One if the worst customer experience I have ever received. Yo give you and idea, I put on 400k airline likes a year, travel all over the world. I have been at the most remote, to the most luxurious hotels in my time. This is by far the worst experience, they treat you like crap, show no interest to help or care about service.

Good size apartment. Had a nice view of the sea from our balcony. Very clean everywhere. We had half board, restaurant food plentiful, great choice for breakfasts, great salads and lots of fruit. Service was excellent. All staff were happy and helpful.

Having just returned from our second stay at this little gem of a resort ,I can thoroughly recommend it.
The staff are wonderful ,so helpful and genuinely care about giving great service.
We stayed on a half board basis and the buffet at breakfast and the evening meal was magnificent with hot and cold dishes to choose from and catering for all needs including vegan.
Our apartment was beautifully clean and modern and was serviced each day.
The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and parasols and a well organised snack and drinks bar. Evening entertainment was good without being too noisy.
Access to the beach is via a decking staircase ,the beach itself is stunning and you can walk for miles when the tide is out.
We enjoyed a relaxing week here and would happily return again.

Highly recommended. We have stayed there two years running and cannot find fault with the hotel. The apartments are well equipped and maintained. The food is excellent, although we only experienced breakfast in the main restaurant and lunch at the pool bar. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. We will probably return there again for a short break within the coming year.

Séjour de 4 nuits en couple, appart de luxe Vue mer. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Personnel aux petits soins, j’avais organisé une surprise pour nos 32 ans de vie commune, surprise réussie décors romantiques avec des roses, mot de bienvenue avec une bouteille de mousseux. Petit déjeuner au top, du salé au sucré, chaque jour 4 petits jus Détox differents. Un seul diner pris au top aussi, menu végétarien aussi. Seul soucis piscine non chauffée et bruit extérieur chaufferie uniquement la journée.

Très bel appartement avec une superbe vue sur la falaise et sur la mer (partielle). Beaucoup de choix au buffet du petit déjeuner et du dîner. Nous aurions aimé dormir la fenêtre ouverte mais notre chambre était située au dessus dun conduit de ventilation (je suppose). Accès à la plage facile par un escalier.

Lovely place spotless apartment even though a standard one. Quite a lot of apartments here which did put me off at first as we arrived at night and I was tired. But after seeing street they were on which was spotless a tree lined I realised how good they were. Pool restaurant and views fabulous. Food good nice walk to beech tho down many steps. Might go for upgrade next year if we can afford. Still here enjoying holiday.

First visit and won’t be the last. Staff are attentive without being intrusive, cleanliness is second to none. I would be very surprised if you couldn’t find something to eat as everything you could wish for is available. We didn’t eat at the hotel in the evening as there are plenty of very good restaurants just a 5-10min walk away and not expensive.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would highly reccommend these apartments/hotel to others seeking breathtaking views of the Algarve.
The staff were excellent in meeting any needs you might have..extremely helpful and friendly.
Buffet breakfasts offered lots of variety and the dinner buffet was also quite good. Suggestion to the hotel..offer coffee with dinner free.
With nearly 70 restaurants nearby, half the fun was exploring the local fare.
The beaches here are magnificent. Be aware there are many stairs down and back up from the beach. (120). Seniors with walking difficulties would find it a challenge.
Overall; it was a magnificent stay.
Suggestions for improvement:
Porters should move luggage upon arrival.
Secondly..coffee at dinner gratis.

Wir hatten deluxe DZ mit Halbpension. Das Essen war absolut spitze (auch für Veggis) mit Ausnahme des Kaffees. Das Personal war super, die Anlage sehr schön. Zum Glück war es nicht voll ausgebucht. Störend war höchstens die Engländer ;)

Great apartments in the city center.Bathroom was dirty. It seems they forgot to clean bath and toilet. Urine smell there. Toilet seat cover had marks from previous visitors. Alfonso, the guy who gave us a key was very helpful. 200ml of portvein as welcome drink was a great bonus after 500km road trip.

Sehr schön gelegene Hotelanlage mit Blick auf das Meer. Auf dem Weg zum Restaurant und von einigen Balkonen der Zimmer hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet war reichlich und größtenteils sehr gut. Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Gerne wieder...

