Spent a week in Villa Baltin during New Year with family and friends. The villa is located in a quiet area with easy access to beautiful beaches (10 min walk), Within a 10 min drive or Uber (very cheap) you reach Albufeira, Algarve Shopping mall, golf, tennis multiple restaurants and beaches. The villa is very spacious with four big bedrooms and three bathrooms (two of which where recently renovated). All rooms have air condition. The living room, dining room and kitchen are connected (open area) which we liked. We could easily fit nine people for New Year’s Eve dinner. The kitchen is well equipped with all the kitchenware we needed. There is a big TV screen with a Chromecast so we could watch all our ”own” channels and movies. From the living room you have access to the pool. We asked for the pool to be heated (26 degrees Celsius) which is recommended during this time of year. The pool is quite large and has plenty of sun beds etc. The bbq-area which with direct access to the kitchen which was convenient. There is a garage which is currently converted to a playroom with bunkbeds. We had two cars and could fit these on the parking lot. All in all we liked the villa and the neighboring area very much. Will be back for sure.

Currently staying here 2/9/19 arrived Thursday for one week. Villa clean but dated. Bitten to death by mosquitoes tho that can’t be helped. Using Uber to get about really cheap n efficient get the app. U will need taxi or car. Had to ring management yesterday as it’s like staying in animal boarding kennels. The properties around this villa are let’s which allow pets so constant dogs barking horrendous no place to relax. James villa did ring the letting agent of one property and asked if they could help but still no change. I feel bad for James villa there’s nothing they can do but I feel I must warn others as it’s ruined our holiday.

had a bad experience with villa baltin, the maid stole our money, which I counted just before she came in and she left really quickly with our money, I reported it but nothing happened, was a poor service the mosquitos was horrendous, we got bites everywhere ( get plenty of repellend keep windows and doors shut its abit in the middle of nowhere I would say you need a car for sure. need a taxi to go anywhere every villa around it had big loud barking dogs and just dont stop barking was abit of a nightmare, was sunny tho :)

Eher älteres Haus. Schlecheter Aussenkamin zum grillieren. Uns hat es ständig den Rauch über den Innenkamin ins Haus gedrückt. Gute erschlossen zu diversen Stränden und cooler Pool.
