Lovely place for a drink when visiting the secret beach caves. There is a path leading to a hill climb up through the bushes with an amazing view at the top behind the restaurant.

Esperámos 1 hora por saladas e uma omelete com criança de 2 anos sem sequer uma explicação e os empregados ainda se mostraram mal encarados com a nossa indignação...serviço deplorável. Qualidade dos pratos mediana. Vista óptima sobre a praia.

Wenig erwartet, aber echt viel bekommen. Super nette Bedienung und hammer Preislieistungs Verhältnis. Das Essen war echt lecker und die Aussicht atemberaubend. Zwanglos und ohne Schnick-Schnack. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Hidden spot, friendly service, quick too! Had a great salad with tuna fish and lots of fresh veggies. Husband had triple decker club that hit the spot. Stunning view!!

Foi a primeira vez que comi um bife pimenta que mais parecia um hambúrguer pimenta. O bife era ligeiramente alto e redondo, tendo dado a ideia ao cozinheiro que o podia cortar ao meio (metade do bife) e servir como se fosse um hambúrguer em cima de um hambúrguer... não gostei! Pelo preço, cerca de €15,50, a qualidade podia ser melhor.
O local onde se localiza é fenomenal!

Kommen jetzt seit 3 Jahren regelmäßig an den Strand und gehen zum Mittagessen ins Chiringito. Es ist immer Top. Von der Bedienung bis zum Essen.

Er hat uns kommen sehen, gesagt wo die Eis Bar ist. Und uns dann unnötig lange warten lassen obwohl nicht viel los war. Etwas unfreundlich war er dann auch noch.

Grilled swordfish 12.50€ and mixed fish plate on grill 13,90€ reasonable prices and very tasty and generous portions tried 6 restaurants around Portimao area this one was the best and most reasonable priced -grilled swordfish
-grilled mix fish plate
-medium size 0.4 beer
-double espresso
-fresh orange juice
-whiskey ice cream dessert
-caramel ice cream dessert
=42€
I don't understand the low rating, other restaurants with higher ratings of 4.5 are not even close to this one.

Horrible tourist trap - stay away! €4.70 for a "tosta mista" - cheese and ham toast made with stale bread, cheap margarine and essentially not toasted!! The worst I've had in Portugal in 20 years!!

Un camarero antipático. No nos deja en la terraza cubierta estar con un bichón, tenemos que ponernos fuera con un fuerte viento que nos tira la Copa de cerveza. Las explicaciones que da no convencen cuando ellos tienen un perro durante todo el año por allí. No es la primera vez que nos tratan mal, ahora va a ser la última.

Tolle Lage, Fisch des Tages zu empfehlen. Fisch kann vor der Zubereitung selbst ausgesucht werden. Alles frisch gefangen. Dazu gab es Kartoffeln und Gemüse. Etwas spartanisch angerichtet aber der Geschmack war sehr gut. Bedienung stets freundlich und aufmerksam... Preis direkt am Meer gerechtfertigt.

2 stars as service was good and food tasty. Very very overpriced or staff is making some money on the side if youre buying fish of the day per kilo. 3 peoples we paid over 90euros.. Comparing to albufeira old town 55e.

Ausgesprochen tolle Lage. Aber für einen Aperolspritz 9.50 EUR mit abgestanden Sekt zu verlangen ist schon überteuert.

Embora houvessem mais mesas disponíveis, foi-me dito que não é permitido beber o café sentado, que teria que ser ao balcão. Além disso, pedi para ver a carta uma vez que tinha interesse em jantar e foi-me dito "a carta não é um jornal, se já está a beber café já almoçou". Se calhar se tivesse uma mala falsa da Loius Vuitton ao pescoço e falasse francês o atendimento teria sido diferente. Vergonhoso.

Très bon lieu et très belle vue. Nous y avons mangé le midi puis nous avons tellement apprécié que nous sommes revenus le soir (il faut réserver), c’était un vrai délice, notamment les palourdes et le pain à l’ail.
La vue est tellement belle et les serveurs tellement sympa que nous sommes revenus le lendemain pour le petit déjeuner.

Had lunch there Friday & Saturday. Friday bream & chicken were both excellent & waiter was cheerful & friendly. Saturday couldn’t have been more different, ordered sandwiches, beef & chicken & got pork & tuna. Wife kept the tuna, I returned the pork. Waiter was very unwilling to change mine, wouldn’t admit that it was his mistake, had to tell me that pork was better for me than beef, he was quite unpleasant with a bad attitude. Total different to the rest of the staff. Eventually got my beef one after 20 minutes. What a difference a day can make. Very disappointing because we’ve lunched there in past years & it’s been excellent. Let’s hope he’s not at work next week!

This great little beach restaurant is located right at the end of Alvor beach tucked away in the corner of Praia dos tres Irmãos. Service is very friendly and helpful, good coffee, snacks and other choices of food and drinks. They also offer breakfast, and although it’s not listed on the menu just ask what they can offer and then you can choose. I had scrambled eggs with toast and the eggs were perfectly cooked and certainly put my hotels offering to shame. Definitely worth visiting as well as the walk along the beach to this discreet little cove!

Nice cafe/restaurant with variouse small dishes for lunch or snack.
They even serve dinner.
We have been there several times in tue last 3years and its always full because of the location service and food is avarage and they tried to fool us nearly everytime (change money)
+location
-staff is not friendly
-they always trie to fool you with the bill (double check your change money)
-to expensiv for the quality

Rustic, simple yet delicious. Such a chilled atmosphere with fabulous staff. Location is just perfect on the beach. Not 5 star if that's what you're looking for but one of the best meals and evenings we've had from Praihna.

The first review of this place is odd as it gets the name wrong but the location correct - perhaps a simple error. I've found this to be a nice cafe/restaurant in a great location, very family friendly with a small but good selection of evening meals. The staff are very friendly but professional. If you want nice food, a relaxed experience and good prices then come here. I've been coming back here most years since 2012 and have never been disappointed. There are more upscale places nearby but none as easy going as this. One star off for the short wine list but I'm overly fussy.

Slow service. Many items missing off menu. Great location so it is such a shame.
It is like the staff just don't care. Happy to re-review next year if we go back
