Die Quinta do Pinheiral ist ein Komplex mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen, die sich auf zwei Etagen verteilen. Es gibt ein großes Apartment im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Zugang zum Pool, dazu zwei weitere Apartments im ersten Stock, von den wir eines für zwei Personen zusammen mit unserem Fünfjährigen bewohnt haben. Die Räume sind sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und passabel ausgestattet. Das beste Bett, in dem wir in Portugal geschlafen haben, der Müll wird täglich geleert, die Handtücher alle zwei Tage gewechselt und es gibt deutsches Satellitenfernsehen. Für eine FeWo nicht selbstverständlich. Auch die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind die Ausstattung der Küche (wir hätten uns u.a. ein paar Schalen / Schüsseln gewünscht) und – das ist jedoch Geschmacksache – das Schlafen bei offenem Fenster. Auf dem Hof schläft ein sehr gut erzogener Hund. Wenn die Streuner in der Gegen zu laut bellen, steigt er irgendwann mit ein ;) Was die Lage / Umgebung angeht, können wir die Kritik von Booking & Co. nicht nachvollziehen. Wer hier ohne Mietwagen bucht hat vorher nicht auf die Karte geschaut. Für uns definitiv kein Minuspunkt.

Positive: The Quinta is a lovely place. Set on about an acre 5 km north of Lagos. The grounds are lush and well maintained. The pool looked inviting but were usually out during the warmth of the day and didn't use it. Evenings are cool. The apartment was quite large and very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. There are a few friendly cats about. Jorge is a helpful and attentive host. The only downside is the wifi barely worked indoors but worked reasonably well sitting outside. The location is not in a very scenic area, but it's quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.. Negative: Indoor wifi reception is slow..

Positive: big enclosed garden, all facilities to cook and hang laundry, very friendly and helpful owner, no problem with parking. Negative: on the ground floor we would have whished for moscito protection in the windowframes to keep moscitos and cats out when getting fresh air.One window did not lock, but as the premises are guarded, it did not really feel insecure..

Positif: La disponibilité et la gentillesse de notre hôte qui est venu nous chercher à Lagos car notre gps ne localisait pas l'adresse de la maison. Appartement propre et spacieux. Au calme. Négatif: La connexion internet était gratuite mais l'accès au réseau très aléatoire..

Positive: We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment and the thoughtfulness of the owner (he changed the towels every day, etc...). The TV was good and had foreign channels. The shower is very spacious also.. Negative: Unfortunately the kitchen didn't have enough supplies (especially regarding pans and pots). The bed was big but was feeling a bit uncomfortable after many days spent there. The lights are a bit insufficient. It would also have been nice if we could lock the windows..

Positif: L'emplacement, la beauté du terrain, la piscine, le studio propre et équipé correctement. Le propriétaire nous a bien accueillis et ses chats aussi! Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour.. Négatif: Les jappements des chiens dans la campagne environnante, malheureusement la nuit.

Positif: Disponibilité de l’hôte, calme de la résidence. Négatif: Logement conçu pour 2 personnes, cohabitation plus compliqué à 3 personnes car canapés lit peu pratique et toilettes avec seul accès par la chambre.

Positiva: Cuando llegas, Jorge te enseña tu habitación y te facilita un mando para entrar entrar y salir de la quinta a tu antojo. Nuestra habitación-estudio estaba equipado de todo, destacar la limpieza y la comodidad de la cama. Muy recomendable si vas a pasar unos días recorriendo el Algarve :). Negativa: nada que añadir.

Positiv: Sehr freundlicher Besitzer, In freier Natur, Sicher, abgeschlossener Hof, Klarer Sternenhimmel zu sehen (kein störendes Licht) Zweites Zimmer. Negativ: Ablage im Bad fehlte, Etwas schwierig zu erreichen.

