Was here over my birthday weekend, they made me feel so welcome, pub crawl perfect and the rooms were always quiet enough to get sleep. Also left my belt here and they sent back to me free of charge! Perfect hosts

Limpio, buena situación y buena gente

Sem dúvida o melhor Hostel que já fiquei. Lugar limpo, confortável, o quarto para pessoas com banheiro privado havia sacada, o banheiro era bem novinho, sistema de entrada nos quartos através de cartão, armários com chaves. ótima localização, cozinha, sala de star, e programas a noites para a integração dos hospedes.

A group of 26 of us stayed at the hostel for a week last April. The hostel was divided into rooms of 2 bunk-beds which fit 4 people and was very clean and well designed. The only downside was that some of the rooms were considerably more sizable and had a balcony, en-suite and fitted with a full length mirror. Whilst others, were rather small to fit 4 people, 4+ luggage bags, no en-suite and no mirror (which for 4 girls/ guys trying to get ready in the evenings was a bit difficult and we had to go to other rooms) So make sure to ask for an en-suite, larger room. The staff were extremely nice and spoke very good English, so there was never any confusions. The staff were also really helpful at booking trips and activities for us and helping the running of a smooth holiday in general. The only down side was the curfew - this means that hostel stayers who come to enjoy the night life of Lagos should be aware that they are very strict on noise after 11pm and when you are returning from your evening. Location-wise, the hostel sits perfectly in between everything, a 10 minute walk from Batata Beach, the road next to a bustling cafe/restaurant/bar strip and well situated in between day actives such as water parks and sea Kayaking. There is also a local shop where you can buy groceries, to use in the fully stocked hostel kitchen. Over-all a very pleasant stay and I would definitely return and recommend you try it out :P

Meh. Nice rooftop hangout. Everything shuts down early. You may wake up with your room door open and someone using your neighbors bed who isn't from your room as a toilet. So from that perspective, safety, not so great.

Clean room and comfortable atmosphere. Right in the middle of all the Bars so one has to expect noise all night.

Nice facilities. If you want to party it's a great place. However if you want peace and quiet I wouldn't recommend it

Muy buen Hostel, con gente educada, proactiva y preocupada. Las instalaciones son todo a nuevo (mayo 2014) cómoda amplia y con la ubicación adecuada a 5 minutos de las playas, a 2 minutos de la joda, a 3 del centro. Recomendable....y si queres algo más? Es barato, me encantó. Palabra de un Uruguayo!!!

I stayed here at Cloud 9 to come down and relax at the beach away from UK. Must I say, instead of much relaxing I had an absolute blast. The Cloud 9 Hostel property is by far the best hostel establishment I have seen in Europe and in Lagos and has excellent staff. Many thanks to Thiago, who always seems to be working and the beautiful Skye - Skye does an awesome job and goes out of her way to introduce people to the Lagos Lifestyle and makes everyone feel welcome! Definitely recomend as your number one budget accommodation in Lagos! -D.