Stayed at Falesia Garden for a short family break. We were impressed as soon as we walked into reception, friendly welcome, given all the information regarding resort that we needed. We had booked an upgraded apartment and couldnt fault it, everything we needed, spotlessly clean and maid service was offered daily but we didnt need it every day. Breakfast was excellent, everything you could want and plenty of choice and very good service. We went to breakfast late every day and always plenty fresh food available, restaurant staff worked hard to make sure buffet well stocked and tables cleared quickly. Resort seemed quiet when we stayed , went to evening entertainment on two of nights we stayed, good service at bar and singers entertaining were good but just a few of guests there but it was end of season. I would recommend resort and would certainly return.

Our stay was excelent! The apartment was amazing. The view was fabulos ( room 633 block 6).
The ladies from the reception were extremely kind and help us to change the room at our request with one to a superior floor.
Special thanks to the cleaning stuff. The room was very clean and every day we had new towels.
The pool, the bar and the restaurant are excelent!
The breakfast was plenty and various.
The Falesia beach is one of the best beaches in Algarve.
3HB Falesia Garden is an excelent choise.

Staff was so unprofessional and not so friendly. The dinner was so bad and same with the daytime and evening entertainment. The receptionist was so good and friendly and one waiter as well his name is Leonardo. The view is amazing. No lifts at the apartment.

Estuvimos alojados en un apartamento del conjunto. El apartamento en sí está bien, pero el servicio de limpieza podría ser mejor, así como que el apartamento tenga lo básico para poder limpiar platos, y las camareras tampoco hacen nada en la cocina mientras estás hospedado.
Las instalaciones comunes no están, cerca de la playa con un acceso con escaleras.

No cometas mi error, reserve en temporada, abonando aproximadamente 200 euros por noche con desayuno incluido, pero no llegué ni a dormir una noche. Los apartamentos son de tercera o cuarta, y no hacen justicia a lo que te cobran. Una vez llegué y ví la estafa, me ofrecen otra habitación pagando 500 euros mas. Accedieron a devolverme el dinero, pero no los puedo recomendar de ninguna de las maneras. Incluso el chico de recepción se me puso a contestar y discutir como un niño de 15 años, entiendo que no ha trabajado mucho de cara al público. Después de dicho altercado, nos fuimos a un hotel cercano, que por el mismo precio, no se podía comparar con esta chapuza, lo peor es llegar a ver valoraciones de 9, o 9,5.... a cuadros me he quedado

Wonderful resort for the whole family. Really amazing staff! There isn't a swimmers pool, but we had had lots of fun with the kids in the family pool and the kids absolutely loved the massive Jacuzzi! Suprisingly good buffet-style food, served by really friendly and attentive staff. The wood panelled dining room overlooks the most beautiful inlet bay with incredible orange coloured, tree-lined hills that just take your breath away, especially at sunset. Our room was at the top of a lovely apartment block with a stunning view of the sea. Our only negative was that our block didn't have a lift and we were on the top (equivalent to 5th floor). Which is the only reason we haven't given the full 5 stars. Other than that Falesia Garden was perfect for us.

Located in a quiet place in Algarve, it is a very nice place to spend your holidays with your family and spend a quality family time. The hotel also has animation during all day and night for those who want to have some fun during the day. The buffet is also excellent with very tasty food!

La piscine et le restaurant de l'hôtel dominent les falaises. Vue superbe ! Accès direct à la plage par un escalier. Appartement plaisant, refait à neuf mais mal situé (au dessus de la blanchisserie). Animations traduites en anglais et espagnol. Personnel serviable et accueillant. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet nur Fisch hat gefehlt. Sonst alles da.Super Lage mit direkten Strandzugang an einen wirklich tollen Strand. Poolbar mit guten Service und abends immer live Musik. Sehr sicher durch abgesperrte Zugänge. Etwas zu teuer allerdings Hauptsaison Juli 2018. Felicia Garden und Felicia Mar ist selbe Hotelanlage aus 15 Blocks. Die Falicia Mar Blocks liegen in etwas besserer Lage.

Estuvimos dos adultos y dos niños pedimos habitación con vistas y fue un viejo apartamento en una tercera planta sin ascensor . Era una locura .
La recepción súper pequeña y solo había wifi allí y estaba saturada de gente , no se cabía .
Para bajar a la playa 150 escalones , la playa bonita pero súper incomoda .
La piscina del hotel con agua caliente y muchos extranjeros de todo incluido todo el día allí dentro .
El desayuno estaba bien .
Las habitaciones limpias pero del siglo pasado y lo peor los baños súper antiguos y los sanitarios pintados de azul .
Nos quedamos alucinando.
Un hotel sin reformas , igual nos tocó la peor zona .
La atención agradable .