Positiva: La casa apartamento y el entorno está muy bonito, con césped, piscina y muchas zonas para relajarse tumbonas y mesas y sillas de terraza. Anfitrión muy amable y ante una petición que le hicimos (en concreto un tendedero para la ropa) nos atendió rápida y eficazmente! Se agradece mucho la paz del sitio después de dar una vuelta por Lagos, que está terriblemente llena de gente, muchísimos turistas!!!. Negativa: Se necesita sí o sí coche para ir a Lagos, la casa está en medio del campo, a 3km del pueblo. La ventana de la cocina no cerraba bien, por lo que se podía entrar desde fuera, aunque estábamos relativamente tranquilos porque el complejo está cerrado y es sólo accesible a los huéspedes. La zona es tranquila, lástima de un perro (que supongo que debía ser mascota de algún huésped) que estaba en una jaula al aire libre, aunque encerrado, que ladraba mucho y no nos dejo dormir del todo bien. Si no te gustan los gatos tampoco es tu sitio porque por allí campan a su aire. El check in y el check out nos resultó un poco más complejo que en otros sitios, la puerta es como una entrada de parking, no hay código, hay una campanita que no supimos ver y para marchar (como nos fuimos muy, muy temprano y no nos acordamos de hablarlo previamente con el anfitrión) también nos resultó complejo el sistema de salir con el coche y dejar la llave, la puerta tuvimos que dejarla abierta......

Positive: -Accoglienza molto calorosa. Personale disponibile e molto gentile. - Stanza molto accogliente e pulita con piccola cucina privata pulita e attrezzata - Bagno molto grande e curato con doccia enorme -ampio spazio esterno con una piscina molto bella.

Positive: Situato all'interno di un complesso di appartamenti, il nostro era ubicato al piano terra, con affaccio su giardino e spazi comuni. Molto bello il bagno, spazioso, e la doccia comodissima. All'esterno è presente una piscina, con annessa doccia, e alcune sdraio per rilassarsi e prendere un po' di sole in mezzo al verde. La villa si trova a pochi km da Lagos, ma in una zona più interna e tranquilla, comunque facilmente raggiungibile (solo in macchina), e a 5 minuti dal mare. Il proprietario, molto gentile anche se poco pratico della lingua inglese, abita all'interno della struttura, e si occupava del cambio della biancheria e della pulizia ogni paio di giorni.. Negazione: Il divano letto era un po' scomodo, e la cucina, sebbene provvista di tutti gli elettrodomestici, disponeva di un'unica pentola, un'unica padella, e poche stoviglie in generale. Essendo immersi nella natura, inoltre, potrebbe non essere un luogo adatto a persone che non amano molto gli animali (erano presenti alcuni gatti e vari insetti)..

Positive: Appartamento spazioso, curato e immerso nel verde ma comodo per raggiungere tutte le località dell’Algarve! Ottimale se si è alla ricerca di silenzio e relax ad un passo da tutto!!.

Positive: Appartamento molto ampio. La villa ha una piscina, ma noi non ne abbiamo usufruito.. Negazione: Appartamento buio e molto caldo. L'assenza di aria condizionata non aiuta. Wifi scarso. Cucina buona per la colazione e per pasti veloci, ma la dotazione è datata (la padella, piccola, non era utilizzabile). Letto piuttosto scomodo, così come la posizione della villa: è indispensabile la macchina. Prezzo esagerato per la qualità..

Positiva: Apartamento amplio, bonito y cama muy cómoda. Está en un entorno tranquilo, donde puedes disfrutar de la piscina y el jardín. Tienes que moverte con el coche, pero en 10 minutos estás en el centro del pueblo o en las playas.. Negativa: El primer día tuvimos unas pequeñas hormigas en el suelo de la cocina, pero con un poco de insecticida desaparecieron totalmente..

Positief: Het was er heerlijk. Het is een schoon appartement en rustig. Het zwembad was fijn om de hebben en er zijn ligbedden om te zonnen. De host is ook een aardig man. Kort om een aanrader!. Negatief: Wat jammer is is dat het best een stukje uit de stad ligt. Als je geen auto hebt is jet wel heel ver om te lopen maar een uber huren is goedkoper en dan ben je er snel..

