Para mí gusto ahy algunas cosas que se podrían mejorar como: la falta de variedad de comida los horarios de la misma (por que deberían ser más amplios)y la falta de alimentos básicos como el tomate y el poco uso del "todo incluido" por ejemplo: no dar el picnic o tener que pagar cosas como bebidas alcolicas ( ron, wishqui )

This has to be the most shocking hotel in the entire world!!! As for all inclusive the bar is 435km away from the room, and only serves at certain times. Staff are the most ignorant arrogant people I have met in my life. The room had damp on the ceiling. Drainage from the gutters was absolutely horrific. In fact the list of things wrong in the place would definitely stretch from the room to the bar. They made a massive error with the room arrangements. 4 people in a room and there wasn't enough duvets, then told us we needed to pay for the rooms. Luckily we had the paperwork to say otherwise. would sincerely look elsewhere before booking here.

É um resort enorme, que foi remodelado nos últimos anos. Fica bem próximo da famosa praia da Oura. Também podemos ir a pé até aos bares, restaurantes e lojas que estão na rua da Oura, apenas a 100 metros. Tem uma piscina bem grande. Pode ser difícil encontrar estacionamento nesta zona. A recepção tem agora uma pequena esplanada e está moderna e atual.

Visited this weekend for my hen do, the staff we met were friendly and helpful, however I do wish that someone had shown us to our room as the hotel is huge and like trying to navigate a maze. We also had 5 separate rooms, and were a little disappointed that none of our rooms were near each other's, despite booking all together. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The pool is nice but the loungers need updating, I will return as the location was really good too
