Keine Ahnung, wieso wir bisher nicht auf dieses Lokal aufmerksam geworden sind!? Heute waren wir wirklich begeistert! Sehr aufmerksame und höfliche Bedienung(en), superleckeres Essen (Thunfischsteak, Steak auf dem Stein mit Kartoffeln und Gemüse), auch für das Auge sehr schön zubereitet, nettes Ambiente und..., nicht zuletzt, zu sehr fairen Preisen. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und werden garantiert wiederkommen.

Preislich ist das Restaurant sehr günstig. Zur Mittagszeit sind Getränke stark reduziert. Der Sangria schmeckt unglaublich gut. Der Rest war trotz hübscher Optik geschmacklich eher nicht so spannend.

We have always enjoyed our visits here. The owner we have know for a lot of years. This year they seem to have changed his they serve their meals and we were quite disappointed. The vegetables are thin strips which is fine but they seem to have either butter or oil in them which makes them very rich and leaves a greasy taste in your mouth after. The chips have always been dry and crispy but this year are very fine cut potatoes with onion mixed with them and again very greasy. The fish we had was very tasty as always.

Comida excelente e atendimento nota 10. Pedimos a cataplana de peixe misto, dá para 3 pessoas fácil ainda mais se pedir uma entrada.

Opciones vegetarianas bastante dignas, aunque escasas en la carta. Los platos, abundantes y ricos. El servicio, amable.
El único punto negativo es el de no poder pagar con tarjeta. Sólo admiten efectivo.

Little gem!!
Quality food, whether it’s a quick bite for lunch or an even meal. We had Steak on the Stone €15 & it was amazing.

Bestes Restaurant im Ort. So eine herzliche, freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung sowie ein gutes Essen gab es nirgendwo dort. Und wir waren in einigen Restaurants in Carvoeiro.
Sehr zu empfehlen.

Amazing food and really nice staff. Every now and then you get lucky enough to come across a place that makes a sham of the idea of "fine dining". Had a tuna on the stone which was one of the best meals of my life and the staff could not have been more helpful or engaging. Do not miss if your in or near Carvoeiro.

Sitio tranquilo con una terraza para comer muy amplia. Tienen platos del día. La sangría roja está muy rica. Los platos son abundantes y su precio barato. El servicio es amable y rápido. Las carnes a la parrilla muy sabrosas.

We eat in here this week for dinner and found the food to be ok. I had sea bass which was very bony and the vegetables were covered in oil. I always try to go for a fish like sea bass that should not have as many bones but unfortunately this wasn't the case in here. Definitely not the best food you will find on this road and best thing was the service of the waiter.

Shame many people pass this restaurant by on the way down the hill. Excellent fresh local food cooked brilliantly. The pork and prawn kebab especially outstanding. Lovely selection.of.wines, pound for.pound far better than.many.

Nos pedimos una Espetada de cerdo, un Lenguado a la piedra, unos entrantes de untar y una tarta de almendras, todo estaba realmente bueno. Y el servicio excelente, muy atentos y serviciales. Y en cuanto al coste fue de 40€ que para mi gusto la relación calidad-precio está muy acorde, así que genial!

I am so pleasantly surprised. The food is affordable, top quality and taste, friendly staff, and the presentation was straight up baller. I got the Piri Piri chicken and it came with wholesome seemingly fresh sautéed potatoes instead of frozen fries you get other places nearby. It was the cheekiest of Nando’s - honestly don’t think I’ll be able to go to Nando’s again. YOU GOTS TO GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY.

Durch Zufall in dieses, von außen doch recht unscheinbare, Restaurant hereinspaziert. Das Ambiente ist sehr freundlich und bodenständig, der Service sehr aufmerksam und das Essen fantastisch!!! Die Gerichte sind sehr ansehnlich zubereitet und geschmacklich hervorragend. Zusätzlich ist der Preis unschlagbar.

No le digas a el dueño que la comida es excelente porque el te responderá que ya lo sabe. Y es la pura verdad. Es sin duda un excelente restaurante, fiel a la mejor culinária portuguesa. Algo que no es poco decir en Algarve donde muchas casas de comida se han adaptado a los gustos del fast food turístico. Los sabores de la cocina son delicados, ma editerraneos que lo normal en la cocina portuguesa tradicional, ero no pierde sus raizes. Esto se confirma por la gran afluencia de persona locales al restaurante. Los precios son levemente mas altos que la media, pero la comida vale cada centavo extra. No te arrepentirás. Una excelente opción.

Muy buena comida a buen precio.
Comimos el bife y el atún a la piedra y estaba muy rico. El menú de los niños correcto y con variedad para que ellos elijan.
Terraza agradable y trato cercano.
Por poner alguna pega, diré que no se puede pagar con tarjeta.

Bon restaurant, plat copieux et pas excessif. Un effort à faire sur les pommes de terre en accompagnement ... Nous ne les avons pas aimé dans chacun de nos 2 plats... Accueil parfait, sympathique, petit verre de bienvenue et digestifs offerts. Attention, la crème catalane n'est pas celle que l'on connaît mais un dessert glacé !
Nous y retournerons volontiers.

Hemos comido algo para mi hija, una ensalada y unas sardinas, todo bien....comida normal a precios económicos...lo recomiendo para salir del paso. Nada destacable, pero tampoco nada malo.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo soprattutto il menu del mezzogiorno. Le insalate costano meno di 5 euro. E le porzioni sono molto abbondanti. Anche il pesce è molto buono e il prezzo assolutamente onesto.

Best portuguese dishes in carvoeiro. Fresh fish, special recipes. I loved tomato soups and other breads and everything. They were also very kind, if i have a chance i want to try everything. The beef steak portuguese style was very satisfied. Reasonable prices.

Amazing cataplana! Friendly service and great price. Quite outdoor terrace and beautiful mediterranean inside. Do not pass by and get in. It's worth the visit.

Best food in Carvoeiro!!!! I would eat here every day if I could. The food is just fantastic, they also have lots of traditional Portuguese cuisine with is local, authentic is so tasty! And the steak on the stone is fab!

Nice chinese, not a fan of the TV in the corner but the food was great and they are very welcoming to children; the chef obviously makes everything fresh as they are able to prepare dishes at a spice to suit. Try the duck in oyster sauce, delicious!
