The staff went beyond the call of duty and also were surprised with a bottle of champagne on ice for our 50th wedding anniversary

We spent a week at the Mourabel only back since yesterday. We found the property to be lovely and very child friendly. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. The food was lovely too at the hotel. Would recommend to any families and will be returning in the future.

There wa lots of space and having a kitchen wa handy. Also lovely green area to look at nd very clean

More 3 star then 4 very very quite ...More like an retirement village nothing here by hotel bar and restaurant..supermarket...Indian restaurant...if you want more need taxi or local transport to harbour about 15mins away or 30 on foot maybe more

Stayed in awful apartment, very dated and not vert clean. Walk to accommodation was pitch black with absolutely no lights on. My three friends had very similar experience. I accept this is a budget hotel but no excuses for the state it was in. Shower broken, wall attachment hanging off, toothpaste all over bathroom door. We visit annually but will never stay at this hotel again

The service level from all the staff is tremendous. Nothing seems to be a trouble. Hoping to return for longer. Lovely walk into town. Sooooo relaxing.

Très bien sauf que la première photo de l établissement où on voit l hôtel avec la piscine ne correspond pas avec le reste des photos ! L établissement se voit sur les photos [ piscine en plein air ] sinon prévoyez du liquide vaisselle ainsi qu une éponge si vous lavez la vaisselle il n y a pas de lave vaisselle , les femmes de ménage ne la font pas !

it was like been back in th 1970s it was the worst place iv stayed in the rooms where were filtty old and dated the resort is ok but the rooms are a joke ebookers sold me the worst room iv stayed in thanks 150 euros a night what a joke

The accommodation was very dated & the bathroom was very compact, there was a large water heater in the middle of the kitchen & there were no instructions on how to use anything & no air conditioning

The apartment suited my needs as it was ideally situated for the Portugal Masters golf just 30 mins walk away (as close as you could get really), and there were several bars and restaurants within just a few minutes to eat at the end of the day. The accommodation itself was comfortable and contained all I needed.

friendly place, happy to help.There were only 3 shuttle buses to the beaches 9am, 11am and 4pm. then you were stuck.

Great budget apartments, evening entertainment was however poor, also the kids pool could do with a few more umbrellas or shade spots near as there was only 3 and these were located on the far side of the pool away from children’s pool - but had a great time here and will rebook next yesr

Etablissement correct avec une piscine sympa.Lappartement correct par rapport au prix sauf les lits avec des matelas de tres mauvaise qualite et une vieille tele quon ne voit plus.Le reste de lappartement correct.

Resort was on good location The minus points were cleanliness We spotted spiders in the Appartement With webs all around every corner Bed sheets were not so clean Toilet with hair in bath and floor even after cleaning The receptionist asking for a booking on paper as I had on mobile

Studio de belle dimension, situation au calme, un peu retiré mais lit peu confortable. Personnel compétant mais peu accueillant exception faite dun des monsieurs à laccueil. Idem dans les restos, froids et peu avenants? Par contre dans les villes et villages alentours les gens on la banane. De magnifiques excursions à faire

Stayed here while competing g at The Atlantic Showjumping Tour at nearby Vilamoura Equestrian Centre. Clean, quite and well equipped for our stay. Will be back for our next show.

Disappointed with tired apartment in that the balcony was cramped and view uninspiring. Had to go to the main block for pool and entertainment. The bar was stuffy and a bit smokey, so we did not use. We liked the area, with nice walks and great wildlife, although there wasnt a lot else close by. Just about walking distance to Villamoura but you really need a car.

Check in was very bad. Maybe the Spanish way to ignore people and not take the trouble to keep people waiting. Also as your company had not informed the property of us being accompanied by a pet, which I specifically mentioned during the booking process, made things also difficult. I selected this property specifically as Pets Allowed in your booking form.

Huoneistomme oli Aparttamentoksen puolella ja se oli siisti ja sisälsi kaiken tarpeellisen. Kummassakin huoneessa oli oma ilmalämpöpumppu. Hotellin uima-allas oli asiallinen. Tykkäämme.

When i checked in I was shown round my apartment by a Scottish lady who’s people skills were non existent I’ve never stayed anywhere someone can be so rude. I’d paid for a superior studio so you expect everything to work, I was being shown around and noticed that the shutters to the outside patio wasn’t fully working, the sofa was broken, the air con was faulty, a broken light was left in the room from the other guests, she didn’t remove from my room and all the woman could say you have been upgraded... really surely you want the basics to work. The woman said that someone would fix I stayed there for 8 nights and nothing was done about it. I won’t be recommending this to anyone. I complained when I checked out and they didn’t care.

Pe do lago was great in terms of accessibility, mix nationalities and locals. Ants in apt and no oven let down self catering and endless 'stop' and rules for snack bar let it down.

Gosto de cá morar. Um lugar onde a qualidade/preço está a um bom nível. Espaco agradável onde o staff é de qualidade. Piscina privada para adultos e crianças. Recomendo!

Wenn man die Eingangstuere, welche man kraftvoll an sich ziehen muss,oeffnet, schlaegt einen sofort ein Geruch entgegen den ich aus Indien kenne. Das Ap. biete einen herrlichen Blick auf die Strasse bzw. den Parkplatz und wenn dann dort endlich etwas Ruhe herrscht, hoert man in diesem Haus nicht nur jedes Wort der Nachbarn. (Schalldaemmung = 0) Am naechsten Tag musste ich noch einen grosse Kakerlake erschlagen und richtig zufrieden war ich erst als ich wieder auszog.

Keine Saison, nur eine handvoll Engländer. morgens zum Frühstück gibt man Order für die Eier. Ansonsten übersichtliches Frühstücksbüffet, aber wegen weniger als 10 Personen. bei Halbpension abends Auswahl von 3 Gerichten, zubereitet und gekocht wie Zuhause, aber durchaus gut. die Studios sind großzügig und individuell eingerichtet. Ganz ok!
