aproximadamente. El primer día nos metimos en el jacuzzi y al salir nos dimos cuenta de que tenía lejía en el agua debido a que otro huésped se estaba quejando por ello. Lo confirmamos con los olores en la ropa y el estropeado debido a ello. No es culpa del establecimiento pero justo al lado hay una propiedad con un burro y gallos que no nos dejaban descansar como queríamos. Podrían mejorar el insonorizado de los apartamentos.

Sehr schönes sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und guter Ausstattung , und ruhiger Lage auf nem Hügel gelegen . Etwas längere Wege zum Zentrum sind aufgrund der Lage in Kauf zu nehmen . Mietwagen ist hier von Vorteil .

Matig, weinig opbergruimte. Servies; van alles 3 stuks. Bedden zijn snoei hard, helaas houd ik daar niet van. W.c ging de eerste avond al stuk, gelukkig heb ik een handige man. Wel een leuk terras en het ligt rustg.

Tolle ruhige Lage .. man hört nichts außer das rascheln der Palmen und die Glöckchen der Nachbarschafe ... wunderschöne Gartenanlage . Wir waren sehr zu Frieden . Allerdings braucht man definitiv einen Mietwagen. Den man problemlos direkt am Haus kostenfrei parken kann. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und haben uns toll erholt !

O interior do apartamento é reduzido em utilidades. Na chegada havia uma cadeira partida e gelo no congelador com sangue e o autoclismo estava avariado. A mesa da cozimha nao tinha toalha disponivel. Tv com 1 canal em português. Situações agilizadas por nós. Ambiente exterior porem acolhedor e tranquilo de dia e noite. Boa piscina e area envolvente.

Not bad, outside and pool area are very nice and clean. Lobby is only open from 9:30 to 7:00, they don’t make the rooms, no wifi in the rooms. Hot tub not working. 1.50 for coffee. We paid 130$ per night. It’s alright but could be better

Bom ambiente familiar e descontraído!

I had a few problems with the room. The toilet flush wasnt working initially, someone was called to fix it, but later on the day stopped working again.On our last day, there was no water in the toilet. So, we had to leave for the airport without a shower or tea/coffee/breakfast After speaking to the manager, he said there was a problem with the main pipeline. But, wasn’t remorseful or apologetic about the situation. I had also emailed to request for a double bed, but on arrival there were two single beds.

We stayed far from the city. The walk is refreshing but about 40 mins away. We had cold water for the first 2 days of our stay, they did not provide more than 1 towel a person, and didnt switch the towels during our stay. wifi is misleading - there is no wifi in your rooms only in the reception area which is slow AF. I would not recommend anyone stay here! also no safe for tour valuables and our balcony door didnt lock lol.

Zeer aangenaam en mooi. Bovenverdiepingen hebben alle zicht op zee. Benedenappartementen kunnen rechtstreeks nr het mooie zwembad. Alles zeer netjes, dagelijkse reiniging van appartement en zwembad. Wel auto noodzakelijk: niks is op wandelafstand. Slaapbanken voor de kinderen kan beter.... .

Instalações simples mas funcionais. A cama não é muito boa, tanto eu como o marido acordamos c dor nas costas. Não há infraestrutura tipo bar ou parque. Aluguei toalhas de piscina por 5 euros cada é estavam em péssimo estado.

Loved Lagos. However there was too many insects in the area including in the bath tub which is maybe because the place is in a small farm. However, the staff is super nice and friendly

Apart'hotel de petite taille (16 chambres) très bien situé sur les hauteurs, proche du centre historique. L'ensemble bénéficie d'une belle architecture autour d'un espace central avec 2 piscines et un jacuzi. Les chambres sont toutes avec terrasse ou balcon, elles sont spacieuses et confortables et disposent d'un coin cuisine. Cependant la déco est datée et un peu défraîchie et les salles de bain seraient à rénover. Accueil agréable. Pas de ménage tous les jours. Un conseil: prendre son petit déjeuner dans la chambre en profitant de la vue, celui proposé par l'hôtel n'est vraiment pas top...

Bisschen außerhalb, mit Auto kein Problem, Anlage und Pool schön, Küchenausstattung etwas spatanisch, Fön hat gefehlt, sonst alles supi, Personal nett, Hunde nerven nachts bisschen..........................

Nice to have a hot tub in October as the pool is a smidge cool. Easy 16 min walk to InterMarche grocery store. Very nice staff.

We very much like Praia da Luz and have been several times, staying at the same hotel. This time the hotel was fully booked and so we tried the Atalaia Sol which is midway between Lagos and Luz. We were very pleasantly surprised to find the apartments to be of high quality and in a secluded well maintained setting. The Atalaia is not close to any beach, therefore a car is a definite requirement unless of course you just want to hang around the pool. The area has many excellent restaurants (best two for us were the Dolphin and Fernandos in Luz), sandy beaches (best two for us were Bergau and Salema) and lots of places of interest for adults and for children (walks, water parks, castles, nature reserves and of course golf courses). The weather in early September was superb with temperatures around 27 degC at mid day but the sea temperature is quite chilly and you need to be quite brave when you take a dip (dont expect the Med). We had a thoroughly good time and Yes we will definitely go again.