Positiva: El sitio es muy tranquilo y estás a 10 minutos de Lagos en coche. Buenas instalaciones y muy buena limpieza. Estuvimos encantados!!. Negativa: Yo tengo problemas de espalda y la cama es demasiado blanda. Ojo si tienes el mismo problema .

Positive: Ambiente pulito e curato. Cucina fornita di macchina del caffè, tostapane e microonde. Bagno con un’ampia doccia e il bidet. Doppie tende alle finestre per non far entrare la luce. Proprietario molto cordiale.. Negazione: A 15 minuti dal centro. Ma se hai la macchina non è necessariamente uno svantaggio: la casa immersa nella natura è di fatto molto silenziosa..

I stayed for 4 nights in the studio. The property is a little out of town/ not close to the beach so one needs a car (12-15min drive, depending where in Lagos one goes). The studio had a good size and was impeccably clean. They came to change towels and in the middle of my stay. Well equipped kitchen. The property is quiet and has a pool, pool beds and a hammock. All nice. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely consider renting again if I have a car to go places.

Positivo: Apartamento muito limpo e espaçoso, com todos os equipamentos necessários. Absolutamente tudo bem estimado e a funcionar bem, desde a cabine de duche, passando pela TV, frigorifico, máquina de café, etc. O exterior, composto por jardim e piscina, dispunha de diverso mobiliário que permitia usufruir do espaço, nomeadamente espreguiçadeiras, cadeiras, cama de rede, etc. Localizado muito perto do centro da cidade de Lagos, permite rápido acesso a praias, restaurantes, etc. Fomos recebidos com simpatia e humildade pelo Sr. Jorge que se colocou à disposição para o que fosse necessário.. Negativo: Nada..

Positief: Zeer aangenaam en rustig verblijf! (desondanks het geluid van de bellen van koeien en geiten in de -toch wel- rustige omgeving). Mooie ruime kamer. Makkelijke kitchenette met basisgerief aanwezig. Een echte aanrader voor wie tot rust wenst te komen!. Negatief: Geen info bekend over de uren van de nabije bushalte. Was wel zo makkelijk geweest..

Positiv: Das Appartment liegt in einer sehr schönen, ruhigen Gartenanlage und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Empfang durch Jorge war sehr freundlich und seine Bemühungen um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste ist lobenswert. In 10 Auto-Minuten erreicht man den Strand bzw. den Hafen und das Zentrum von Lagos.

Positiv: Das Badezimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft war sehr groß und man hatte kein Problem mit dem Parken des Autos. Der Gastgeber hat alles sehr gut organisiert, obwohl wir sehr spät angekommen sind.. Negativ: Die Unterkunft ist in einem landschaftlich wenig reizvollen Vorort von Lagos ohne Ausblick. Man kann die Stadt nicht ohne Auto erreichen, da es zu Fuß zu weit und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nicht vorhanden. Die Unterkunft selbst ist - obwohl sie alle Standards erfüllt - wenig reizend und einladend. Wir sind so schnell wie möglich abgereist. Darüberhinaus ist die Unterkunft verhältnismäßig teuer. Wir haben zu niedrigeren oder gleichen Preisen in deutlich besseren Unterkünften in Portugal und an der Algarve übernachtet.

Positiv: Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit, das Apartment und die Anlage sehr gepflegt.. Negativ: Leider kein Restaurant oder Kneipe in der näheren Umgebung. Auto wird immer benötigt.

Positivo: O Jorge (anfitrião) é uma simpatia e faz com que tudo corra bem. O sossego que a quinta proporciona é óptimo para relaxar e descansar. Tudo no apartamento estava impecável. Gostamos de tudo! 5 estrelas ☆☆☆☆☆

Positif: le propriétaire est très gentil et accueillant, la tranquillité du site, le côté rural (canards, chats, poules), le jardin et sa piscine. Le lit est très confortable. Les linges de toilette et de vaisselle ont été changés 1 fois (pour un séjour de 4 jours je n'ai jamais vu ça). Shampoing et produit douche fourni. C'est un endroit sans prétention qui mérite qu'on s'y arrête.

