A/C was not functioning well, with Windows open very noisy at night. Could use a coffee maker. Welcoming host, easy check-in, nice room.

Good location - no staff at all so more like renting a rental from owner, no problem if you are expecting that. No place to relax if inclement weather. Lovely roof top terrace but cannot be used in the rain and no place to really sit in the room. Sparse, but modern and clean.

We found this place via the booking website and it had several rooms displayed for the date available. We arrived several hours later without a booking, checked the availability again before spent an hour trying to find it and when we knocked the door, no one answered, the rooms had no lights, the place seemed to be absolutely silent. I called the phone and the man who answered told me that they are completely booked out. He did not apologize nor he seemed to care. Therefore we had to find another place urgently. Later I checked the availability of the rooms and they were still displayed as ready to be booked. A few hours later they were gone. So I guess that this sort of attitude towards guests is not the best and turned out to be an issue for us. Will never book with them even if there is a possibility.

Overall a very positive experience. The room was lovely and finished to a very high spec, staff were super-friendly and the location is excellent, very close to all the bars/restaurants. My room was small which as a solo traveller was fine but may be a bit tight for a couple. It was a holiday period and coverage on reception waa limited meaning there was nobody to check me out when I left. Good value for money, though.

Clean rooms and nice host. Not much of view from our balcony. The room close to the street can get noisy in the mornings door to cars passing by. Walking distance to nice restaurants.

Guesthouse muito acolhedora, fomos bem recebidos pelo proprietário muito simpático e disponível. Tudo muito limpo, suite fantástica com todo o conforto que se pode pedir. A cama era muito boa e larga, com vários tamanhos de travesseiros para todos os gostos, a Suite era luxuosa e muito agradável. Decoração interior e exterior de muito bom gosto. Instalações novas assim como o respectivo equipamento. Boa insonorização permitindo que a passagem de veículos na calçada não incomodasse. Excelente opção Lowcost! simplesmente - AO MAIS ALTO NÍVEL

Estuvimos la semana pasada y al llegar al sitio el dueño nos atendió muy amablemente y nos dijo que cualquier problema llamáramos a el número de emergencia que había en la habitación ademas nos regaló una botella de vino, el cual solo nos pudimos beber una copa (aunque es un detalle y se agradece igualmente) la habitación era un poco pekeña solo cavia la cama y un poco de espacio por cada lado, luego el baño que tampoco era mucho más grande, la verdad k todo estaba muy nuevo y cuidado. Estuvimos 4 noches y para nuestras sorpresa cuando llegamos había 2 botes de gel ninguno de champú y no nos lo renovaban, eso era lo k teníamos para los 4 días, una de las veces las toallas del baño las manchamos de maquillaje y al día siguiente la teníamos colgada de nuevo(osea no nos la cambiaron), hemos de añadir que en la recepción nunca había nadie a ninguna hora si necesitabas algo tenías que llamar al número que nos facilito este señor. Un día olvidamos la tarjeta dentro de la habitación y eran las 00:45 tuvimos que llamar a el señor para que nos abriera la puerta el cual nos contestó de muy malas formas diciendo que si sabíamos la hora que era y que el necesitaba dormir, cuando llegó nos estuvo regañando por perder la tarjeta y con malas caras, finalmente cuando nos fuimos coincidimos en la recepción le saludamos, no nos devolvió el saludo y después añadió que haber pedido una tarjeta nueva cambiaba toda la seguridad y era una multa de 150€ del sistema de seguridad (era una tarjeta de los hoteles k se activan y se desactivan sin más) pero nos dijo que no nos preocupamos que la pagaba él. Lo único bueno a destacar es que la habitación estaba limpia era nueva y la ubicación no era mala.

We loved the terrace above and that it was close to restaurants and shops. We arrived on Sunday, the lady who checked us in was super helpful and she outined the important details of the room even though we knew very little Portuguese. Beds were comfy. Thank you!

Dont know how the hotel was because we arrived one hour after the front desk closed for the night (7:00pm was when it closed and we arrived just after 8:00pm) and when we tried to call, there was no answer. There is no on street parking at all as this is in a major urban area with narrow streets in a sketchy area of town. Call ahead to insure you know the lay of the land here!

Nono is the best host imaginable, his cleaning lady(ies) are just as kind and caring as he is. If I had to return to Portimao, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else! Nothing was ever too much for the host, who was willing to bend backwards for our comfort. Three of us girls travelled, and I speak for all of us when I say that Nono & NDS stoke our hearts.

Unfassbar gute Unterkuft!! Sehr sehr nettes Personal, extrem sauberes Zimmer und sehr zentrale Lage. Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bestes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis während unseres Portugal Aufenthalts. Nicht von den *nur* zwei Sternen täuschen lassen, ist auf 4*s Niveau.

Abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo minuto eppure siamo stati accolti con gran gentilezza e ci è stata data una bellissima stanza, molto pulita e confortevole, che si affaccia su un giardino privato con bei giochi di luce. Il proprietario è molto disponibile per dare consigli pratici (ristorante, parcheggi).

The location was just what we needed, quiet but with easy access to food and trips to the algarve. The room was new, modern and chic, looking for a 5 star place for a two star price? you have found it!!!! The manager was very hospitable and welcoming, Mr de Sousa is the best would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

We were very happy with our stay in NDS the accommodation was excellent, the room was clean and everything was new can not fault anything. Our thanks go to the owner who waited our arrival after his usual closing time as we had had to stop on route to change a flat tyre. We were very grateful and enjoyed our stay.

When I arrived at the hotel Nuno and his partner were arriving at the same time. So check in was really a breeze. The room is very spacious and facing the small street. Nuno is very friendly and accommodating.I had a very restful sleep because the bed is King size, and the pillows are not too saggy. You can also regulate the room temperature with a remote control.

Alojamento muito agradável, limpeza irrepreensível, atendimento 5 estrelas, é pena a água do duche não ser um pouco mais quente, nesta altura do ano justificava.

Great small hotel in the local area of Portimao. The room was spacious and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is close to good local restaurants and the bus station. The manager also let us check out a couple hours later for no extra cost which was very kind.

Newly renovated guest house with small, but great rooms in the center of Portimão. There is a nice rooftop as well.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay here. It is clean, comfortable, and the general manager is kind and accommodating. Due to last minute travel plan changes, we had to check-in after 7pm and the manager was kind enough to check us in later. But please, if you do have to check in after 7pm make sure to call ahead! This is a small family owned hotel so there is no one working after 7pm unless otherwise warned. Thanks Nou Nou for a great stay :)

The hotel is brand new and nicely decorated. The Terrace offers a nice comfartable seats to relax with shade structure, room is very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The management was very helpful through out our stay, recommended to anyone who plans to visit portimao!

Hotel manager Nuno is very friendly and helps you with everything you need. The room is incredibly clean. The guesthouse is located in the very center of portimao, 5min walk to a lot of restaurants. Our favourite beach was a drive of 10-15min away. All in all we enjoyed the stay very much.

Encantador y acogedor hotel. Rehabilitado con mucho gusto, cuidando cada detalle. Limpieza absoluta, bien ubicado, con zona para estacionar a 20 metros. A un minuto del paseo marítimo. Nuno, el gerente, ha sido especialmente amable y servicial. Recomiendo 100%.