Este lugar es magico!! Recomiendo este aparta-hotel 100%. El trato es inmejorable, gente super maja y el complejo es super limpio, tiene de todo con acceso a la playa en unas escaleras de madera que penetran un paisaje magico. Precioso, el personal muy amable. Volveria mil veces !!

Very cool looking hotel. With all bars restaurants and pool over looking the cliff that goes down to the beach. Apartment spacious clean and has all the amenities that you need. Staff very friendly, helpful and informative.
Only problem we experienced was the kids in the Jacuzzi(not working properly) and the big pool. There was a toddlers pool that for the 4 days we stayed. There was no kids in it. They were all in the main pool. No control. And the animation / entertainment team and one point had to cancel an activity because of all the kids in the pool.
Would love to appreciate this place again as it is beautiful setting but with not so many kids at the pool so we can relax. Becuase we wanted to relax from our hectic working schedule.

Wir waren hier Mitte Juni. Sehr viele Bereiche der Hotelanlage dürften erst kürzlich renoviert worden sein, der Speisesaal beispielsweise ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Die "Zimmer" sind sehr groß, wir hatten ein eigenes Appartement mit Wohnzimmer, einer Küche mit jeder Menge Utensilien (Mikrowelle, Toaster, Geschirr...), Bad und Schlafzimmer. Auch die Poolanlage ist sehr gelungen und alles in allem sehr sauber gehalten. Das Personal ist außerordentlich bemüht und sehr freundlich, wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Der angrenzende Strand, den man über einen Treppengang erreicht ist ein echtes Highlight. Die berühmten "roten Klippen" sind enorm beeindruckend, das Wasser jedoch etwas kühl noch zu dieser Jahreszeit. Etwas teuer kommen die Strandliegen, die für den Tag 15 Euro extra für zwei Stück mit Schirm kosten. Das Essen ist sensationell für eine drei Sterne Kategorie, das Buffet ist riesig mit sehr viel Auswahl (warme / kalte Gerichte, Fisch, Fleisch, Gemüse, Beilagen, Desserts). Mal abgesehen vom Kaffee, der leider nicht wirklich genießbar war, freuten wir uns immer auf die Mahlzeiten. Abends gab es diverse Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten (Bars, Spielautomatenraum, Spieleabende). Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, auch für Familien mit Kindern kann man hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbringen.

Formentlig det bedste 3-stjernede hotel vi nogensinde har været på. Enestående udsigt, god service, dejlig mad og fine lejligheder.
Er det perfekt? Nej bestemt ikke, men til prisen er det fantastisk.
Ligger i den stille ende af byen og er perfekt til en rolig ferie.
Vælg halvpension, da aftenbuffetten er rigtig god.
Lejligheden vi har (1333) er ikke vild luksus, men her er alt hvad vi har brug for til en familie på 4.
Virkelig godt WiFi (inklusiv) og garanti for parkering til lejebil. Det koster at bruge pengeskabet, hvilket er noget besynderligt. Det kan dog være meget lydt i lejlighederne. Vi var dog på hotellet uden for sæson, og derfor bemærkede vi ikke naboerne. Det er formentlig anderledes i højsæsonen.
Pool, restaurant og bar med enestående udsigt. Dette er et sted vi ønsker at komme tilbage til.
Eneste lille minus er, at vandet i poolen er lidt koldt. Så på en gråvejrsdag er det for koldt. Når solen skinner er det fint.
Vi besøgte hotellet i efterårsferien (uge 42) og vil også vælge uge 42 næste gang.

We spent 10 lovely days there mid September. Loved the hotel, staff and the beach close to it! Nice breakfast and hotel bar. We booked one of the sea view rooms and it was totally worth it! Special thanks to Paloma and Bruno for the nice daily chat!

