Маленький уютный отель. Вдалеке от суеты города. Персонал отзывчивый, внимательный. Все замечания быстро устранялись. Чисто. Мы брали машину напрокат, так в этом отеле жить удобнее.

Was lovely place to stay. Had a full kitchen. Was cleaned daily. The wifi was great. Although being a bit out of town it was a cheap taxi there from the bus station -there are also buses nearby that go directly to town. otherwise for us we enjoyed the walk to town took about 40 mins. There was parking for a hire car. A pool and a relaxing area in the lounge/ balcony. 100% recommend!

Casa muy tranquila en albufeira con piscina y zonas comunes para poder cocinar.Las habitaciones están muy limpias, la.señora venia todos los dias a recoger la habitacion y poner toallas limpias.La ubicación es buena, se tarda unos 20 min andando en llegar al centro, nosotros para volver al hotal cogiamos un taxi que costaba mas o menos 7€.Llevo dos años seguidos yendo y las dos veces la estancia ha sido genial. Adelina, la propietarias es super atenta y muy amable.

I recommend this shared villa (this is not a hotel) if and only if you like : - Beautiful wall views (nice wall located 2 meters from the window) and the lack of room soundproofing (I promise you will not miss any noise) ; - Going up and down all day (Albufeira is not plain) with a half an hour walk to the city center under a blazing sun and very little fresh air (do you feel sweating coming?) ; - Big cockroaches in the bathroom without forgetting the lovely tiny mosquitoes in the room that will delight you at night. For your information, the receptionist is present only a few hours per day : good luck !

The Villa Cerro is a really lovely place to stay. It is in a quiet location. The owner makes sure that you are looked after. My room was spacious and very clean. There is a lovely outside pool and a nice balcony/terrace to sunbathe on. It is about 25minute mainly down hill walk to the old town area. There are a couple of small bars nearby and a supermarket.Overall this place is ideal for a relaxing break and will book again next year if available.If you want to make your own meals then there is a shared fully equipped kitchen.

Esto no es un hotel ni de lejos de 4 estrellas, como se indica en Google maps, es una casa particular reformada para alquilar las habitaciones, no es un sitio tranquilo, no hay nadie si tienes un problema tienes un número de teléfono para llamar. La habitación es como sale en las fotos pero el colchón es de lo peor tiene más años que mi Abuela no se puede dormir en el esta tan machacado que de un lado te caes de la cama, si queréis descansar y estar relajados no os lo aconsejo, cuando conseguís dormir los huéspedes venían de fiesta y te despertaban, o el aire acondicionado que hace mucho ruido Todo lo demás es como se describe y cómo se ve en las fotos

La tranquilidad de la zona y la piscina del hotel, asi como la zona de arriba de la terraza estan muy bien. Se esta muy agusto.La habitacion quiza se quede un poco pequeña para estancia largas de una semana, y el baño un poco pequeño tambien. No tenian muchos enchufes, solo el de las lamparitas. Por lo demas todo genial.

Passei um mês e meio nesta Villa e não tenho qualquer reclamação a fazer. Fui muito bem tratada, o local muito sossegado, com ótimas condições, os funcionários uma simpatia, quartos sempre muito limpos e arranjados. Um dia que volte a Albufeira, de certeza que tentarei ficar lá de novo. Olá, D. Adelina! Desapareci do mapa porque, entretanto, mudei de escola. Resolvi vir para o norte, para o Porto. Mas um dia destes irei aí abaixo e, nessa altura, tomaremos o café que ficou em standby. Tudo de bom também para si. Até breve. Beijinhos

It`s an easy and good place to stay. It´s clean in the rooms and the staff is friendly + helpful. But don`t expect a 4-Star-Hotel when you pay less. It`s a good place to explore the Algarve with a rented car (parking space is available). TV is just portugese, the pool is small ... but: the few sunbeds are comfortable and you`ve a big fridge in the common kitchen. By the way: the kitchen has just a microwave, but eating outside is always better in Portugal anyway. Cheap and good restaurants everywhere and not reason to stay in a hotel. But if you stay in the hotel for your own breakfast, you can sit at a nice terrasse wirh a good view to the sea. Ok, you`ll hear the main street but it`s not bad. And in the night it`s quite. The beds are good and clean, shower is good and big, air condition is free of charge and works good. My conclusion: book this hotel and you will be happy if you dont expect a 4-star-quality. The owner Adelina is 4-star of course :-)

