Cliff Cairns: 1st October to 31st 2018 When I first booked, they could not have been more helpful, they gave me their phone number supposedly to make it easier to contact them. Then I asked for coordinates for the property They were wrong I got there all the same, next when I was given the key there was only one key now they new there was two of us and we would be doing our own thing, there was also no pod to get into the underground car park, I contacted the immediately first on the phone the number they gave me to make it easier to contact them….no answer so I sent a text, the response I got even surprised me first was that the pod was with them in Ireland and what did I expect them to do about it, my reply was to send it by next day carrier, this was rejected he then said he would get in touch with the local agents, I thought that was reasonable …….patiently waiting ten days later still no second key or pod for the garage, so I tried phoning him again and as before no reply so I text much later I got a text back say I was to contact his friend to find out when it would be there and arrange it with here….no way the poor woman cannot speak English so a bit pointless. So, I contacted Clickstay who were very helpfully but she could not get them on the telephone ether……within the hour however the Key and the pod was dilivered to me. My next complaint was it very clearly said it had TV with Android box now that to any reasonable minded person would say you can get English speaking programs the only thing I could get was Portuguese…..Not much good I followed the instructions still could not get the android box to function….when I contacted him by text of course I was sent another set of instructions the same as I had followed plus an additional piece of information that if I wanted English TV I would have to set up an account with one…..so I decided to find a local person that had knowledge of the system that was in the property….. this I did his comments was the system was so old and I was wasting my time he did get it working to allows us to watch the news on the odd occasion….again it was a waste of time me getting in touch with the owners so I wasted 50 euro. They may seem to be small points, but my friend is in his 80s not very able to walk a great distance, so the point of the TV was it gave him something to do when he stopped in. He ended up going home 16 days early due to this and the other things coming next. (His Claims…. Quality place…. Modern…. Well Maintained the hole complex looks fresh and new…) They must have been describing somewhere else for it was not where I stayed, the kitchen was dirty the cooker hob was thick with burnt grease the dishwasher was stinking the moment you opened the door it made you want to be sick the fridge needed to be cleaned, the pans had burnt food on the bottoms the plates and cutlery was disgraceful The outside balcony was also dirty the barbecue looked as if it had never been cleaned. WHAT MADE IT WORSE IT WAS THEMSELVE’S THAT WERE IN THE APARTMENT BEFORE US. I checked every part of their details on the Clickstay site it was a choice of three in the end they all had the amenities I wanted, we picked this one. It never came close to what he claimed. I would have been better of in a hotel it would have cost less and I would have got what it promised. I am not leaving this feedback for my benefit it’s to help others that are thinking they might get what they promise. I was in an excellent place in Spain prior to going over to Portugal and it was 5 Star and well worth the money, just to let you know if it’s good I say so, also if it’s bad I say so. I would not stay in this place again even if it was free.

Eu fiz muitos negócios com o Rent-A-Center aqui em Riverton, e esta administração atual é a pior com que já lidei, levou 2 semanas para eles virem buscar meu loveseat para conserto, eles me venderam um sofá e loveseat que foi usado por 1000.00 Dólares, depois de vários meses de pagamento perguntei qual era o meu saldo e eles disseram que ainda estava acima dos mil, depois de algumas conversas com eles, levaram mais algumas semanas para consertar esta conta, mas eles me disseram que eu tinha que assinar outro contrato de aluguel e tinha que pagar o saldo restante em noventa dias ou o custo voltaria para 1000.00, tenho sido um cliente fiel e distinto há já alguns anos e os meus pagamentos nunca foram depois de um ou dois dias, mas depois deste tratamento nunca mais farei negócio com esta loja e recomendarei vivamente a outros que não o façam também.

Grande Serviço e Preços. Minha esposa e eu estávamos procurando uma arruela e decidimos experimentar o Appliance Smart. Quando entramos, ficamos muito impressionados com o layout. Parece que você está lá para conseguir um bom negócio, mas ainda está limpo, bem iluminado e cheio de inventário. Fomos imediatamente ajudados e sentimos que ela tinha conhecimento e nos ajudou a encontrar o conjunto LG que era certo para nós. O par estava à venda e eu verifiquei online para descobrir que os seus preços estavam cerca de 25% abaixo do preço de retalho. Onde melhora é o serviço. Eu tenho uma tomada de gás e electricidade e originalmente comprei electricidade. Depois de falar com alguns amigos, decidi que o gás seria o melhor. Liguei para o DIA antes da entrega e eles foram capazes de trocar as secadoras e trocar a abertura lateral da porta na secadora. Os motoristas de entrega foram amigáveis e muito cuidadosos ao remover o velho e instalar o novo conjunto. Estamos muito contentes com o nosso serviço durante a venda e, mais importante, depois.