Top notch rooms, great and child-friendly grounds, friendly staff, amazing location, excellent food. We had an excellent 3 night stay at shoulder season with our two year old. The lovely beach, one of the best in the Algarve, is accessible by about 100 stairs and we had an excellent time there with the waves, the very safe slow pitch into the water and the rock pools that formed at low tide. Breakfast buffet was all that one could ask for. Dinner was a great selection too. At shoulder season we never found ourselves feeling crowded or having to wait in line. I was thinking between booking this one and the Pine Cliffs resort just next door and I am very glad we opted for this one because it was top quality and likely much better value. We dined at night down by the water at the excellent restaurants on the beach. Get one of the deluxe sea view rooms - it is worth it!

die Anlage an sich ist grosszügig und sauber,jedoch sind die Wohnungen ein wenig alt..ansonten super gemütlich!.
Das Morgen Buffet ist Top ..die Auswahl ist gross und man hat einen wunderbaren Blick,jedoch der Bar neben den Pool ist eine Katastrofe..der Service ist gut jedoch das Essen misserabel...die Fleischwraps und Toastsandwiche sind Praktisch zu 90% Salat und eine hauchdünne scheibe Fleisch..sehr schade eigentlich für einen Preis von ca 9 und 12 Euro ist das eine reine Abzocke.

We reserved a sea view property, but when I arrived I realised to see the sea I had to be on the balcony and looking over one side. If I had known I would have booked another property. By the way sea view is all partial at best and above the kitchen. See pic attached taken standing at the bedroom windowThey offered to change rooms but all were the same situation. Service was fine, they were genuinely kind and friendly, but alas this did not make up for what I felt was overpayment for a room that did not meet the standards advertised. No conditioner or washing up liquid in the room. Small things, but stupid to need to buy these. €10 euro deposit at reception to borrow a beach towel. Breakfast was ok. Not much by way of veg. Bar staff were nice.

The property was located close to the beach. My room had a kitchenette with all the glasses, plates, cutlery pots ,pans, kettle, microwave, small fridge. Kitchen table, Living room with tv and pullout couch. There was a huge sliding door that lead to a balcony with partial ocean views. Building #8. Bedroom had a comfortable bed and tv. Barhroom was clean and rain shower was amazing. I had purchased half board which included dinner. Dining area was overlooking pool and ocean views. Great food choices which changed every night. Buffet stations with meals being prepared at each station. Amazing atmosphere and friendly staff. Majority of staff spoke English. It was my birthday when I arrived and the hotel had decorated my bed with beautiful towel swans and some champagne. An excellent stay would definitely stay again. Highly recommended! Bruno was very welcoming at every encounter. Thank you for a fabulous experience.

Hotel muito simpático com uma ótima vista para o mar com o abraço dos pinheiros verdes da falésia.
A comida é excelente e todo o atendimento é extremamente agradável.
A praia fica mto próxima, temos uns degraus que nos levam lá.
Foi uma estadia muito tranquila!

Muito espaço, pequeno almoço com muita variedade ( panquecas, ovos, pães, frutas,....), piscina grande e limpa e jaccuzzi, vista linda e acesso ótimo à praia. Os único problema que encontrei é que a água do chuveiro ficava fria de repente constatemente. Em geral acho que devia ter mais do que só 3 estrelas

We couldnt fault this resort, we stayed for two weeks in August on a half board basis. The food was excellent always fresh and always lots of choice to cater for even the most fussyof eaters. Both the breakfast and the evening meals were faultless. The staff were all friendly and very helpful all around the resort. I woild not hesitate to recommend the resort to families and couples alike.

This hotel has everything on perfection. Staff are so nice. Reception staff ADALBERTO CARRICO went extra mile to help me print my business documents and sign and scan, send it to my lawyer in London. MARIANA JESUS took me on guided walk. I forgot the name of entertainment staff who let me run their yoga class since I said I know few things about yoga, these are only few examples of the greatness of the staff. Food is so nice too. Normally I don’t go back to same hotel, I like trying new hotel BUT we will definitely come back here soon.

Très bien en famille et très bel établissement . Aussi bien côté appartement que les infrastructures autour (piscine , bar et restaurant) . Le personnel est très sympathique , petit bémol sur la réception où ils sont un peu tendu sur les arrivées. Sinon tout était génial merci à toutes et tous

Schöne Anlage mit super Ausblick beim Essen,sehr schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich. Personal ist zuvorkommend,englisch Kenntnisse sind nötig. Appartements sind groß,sauber und frisch renoviert. Wenn jeder sich vorsieht haben alle Urlauber noch lange was davon ☺Der Strand ist einfach ein Traum. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We had a great time at 3HB. All of the staff were super helpful and friendly. The inclusive breakfast was very good, a nice varied selection to satisfy anyone. Big selection of sun loungers and umbrellas. There was daily entertainment but was difficult for the team to get guests to engage. Pool was a bit cold which was a shame. Access to the beach via stairs was a nice option to have. I suspect we will be back.

las vistas son espectaculares. la ubicación inmejorable con acceso directo a la playa desde el bar de la piscina a una playa preciosa.Los apartamentos deluxe están impecables....muy nuevos, muy limpios, muy cómodos, muy espaciosos...éramos cuatro personas y hemos estado genial. La comida y el desayuno del buffet eran muy buenos....variedad y cantidad más que suficiente y una calidad más que aceptable.Fuimos en junio y el hotel no estaba masificado. Muy buena atención en general.Sin ser un mega resort es de los mejores sitios y donde más cómodo he pasado mis vacaciones.sin duda un lugar totalmente recomendable.