This is place is awful, the biggest mistake we could have ever made. From the check in to the check out. All began with the managers attitude, she didnt seem welcome and genuine. From the second day our money and belongings got stolen, when we told her she had no form of sympathy and thought that we was lying and threatened to kick us out and stated that we would not receive our money back. From that day she refused the cleaner to clean our room so for the 7 days that we stayed there our room was not cleaned and we had to keep on asking her if we could have clean towels and bedsheets and toilet roll. She would make accusations and say that we was making a lot of noise and we was rude, however we was very careful on our level of noise and made we respected the other residents and villa cerro. On the first day she stated that the pool would be cleaned at 8 or 9pm, however when she saw us having a good time in the pool she would decide to clean the pool at like 6 and kick us out. Their would be occasions were she would smoke in our faces and look for arguments to have, considering I suffer from asthma, she was just so rude I couldnt even deal. We didnt feel comfortable or welcomed our whole stay and I wouldnt want anyone to experience what we experienced. Please dont stay here.

The accommodation itself is good and clean. Its nice if you go with a group of friends for the communal area, kitchen and swimming pool. I sincerely recommend people to rent a car if booking this hotel. First it was very difficult to find transfer from the airport to the hotel and vice-versa. Had to book a private car via Viator (£23.00) paying the way in but not the return. From the hotel to the airport cost me another 35.00 euros. When overall, I usually pay maximum of £10.00 both ways (airport-hotel and return) on other visits to Algarve.

Eine sehr gute Alternative zum großen Hotelkomplex. Auf Grund der Lage nur mit Mietwagen zu empfehlen. Reinigungspersonal hat ordentlich gearbeitet. Nachts war es einmal etwas laut, aber das war einmalig. Der Pool und die Terasse sind schön. Es war wirklich gut!

Wonderful lady, helpful and very friendly. Due to the whole structure of the stay (kitchen available for cooking by yourself etc, big living room for all hotel guests where they can stay together if they want, ...)you feel very familiar and like home. We will love to come back. Everything very clean and cosy.

Just got back one week ago there is nothing wrong with this hotel half hour walk to town but no problem bathroom a little bit dated but so am iI lovely hotel

Hôtel excentré sur les hauteurs dAlbufeira, dans une rue sans passage, ce qui permet de garer son véhicule en toute tranquillité. Chambre avec balcon décorée dans un style moderne. Équipements (lit, clim, coffre fort, ...) à disposition très satisfaisant.Piscine et bar disponibles. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour ses qualités, sans oublier laccueil et la gentillesse dAdelina la propriétaire des lieux.

El hotel está a 5 minutos en coche desde el casco antiguo de Albufeira, donde la múltitud de restaurantes y bares inundan las calles de gente, por ese mismo motivo me alegré tanto de hospedarme en este hotel ya que la tranquilidad y el silencio de la zona era genial para descansar. El personal es bastante amable, sobre todo Carlos el hombre de mantenimiento. Pudimos disfrutar tanto de la piscina como de la barbacoa que dispone de todo lo necesario para su uso. Hay a 4 minutos en coche un Lidl ideal para llenar la nevera, la cual puedes utilizar sin ningún problema, de bebidas y tenerlas frias para visitar las fantásticas calas de la zona.

Malgré que nous ayons du changer de chambre, le séjour cest bien passé. La chambre au bord de la piscine est tout de même assez bruyante.Le débit deau de la pomme de douche est très faible.

Nos trataron genial.El hotel está hubicado en una zona tranquila algo apartado pero se puede hacer de todo en coche por la zona (en septiembre).

Hotel un peu éloigné du centre (2 km environs). Il est équipé dune piscine, du wifi, barbecue, cuisine. Les places de parking sont peu nombreuses. Le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux. Chambre sympa mais manque un peu de rangement.

