É funcional para o serviço básico pretendido, contudo quando existe necessidade de espera, as condições poderiam ser melhoradas. Sem esquecer a area envolvente, onde é evidente a falta de cuidado / manutenção... faltam pedaços de revestimento nas paredes, árvores / jardins a precisarem de ser alvo de intervenção, vidros a precisarem de limpeza... etc...

7h45 de segunda,dia 6/8,18 foi-me negado um café. O pessoal já estava a proceder a limpezas e já haviam desligado a máquina.

Esta no es la estación desde la que sale el autobús ALSA a sevilla, para eso hay que dirigirse a la otra estación que está al noreste de esta. Pongo una estrella porque sigo estresado por el error en el tiquet, no porque la estación sea mala en sí.

Absolutely THE filthiest ladies room I've seen in 20 YEARS of traveling the world. Only 2 toilets open, literally feces all over the floor and toilets. No paper, no soap. There are BETTER pit toilets in the countryside of Turkey or Myanmar. I'm NOT kidding.

The lady working here adviced us to buy tickets for a different bus than we had planned, because it was suposedly faster. When it arrived it was full. Then she gave us wrong information about the next bus.

This location, on Av. Liberdade - surrounded by many shops, is the FlixBus stop for Albufeira, a bus stop for many local and tour buses, and a taxi rank. The Terminal Rodoviário de Albufeira, for things like the ALSA bus, is located at R. Paul Harris 63, Lisboa, Portugal, further outside of town. I came here to board the FlixBus to Seville. While the FlixBus app did not show live position updates on that day, the bus arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled departure, stopping in the northernmost space. There was no FlixBus signage whatsoever. There are free public toilets within sight of the stop.

What a mess!!! So as everyone wrote before me that is NOT the Flixbus Station, it is the ALSA and Rede Express station though, I was told the only long distance bus left At the Av. Liberdade is Fkixbus. There's a "main" bus station which is the one in the pictures with chairs, A Café, Bathrooms and A ticket office. And then there's the Av. Liberdade in Old town which is ONLY Bus stops. If you travel from the Algarve you're most likely getting off at the main station and from which you need to either walk for about 15 min or take a taxi to Av. Liberdade (around 3.5€). This specific bus (9am) is not Direct as written and has few stops, Good wifi, No Bathrooms. at Av. Liberdade Bus stop go get a great bica at Kamburger Café (to your right down the stairs) they're awesome!

The 'bus station' in Avenida da Liberdade is NOT the town's main bus station. This is located 1.5km away. This location has the stops for two local bus routes, low cost long distance operator Flixbus and is also used by tour buses, hotels shuttles etc. There is no ticket counter, enquiry office or waiting room. These closed in July 2019 when the Portuguese long distance operators ceased to use this facility. There is a taxi rank there also. The notes below refer to the main bus station at Caliços, which is used by all other buses and coaches connecting Albufeira to other towns and cities. Albufeira's main bus station is a fairly modern out of town 'transport interchange' 1.6km (1 mile) from the old town centre. The bus station is functional, with no frills. Signage and general information availability could be improved. There are two ticket offices, one for long distance travel and a different one for local and regional buses, although this is not immediately obvious. On Sundays and holidays only one is open. Except for the urban 'GIRO' buses, tickets for all journeys must be purchased at the ticket office before boarding. The queues (lines) can cause people to miss buses! Some drivers are very strict about this and will refuse to take your money. There is a large indoor waiting area with plenty of seats, although they are hard metal. There is an electronic panel showing long distance bus (coach) departures but nothing for local buses. There are no maps to tell where buses go, except for the town's own GIRO routes. Timetables are posted on the wall by the main ticket office window. Paper copies can be obtained from the ticket office or downloaded from official websites. Once you have your ticket, the clerk will tell you from which stop (there are 19) your bus will leave. These are signposted each with their main destinations. Buses to other towns do not have route (line) numbers as in most of Europe. There is a small café/bar at the bus station, but no shops and little else within 500 metres. There is a taxi rank outside. Local 'GIRO' buses run at 30 minute intervals on weekdays to and from other parts of the town on five different overlapping routes seven days a week, holidays included. Saturday afternoon, Sunday and Holiday service is only every 60 minutes. These buses start at 0700 every day, with last buses leaving at 1900 during the winter, 2100 during summer. Tickets for these buses are purchased on board, pre paid discounted 10 trip tickets can be obtained at the ticket office.

Un desastre por donde lo mires , no te dan información de los autobuses , nunca saben nada , la cafetería te atienden muy mal , como si le estuvieras pidiendo favores , los baños son asquerosos y si vas a coger el autobús a sevilla vas a tener que hacer tus necesidades antes de subir porque los autobuses no tiene baños y son viajes de 3 horas son paradas . Con el turismo que viene a Albufeira , deberían de poner mejores condiciones para los turistas .

Desastre. En los pasajes te ponen esta dirección y google maps te indica que es en este lugar la "estacion". Es erróneo. La estacion terminal esta en otro lugar. Una vergüenza lo que hace la empresa española alsa !! Pq no corrigen los pasajes o toman alguna medida. Perdi un colectivo a malaga por su culpa! Y por lo que veo le ha pasado a varios !! Son impresentables! Pondria cero estrellas pero me obliga a poner una. En fin. Alsa nunca más! No compren en esa empresa. Son estafadores!

This is not the bus terminal for Seville, it's the other one even though the bus tickets purchased on alsa.es, is written clearly dos calicos.

Pois eu não gostei ,acho que devia de haver mais informação sobre os horários de todos os transportes incluindo os dos giro ,que deveriam de ser comunicados por todos os motoristas desse terminal rodoviário de ALBUFEIRA,..

Estação recente com boas instalações, espaçosa e bem organizada, dispõe de casa de banho, Multibanco, uma pastelaria com bolos frescos e bons, e uma papelaria. Tem uma praça de táxis a saída e ainda dispõe de um parque de estacionamento generoso. Fica praticamente próximo do centro da cidade.