Excelente localizacao. Fantástico staff. Limpeza rápida e de muito boa qualidade. Bar e Restaurante ao melhor nível em qualidade e diversidade. Praia muito boa.
Pontos a melhorar: Ainda existem quartos um pouco antiquados. Parque em terra batida e quase sem jardim. Animação e entretimento de crianças e adultos em pouca quantidade e pouco apelativo.

Hotel super , le personnel à l'écoute de vos besoins,et parlant un peu le Français un coucou à Aîda , restaurant impeccable cuisine variée les poissons délicieusement préparés enfin nous avons passés de merveilleuses vacances du 04.au 16 juin 2019 notre excursion sur la côte Vicentine avec le repas de midi, et notre guide Vasco nous ont permis de belles découvertes . Schönes gepflegtes Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern. Wir blieben 5 Nächte und hatten ein ca. 60qm großes Studio mit separater Kochnische, Schlaf– und Wohnzimmer. Wir hatten HP gebucht und nutzten fast täglich das Essenangebot im Hotel, welches für ein 3 Sterne Hotel echt gut war. Das Personal war ebenfalls stets sehr freundlich. Den Strand erreicht man in ca. 3 Gehminuten über eine neu angelegte Holztreppe, die direkt vom Pool über die schönen Klippen hinuter führt.

Auch wenn das Hotel architektonisch eher ein typisches Werk des Massenturismus der 70er ist, besticht es durch besondere Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und insbesondere durch die einmalige Lage direkt über einer der schönsten Buchten am Algarve-Strand. Die Poollandschaft ist super, der Speiseraum ebenfalls für die Hotelkategorie sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind riesig, auch wenn das Design eher oll ist. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt verdient das sehr gute Internet. Alles in einem wohl verdiente 5 Sterne!

Tolles Hotel in unvorstellbarer szenischer Natur eingebettet. Die Aussicht von den offensichtlich kürzlich renovierten Gemeinschaftsplätzen wie Schwimmbad, Bar oder Speiseraum ist phänomenal und wie auf den Hotelfotos abgebildet. Das reduziert-designte Ambiente können die Zimmer wiederum nicht halten, was den fehlenden letzten Stern begründet. Allerdings sind die Zimmer bzw. Appartements unvorstellbar groß, sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet, auch mit fabelhaftem WiFi.

A very friendly hotel with great facilities and a lovely view over the sea. The breakfasts were tasty as was the buffet dinners. We felt very well looked after with our young child.

We stayed here for four nights in April and had a fantastic mini break. Our room, that we were swiftly moved to after politely asking for a different apartment due to some noisy renovations, was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful views over the pool, beach and ocean, a good breakfast and the pool bar did good snacks and cocktails. And to top it off, the staff are so friendly and helpful. A wonderful stay!

FIRST TIME IN THE ALGAVES- GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!WE STAYED FOR 9 DAYS AT THIS FANTASTIC RESORT FROM THE 23/10/17 VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. WE ARRIVED JUST BEFORE MIDDAY DUE TO THE RYANAIR SAGA , BUT WE WERE CHECKED IN NOT LONG AFTER WE ARRIVED WHICH WAS HELPFUL. OUR APARTMENT WAS CLEANED DAILY, BEDS MADE AND TOWELS CHANGED , LOVELY ATMOSPHERE. NICE FOOD, ALTHOUGH WE ALSO ATE OUT A FEW NIGHTS AT TAVERTINOS A TEN MINUTE WALK FROM THE RESORT,THE BEACH WAS ABOUT A TEN MINUTE WALK ( DESPITE THE STEPS) , IT WAS WORTH IT, AS IT FELT LIKE A PRIVATE BEACH. VERY CLEAN AND NOT TOO BUSY.WE ALWAYS HAD WIFI. WHICH WAS A MUST FOR BOTH MY DAUGHTERS. A HUGE THANKS TO AIDA ,HANNA AND BRUNO FOR MAKING OUR HOLIDAY VERY MEMORABLE. HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