No hay ningún tipo de servicio, ni bar ni nada. Los dueños se van a media tarde y no queda nadie tan sólo los huéspedes.

Les savonnettes, papier hygiénique, shampoing etc. sont distribués au compte goutte.Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits et le ménage a été fait une fois seulement. Le soir en arrivant à lhotel nous constations que les lits navait même pas été faits. Il a fallu demander pour avoir des oreillers supplémentaires. Le personnel quitte la réception à 18h max. On nous a demandé darriver avant 17h pour le check-in alors que notre avion arrivait à Lisbonne à 14h. Quel service!La piscine est OK mais compte tenu du côté pingre des proprios la question de lentretien et de la propreté se pose.Sinon lendroit est tranquille.

Quiet , good For a relaxing couple get away, about 20 mins walk to the nearest beach using Google maps. Probably useful to have a car of you dont want to walk in the heat, its around 5 euros taxi to the nearest supermarket and 10 back from old town centre

The hotel was a bit hard to find. We were looking for a hotel sign, but said Apartments in the signage. You had to go to the very end of the street before finding the sign on a wall. The hotel was lovely & very quite. It was not close to anything so you would need a car or taxi to get to it. It was a large room with a gallery style kitchen. I had requested a down stairs room & we got a beautiful room with a private patio & a direct path to the pool area. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean,free internet worked good,water pressure good and tv was fine.Did not use the swimming pool nor did I pay to have breakfast.

Hotel reception hours 9.30am to 6pm we booked in on a Sunday owner was not their the girl at reception could not speak english wanted us to pay I told her that it was alread paid for through expedia also she asked for passport to photo copy it I said she could write down details but no photo copy she rang owner a I spoke to her & about payment l said we could sort it out in the morning with her. She agreed to that then spoke to her assistant in Spainish the assistant then took a photo copy of passport which I requested her not to do. Thing regarding payment were sorted out next day as she checked with expedia that it was paied. Wi Fi does not work in room to weak a signal the only way was to sit outside reception

Los utensilios de cocina escasos. Pero los servicios comunes excelentes. Limpieza buena y algo alejado de las playas. Es recomendable y volvería sin duda. Para ir en familia y por parejas o grupos, de todas .maneras. En definitiva que por el precio y lo que ofrece muy competitivo.

Stayed at Atalaia Sol for 7 nights with my partner and we both enjoyed our stay there with pure relaxation. on our first day we felt comfortable and settled in great. Our studio was nice and cosy, with plenty of space and it was lovely waking up every morning with the swimming pool just few feet away from the bedroom. The location is bit out of town and requires driving to get into Lagos and elsewhere but we prefer that than staying inside Lagos where it is always busy and vibrant. This apartment is defienetly the one for couples and a small family to stay when in Lagos. I will be back! :-)

This is a beautiful family run self catering apartment. the garden and pool are tranquil and immaculate. Hot tub is a bonus. The staff are very friendly and welcoming

Dejamos 70 euros en un bolso en la habitación y al salir el ultimo día descubrimos que nos lo habían robado. Probablemente la chica de la limpieza que se quedo a cargo del hotel la tarde anterior. Trato horrible del personal, no pusieron ningún interés en averiguar lo ocurrido y solo a decir que el hotel no se hacia responsable. Ningún tipo de seguridad en el hotel, la mayor parte del tiempo no hay ningún responsable en los apartamentos.

You definitely need a car as it is on the outskirts of the town, but we loved the apartments - it is a small, well designed building with only 15 or so apartments (the pool area is sufficient for a much larger number of apartments). there is a very nice hot tub, great pool and gardens as well as a tennis court (which is poorly maintained but ok for a knock around with the kids).

Mooie lokatie met prima appartementen. Ligt wel helemaal aan de buitenkant van Lagos. Een auto is dus een aanrader.

Wunderschöne und herrlich ruhige, kleine Anlage. In der Nebensaison konkurrenzlose Preise. Flottes & kostenloses Wlan – ich war durchweg zufrieden!

Sehr schöne kleine Apartment-Anlage etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. Die Anlage beherbergt eine schöne gepflegte Poollandschaft mit Duschen, Jacuzzi und Liegen. Hier kann man wirklich fernab des Strandes auch mal den Tag genießen. Das Frühstück ist angemessen, lässt eventuell bei Gourmets den Gaumen nicht ganz in die Höhe springen.Resümierend ist dieses schöne Hotel / Aparthotel, im Sinne des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses, sehr zu empfehlen!

The room was amazing. It was spacious and had an amazing wrap around balcony that you could enter or exit from both bedrooms. The kitchen was adequately stocked, but lacked simple things like salt and pepper. However, the hotel were very quick to supply us with what we needed. Wifi is only available in the lobby. Parking and breakfast were included in the price of the room which is a bonus. Breakfast was buffet style with eggs, bacon, breads, pastries, yogurt and fruit. Had very nice pools and jacuzzi, but we did not use. Overall a great stay.

No lobby, no breakfast room, no restaurant, reception closes in the evening. Appointment for breakfast. Ours was at 10am only possible. Sundays no rolls, but burnt bread. Saturday the breakfast was ok. English spoke as well as German and Portuguese of course. Romantic weekend booked, but extremely small singe beds do not create any warm feelings.
