Villa Gabriel took money from my account, and several more times during the lockdown of COVID-19, totally fraudulent tactics. I had contacted them 34 days before the time of travel, when it was announced both Ireland and Portugal would be in quarantine/lockdown. However they took money and refused to refund.

Positive: We were so close to all amenities. Spot less clean apartments. Just loved every minute of our holiday from start to finish. Negative: If I had to pick something I would suggest a safe for our room

Positiva: Cercano a la playa, aunque hay que tener en cuenta la subida de la cuesta que es bastante empinada . Negativa: Limpieza deficiente, las colchas de las camas tenían manchas, los colchones muy incómodos al igual que el sofá, y en la cocina faltan cosas como un escurridor, tijera, abrebotella...

Positiva: el wifi en todo el apartamento. la ubicación. la amabilidad de la persona que nos atendió. Negativa: apartamento normalito el un bloque de seis. de villa de luxe NADA DE NADA. Apartamento muy mal amueblado

Positive: Yuriy met us at the property with the keys and was available if we needed anything. There were 2 terraces, and we were able to have our dog at the property.. Negative: We were given the wrong phone number to contact the property, but managed to work out the correct phone number ourselves after a lot of stress, as management did not respond. We were also given the wrong Internet password. We had to ask for blankets as there were none and the nights were cold.

Location is good for bars restaurants and shops. Good size villa with nice pool. 20 minute walk to the old town 30 seconds walk to the strip

Positive: Posto posizione perfetta molto comodo facile da raggiungere si stava proprio bene abbastanza grande anche per gruppetto di persone! Lo consiglio

Negatief: Taxi retour naar de luchthaven was niet present, hebben een andere oplossing moeten zoeken.

Positif: Rien du tout... prestation lamentable.. Négatif: La saleté (appartement + linge + piscine), le lit cassé en deux à notre arrivée, l'absence de clé pour verrouiller notre porte quand nous sommes arrivés, l'accueil inexistant, le mauvais état du mobilier et des équipements (certains étaient HS), le parking inexistant, faire le lit moi-même, absence check in et check out, aucune prestation, le manque de réactivité du propriétaire.