Ванная комната с современным дизайном , хорошо отремонтирована. Отличный напор горячей воды. На территории предусмотрено место для парковки, есть небольшой бассейн и места для отдыха. Радует глаз стайка уточек-курочек у прудика и котики). Негативный: 1 ржавая сковородка! Зачем оборудовать номер кухней,если не на чем готовить? питались на стороне, а покупку сковородки сочли нецелесообразным вложением средств. 2 нет кондиционера ! Кондишку заменяет небольшой вентилятор. Для такого большого помещения ерундовая затея. 3 неуютная комната ! Нет естественного освещения,а светильники тусклые. Вечером в номере при таком тусклом свете становится тоскливо. 4 жесткий матрас, вместо одеяла простынка и верхнее покрывало. 5 расположение отеля. Далековато от центра Лагоа,магазинов,пляжей. Без машины там делать нечего. 6 не было приветственных даров от хозяина, о чем было упомянуто в предыдущих отзывах(((

Positif: Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce superbe endroit et tout est parfait. l'appartement était très propre et fonctionnel, le cadre est juste parfait pour le repos et les personnes qui s'occupent de cet résidence sont juste exceptionnellement sympathique et disponiblent. Negatief: De kamer was ongezellig en koud aangekleed. De slaapkamer en badkamer waren wel voldoende. Onze unit had geen werkende wifi en de host was nergens te bekennen om iets te vragen. We hebben hem 5 minuten gezien bij aankomst en bij ons vertrek hebben we moeten zoeken wat we met de sleutel moesten doen. Die konden we in een bakje op de vensterbank van zijn (concierge)woning achter laten. Bovendien was dit de duurste kamer die we geboekt hadden tijdens ons verblijf in de Algarve. Geen aanrader.

Positief: ruime kamer en zwembad. Negatief: Lastig te vinden in the middle of nowhere Elektriciteit viel uit (incident?)

Positive: The apartment was clean and the bathroom was good. The furniture in the garden was good quality.. Negative: The description of the apartment was quite misleading. The area of property is very small and located in something like small industrial zone. The so-called seating area is two chairs in the corner of the kitchen. There is no sofa - the owner told as that a chair is a sofa. There wasn't neither balcony nor terrace. The sleeping room is very dark - it dosn't have even small window.

Positive: Terrific location just outside buzzing Lagos and just a bit off the main road which makes it a good base for many day-trips (tip: road trip to Serra de Monchique). The location itself is quiet and on a prime location on top of a hill which provides beautiful views from the terrace and pool. Quinta do Pinheiral loosely translates to "Pinewood Farm" but "Palm Villa" would be more appropriate. During our stay, owner Jorge was very helpful and friendly host. There were other guests, but other than the occasional greeting, we hardly noticed any other people which made the location feel very private. The garden is well kept and home to several chickens and cats. The latter can at times be a bit of a nuisance. The apartment is very roomy with high ceilings and plenty of room to store your luggage. Our son of 11 months old freely crawl around the rooms without danger. The shower has good temperature and pressure, the kitchen is adequately stocked (even though we would have liked an oven) and the temperature within the apartment was pretty manageable with plenty of windows and a good fan. The only slightly negative points about Quinta do Pinheiral were the bad WiFi-signal (only really present in living room and hallway) and the absence of an oven. Overall, we would surely recommend this accommodation to couples and families alike looking to stay outside the cities and explore the region from a quiet base to which you can retreat after a day-trip, sipping a Dauro-valley wine and looking out over the hills of the Algarve.

Положительный: Комфортные апартаменты, есть все необходимое. До пляжа 10 минут на машине. Приятные комплименты от хозяев- по приезду в холодильнике были молоко, масло, сыр, ветчина, вода. Свежий хлеб в корзинке, несколько капсул для кофемашины. Через день нас ждали пирожные. Мусор выносят каждый день, полотенца поменяли через день. Красивая территория, есть бассейн, домашняя живность.. Негативный: Нет указателей, трудно найти первый раз.
