Naomi Vivier: This was the ‘Moorish Tour’. I paid 56€. I did this excursions by myself and soon made a friend as the day went on. It was half safari and half river cruise, making this an all day excursion. It starts in Vila Real de Santo Antonio (VRSA) via Jeep and brings you back to the same location via boat. The day starts of with meeting at the meeting point near the port in VRSA. You get put into groups according to what language you speak and then you are put on the jeeps. On the ‘off roads’ you are allowed stand up in the jeep but hold on tight. On the main roads you have to remain seated and belted as by law. The jeeps travel in a convoy through the Nature Reserve. Where you can see flamingos and natural salt. You stop off at a place where they male natural jams, salts and chutneys. You can have a taste and buy some products (don’t feel obliged, but they had really nice products). The jeep then goes on and shows you some more natural parts and produce of the land. Around 1pm you stop at the farm and have lunch. There is also a bar ( which is not included in the excursion price)and a swimming pool (so bring swimwear). Lunch is served inside: Starters- Vegetable soup and freshly made cheese Main- Chicken, salad, potatoes Dessert- Organic Oranges Live traditional Portuguese music is played and the staff also sing some lovely songs. After lunch, you walk down to the boat and take a cruise up to VRSA, passing under the international bridge. Which connects Portugal and Spain. On the boat there is a bar and live music. To me this was the most slow part of the day and I wished there was a bit more happening on the boat and maybe louder music so people could dance a sing. This is the main reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. The boat pulls into VRSA port where the excursion ends. I was made aware by others on the excursion that this company does transfers from your hotel to VRSA. As I was staying in VRSA I didn’t need this service.

Tão feliz que passei por cima das grandes lojas de caixas quando me mudei para a minha nova casa que não tinha uma máquina de lavar e secar. Depois de fazer a minha própria pesquisa, tive o meu encontro com Butch, que me ajudou a reduzir as minhas opções. Eles estavam fora da secadora que eu queria, mas ele me ligou alguns dias depois, quando estava de volta ao estoque. A entrega foi impecável. Minha casa tem uma porta estreita e escada e os caras instalaram as unidades sem problemas, montaram-nas e testaram-nas.açougueiro com um lembrete por e-mail sobre um desconto para o qual eu nem sabia que estava qualificado. Mais uma vitória!! Voltarei definitivamente ao Butch na próxima vez que precisar de um aparelho.

Muito mau atendimento ao cliente - argumentação do pessoal sobre sinais enganosos. Não era o único cliente que estava confuso... outra mulher pensava que o mesmo desconto aplicado a mim. Quando apontei a discrepância que fui informada, "as pessoas dizem sempre que os nossos sinais estão errados..." Hmmm... Alguma interação positiva com o cliente como, "Eu posso ver porque isso foi confuso", ou "Desculpe pelo mal entendido" teria ido longe e é como uma loja com a intenção de prestar um bom serviço ao cliente teria lidado com a situação. Depois de ter sido tratada tão mal quando simplesmente fez uma pergunta e tentou discutir a discrepância, a resposta foi uma atitude desagradável da equipe de 2 andares. Nessa altura, eu não teria tomado o produto mesmo que me tivesse sido dado.
