Cliff Cairns: 1st October to 31st 2018 When I first booked, they could not have been more helpful, they gave me their phone number supposedly to make it easier to contact them. Then I asked for coordinates for the property They were wrong I got there all the same, next when I was given the key there was only one key now they new there was two of us and we would be doing our own thing, there was also no pod to get into the underground car park, I contacted the immediately first on the phone the number they gave me to make it easier to contact them….no answer so I sent a text, the response I got even surprised me first was that the pod was with them in Ireland and what did I expect them to do about it, my reply was to send it by next day carrier, this was rejected he then said he would get in touch with the local agents, I thought that was reasonable …….patiently waiting ten days later still no second key or pod for the garage, so I tried phoning him again and as before no reply so I text much later I got a text back say I was to contact his friend to find out when it would be there and arrange it with here….no way the poor woman cannot speak English so a bit pointless. So, I contacted Clickstay who were very helpfully but she could not get them on the telephone ether……within the hour however the Key and the pod was dilivered to me. My next complaint was it very clearly said it had TV with Android box now that to any reasonable minded person would say you can get English speaking programs the only thing I could get was Portuguese…..Not much good I followed the instructions still could not get the android box to function….when I contacted him by text of course I was sent another set of instructions the same as I had followed plus an additional piece of information that if I wanted English TV I would have to set up an account with one…..so I decided to find a local person that had knowledge of the system that was in the property….. this I did his comments was the system was so old and I was wasting my time he did get it working to allows us to watch the news on the odd occasion….again it was a waste of time me getting in touch with the owners so I wasted 50 euro. They may seem to be small points, but my friend is in his 80s not very able to walk a great distance, so the point of the TV was it gave him something to do when he stopped in. He ended up going home 16 days early due to this and the other things coming next. (His Claims…. Quality place…. Modern…. Well Maintained the hole complex looks fresh and new…) They must have been describing somewhere else for it was not where I stayed, the kitchen was dirty the cooker hob was thick with burnt grease the dishwasher was stinking the moment you opened the door it made you want to be sick the fridge needed to be cleaned, the pans had burnt food on the bottoms the plates and cutlery was disgraceful The outside balcony was also dirty the barbecue looked as if it had never been cleaned. WHAT MADE IT WORSE IT WAS THEMSELVE’S THAT WERE IN THE APARTMENT BEFORE US. I checked every part of their details on the Clickstay site it was a choice of three in the end they all had the amenities I wanted, we picked this one. It never came close to what he claimed. I would have been better of in a hotel it would have cost less and I would have got what it promised. I am not leaving this feedback for my benefit it’s to help others that are thinking they might get what they promise. I was in an excellent place in Spain prior to going over to Portugal and it was 5 Star and well worth the money, just to let you know if it’s good I say so, also if it’s bad I say so. I would not stay in this place again even if it was free.

O serviço de loja foi óptimo quando perguntamos onde estavam os respiradores... No entanto, o empregado ignorou-nos duas vezes no balcão da caixa própria. A casa de banho era DISGUSTING, havia fezes por todo o chão na 3ª até à última banca, ao ponto de eu ficar demasiado assustado para andar em qualquer outro lugar lá dentro e acabar por lavar os meus sapatos. Esta loja precisa de ir a sério.

Fui abordado por um homem de casaco verde a pedir-me dinheiro, enquanto eu estava na carrinha do Curbside. Quase pensei que era um empregado a aproximar-se de mim por causa do meu pedido. Assustador!! Leva alguém contigo, porque não há ninguém a vigiar aquele parque de estacionamento. Não vás sozinho. Além disso, você NÃO poderá chegar a uma pessoa viva dentro da loja. Peça à pessoa que está a fazer a encomenda que o verifique. Se você estiver pegando o seu pedido, ele NÃO irá adicioná-lo ao seu taco. Fiz o check in em 4 vezes no prazo de uma hora. Não há nenhum funcionário a fazer o check-in com os motoristas sobre as suas encomendas/check-ins. Esta é outra razão pela qual você pode querer uma segunda pessoa... para que alguém possa correr para dentro e chamar a atenção deles. A empresa não o vai ajudar. Todos eles dizem que é Natal. Seja paciente. O que acontece quando você está e ninguém vem? Eu recomendo o envio online ou se aproximar de outra loja que saiba como atender adequadamente os clientes da Pick Up. Walmart, Target, e Sams Club têm uma pessoa a mais estacionada naquela área e um corredor. Isso também cuidaria das pessoas que pedem dinheiro.
