A Google User: Villa Sunny is located in a quiet residential area. It's fairly clean, cleaners also visited during our stay. However, when we arrived, big dirty marks were dropped across the pool area. When the cleaner and pool cleaner visited, this was not washed away so stayed like this all week. The pictures on Solmar website do not reflect the reality of this villa. This villa has so much potential but is far from the luxury villa it's sold as. The outside table was non existent- although we did find it broken in the corner of the garden (see pic). Downstairs in the garage is a dark and dingey pool table room with a further dark bedroom off this. If 8 people were staying, the people who pulled the short straw would be sleeping down here! As we were a party of three we didn't go downstairs. Which was a shame because we would have enjoyed a game of pool but it was smelly and damp in the garage.
The WiFi is pretty awful, bad signal which comes and goes. As we have a business at home, we needed the WiFi but it was unreliable. We did speak to Solmar about this issue and someone visited to reset the router but it didn't make any difference.
As the WiFi was unreliable, it was difficult to get the radio or music online. The TV has very limited English channels and the old fashioned radio has a broken ariel which meant that we struggled to get music around the pool.
The final touches to this villa could have been to a much higher standard. Most of the shower heads leaked water from the top and were unusable. So we just used the one shower over the bath downstairs. In addition, lightblubs were out throughout the villa which made the place even darker. I feel these things should be checked when you're spending a lot of money on a holiday.
Although pool towels were dropped off after asking, pool towels are not included in the rental which wasn't clear when we made the booking. There is 8 sunbeds but only 5 or 6 blue covers for these beds. I presume the others have flown away in the wind, as its quite windy as the Villa is high up.
We wish we'd read a review with this information in it and we might have considered booking somewhere else. Nevertheless, the sun was out and we enjoyed visiting Portugal overall. Probably would not book this villa again.

Se você está procurando remodelar sua cozinha, fique longe deste lugar. A Kettlie vai mentir vezes sem conta e agir como se soubesse o que está a fazer e dizer que a sua encomenda foi feita, mas não foi. Então a gerente da loja, Brandy, nem sequer tentou corrigir o problema, arranjou mais desculpas para a preguiça dos seus empregados. Fique muito longe de qualquer grande projeto com esses mentirosos!

Serviço super horrível. Eles venderiam seus aparelhos e colocariam peças que só funcionariam por alguns dias de forma que você perderia sua garantia e ficaria preso com um aparelho ruim. Além disso, eles também passam para consertá-lo e eles não vão e nem sequer te ligam. E eles estão sempre a dizer que estão fora da cidade, e como se estivessem a perder o teu tempo para faltar à garantia.
