Atendimento profissional e simpático por parte de todo o pessoal, recomendo mas como tudo na saúde tudo e bom quando corre bem, mas seja como for senti profissionalismo simpatia e competência. Tem acordo com a ADSE e companhias de seguros

Reception working unprofessional and stressed talking with client... I.e. me Come for the blood test which supost to start at 8 am yet the nurse didn't start until 8:30 Nurse at the same time do for and receptionist... I think that is making you wonder how professional people are working here in Vilamoura hospital I thought when you coming private hospital you expect priority services. Yet you still have to wait up to an hour I just wonder for what you are paying here for ? Pls stay healthy or wait until you go home ... Yet if you don't have another choice... choose a clinic in loule Professional helpful smilig staff and there at list you know what you are paying for ... for high private services.

Pessimo atendimento, recepcionostas mal educadas e com consulta maracada tive que esperar há mais se uma hora e saí sem atendimento medico e sem nenhuma justificaçao convincente... horrivel

I produced my European Health Insurance Card to the receptionist, she took the details, I saw the doctor. I was then informed on my way out that the Insurance card is not covered in this clinic and was told I had to pay €50. When I got to the chemist I was told the the prescription was written on a type not covered and that cost almost €25 for the tablets. Tell clients beforehand what your costs are and don't see them first and then surprise them with your bills! Are you scammers... This place doesn't deserve 1*

Nada a apontar, tudo excelente desde o atendimento, localização, simpatia e excelentes médicos. Há mais de 10 anos que frequento esta clínica, desde as antigas instalações. Recomendo.

Got there at 8:40 AM - it was still closed. Had tried calling for 40 min, no one answered, the automatic answerer said open from 8, and that "all agents" where bussy. They even said that they had taken my no. and that they would call me back. They never called. Very unprofessionel.

Je suis arrivée dans une situation d urgence absolue, complètement désespérée, ils m ont dit qu' ils ne pouvaient pas me prendre car c était un établissement privé. Ils m ont envoyé à mes frais à 25km de là à faro dans un autre hôpital privé aussi. Pourtant un anglais était là avec des pansements sur les genoux... J avais de quoi payer...Allez comprendre...

Excelente Clínica com muito bons médicos, enfermeiros e técnicas muito profissionais e atenciosas, onde eu e a minha família vamos há cerca de 30 anos!

Simplemente excelente en todos los aspectos que esperamos encontrar en una Clinica. Felicitaciones.