Fantastic location with stunning views, this hotel complex provided an excellent family holiday at half-term. Only 25 mins drive from Faro airport, the check-in desk were very helpful and gave full info on arrival, plus a very speedy check out when the time came. This set the theme for the trip, the staff were so friendly & accommodating, always on hand to help and politely suffered our terrible attempts at Portuguese with perfect English in return! Our children were relaxed and had smiles put on their faces by the service & meal times. With half-board, we experienced a buffet breakfast and dinner. With Instagram sea views, breakfast was a vast selection of hot familiar UK dishes, cold meats and breads, cereals, fruit juice and hot drinks, plus an omelette station with chef on hand. great start to the day! Dinner was a treat, salad bar with cold meats, hot selection of pastas, noodles, kids section (chicken nuggets, burgers,chips, hot dogs), specials section of different meats and fish. I haven't even come to the vast selection of deserts! A shame drinks were not included (even water) but a very minor point to the half-board we loved! The pools were good as expected, great kids play area and onsite entertainment was daily. The rooms were big with balcony but were dated, the only minor point as very clean and maid service included. We had 2 single beds and an l-shaped sofa that slept me and my wife. Comfortable and the air-con worked without problem! Would love to book again!

This was a last minute short break for my husband and I without the kids. The plan was to sit by the pool or beach and chill and that is exactly what we were able to do. The apartment was newly furbished, spacious and clean. We were about a 2 minute walk to the pool which had plenty of sun loungers and had the most fantastic outlook towards the sea which was a 5/10 minute walk down a private pathway. Some steps to the beach but for the average person not too arduous. We did not eat in the hotel complex as it was expensive and choose to walk into the small village a 5/10 minute walk away where were had plenty to chose from by way of restaurants/bars and it was inexpensive.The staff at reception were pleasant and welcoming and all the staff around the complex were polite and friendly.The pool was a little bit too cold for me but my husband ventured in as many others. The only fault we could find was that the coffee cups were too small - if that is the only thing we could complain about I think the owners of this fabulous complex should be very happy!The Wi-fi was excellent anywhere in the whole complex including rooms.I would most definitely recommend this for couples and may be families with small children. I think if we had taken our teenagers with us they may have been a little bit bored.This holiday was exactly what we needed and I would ave no hesitation in returning. Highly recommednded

This hotel is absolutely fantastic!
The staff were all soo friendly and helpful, you were always made to feel very welcome!
The apartments are kept spotless, the cleaning lady also noticed that myself and my partner were not early rises and after the first 2 mornings, started cleaning our apartment in the afternoon which was a lovely thing to do without being asked.
The pool and pool bar are also fantastic, good food and very relaxed environment.
We didn't use the main bar or restaurant so couldn't comment.
The location of the hotel was perfect for us also, the area is rather quiet but just 5 minutes drive away is albufeira which provided the nightlife and shopping.
I could not recommend this hotel enough!

Excellent family Hotel that's perfectly located for the 7km stretch of beach below it. There's quite a few steps down and back up to the beach, but benches for those that need a breather.
Apartment we stayed in was nice and clean with twin bed, sofa beds, air con and wide-screen TV.
Definitely worth a look!

Estou na parte do garden, sossegado ideal para crianças tem um parque infantil otimo e piscina para bebés, piscina limpa e acesso á praia. A comida é boa e tem comida para crianças. No apart., nao tem varinha mágica mas de resto tem o necessario e um Lcd grande. As camas sao boas e tem uma varanda. O carro fica estacionado á porta o hotel tem vigilante noturno. REcomendo!

Great scenery, hotel is clean and spacious. The staff are all very professional and polite with a friendly manner. The food is delicious/varied selection. The pool & jacuzzi are both spacious and clean. The gym staff are very energetic and welcoming. Would love to revisit again, soon.

We had a great apartment overlooking lovely gardens. The hotel is under new management and there are a lot of new facilities. The pool area and restaurant are very attractive and there are steps down to the beach which is lovely and runs all along the coast to Vilamoura.

Het is redelijk nieuw en er wordt hard gewerkt om het beter te maken. Dus zie je nieuwe mensen in de bediening die nog aan het leren zijn. Iedereen is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