Villa: Nagy közös terasz, gyönyörű panoráma, de nagyon zajos a közeli főút miatt. Van medence napágyakkal, grillező helyiséggel. A konyha közös, nagyon gyengén felszerelt. Wifi erőssége rapszódikus, inkább csak néha lehet használni rövidebb időszakokra. A ház hangszigetelése rossz, így ajtócsapkodások, szomszéd szoba hangjai behallatszódnak. Távol van mindentől, ezért mindenképpen ajánlott robogót vagy autót bérelni. Szoba: nagyon egyszerűen berendezett szoba, nagyon kényelmetlen kis méretű franciaággyal, még egyszerűbb fürdőszobával. Maximum a szintentartásra költhetnek keveset. De legalább tiszta. Személyzet: bár telefonon is egyeztettük az érkezésünket, ennek ellenére nem fogadott senki, a takarítónő nem engedett be, így a csomagjainkon ücsörögve kint várakoztunk amíg megérkezett a tulaj (gondnok?). Egyébként segítőkész volt, egészen addig pozitív volt a véleményünk, amíg meg nem gyanúsított azzal, hogy a szobábaban dohányoztunk. Hiába mondtuk, hogy eszünkbe sem jutott, nem hogy elnézést kért volna, egyszerűen nem hitte el. Így lesz a fizetővendégből mentegetőző kisdiák. Ilyen eset azért már keleten is egyre ritkábban történik. Összeségében úgy tűnt, hogy az állagmegóvás fontosabb, mint a vendégek. Inkább csak rövid tartózkodásra ajánlanám, a zajok és a kényelmetlen ágy miatt.

Sitio tranquilo. En coche se tarda menos de 5 min en llagar a un parking que está en el mismo centro de la ciudad. Muy maja la mujer que nos recibió. La mayor pega que tuvimos fue que la cisterna del baño no funcionaba bien y era una odisea cada vez que hacíamos uso del retrete.

When we arrived at about 2 pm no one was there to check us in. Everything was totally locke up. We were literally on the street for about an hour and a half before anyone arrive to check us in. We were shown our room which had a definite sewer smell. The problem was our toilet was full of poo. Not nice. Even after flushing numerous times and opening windows we could not get the sewer smell out of the room.The rest of our time there whas ok.

When we arrived the place was locked up and no one there to let us in. We waited about an hour before someone showed up. This was at 2 pm. We finally got in and found someone had crapped in our toilet. Awful smell and could not get rid of it. No one there to call us a taxi when we wanted to leave to catch our bus. This is not a hotel. Virtually no staff on hand. Maybe for only a few hours a day is anyone there.

La gérante parle très bien français super conviviale le centre est un peu loin a pied mais possibilité de louer un scooter pas cher dans la ville de oura. Cest un hotel dhôtes propre pas cher calme et très mignon.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Angestellten sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet u.A mit Küche und einem großen Aufenthaltsraum. Die Zimmer waren groß und mit einem zweckmäßigen Bad ausgestattet. Die Außenanlagen mit Pool ist auch sehr schön!

El hotel esta mejor de lo que pone en los comentarios... la piscina es mas grande que la de la foto, tiene una cocina comunitaria (sin fuego, pero con nevera, calentador de agua, platos...). Los baños son antiguos, pero las habitaciones estan limpias y bonitas, ademas de la que nos toca es mas grande de lo que vimos x fotos.En general me encanto y las mejoras de zonas comunes superbien

Es una especie de pensión, aunque ellos se denominan alojamiento local. Es un chalet transformado en pensión. No hay piscina climatizada más allá del sol que le da. Sin GPS no se llega.

A few facts on Villa Cerro =The hotel is not a B&B or we missed it for 2 week and so did everyone else , your towels will only be changed if you ask or go and exchange them yourself, which is not a problem as the cleaner is there all day on the lower floor, its states that the hotel is close to the marina , old town square , and a few other beaches this is not true unless you class close as a 15-20 minute walk up one hell of a steep hill, you can go down hill but at a risk as its a dirt track most of the way, you can see the marina but its not close, we walked into old town or the beach each day and got a taxi back which is 5 euros then walked back for the night out, anyone not wanting to walk into town would be spending 20 euros on taxis each day, you could stop at the hotel but no one did, there were some lads having a barbecue one night and you can get snacks or drinks from the vending machines water was 60 cents cola was 1 euro , everyone we spoke to in the hotel felt that the distance was way too far to walk to any of the beaches, their was internet 1 euro for 20 minutes but no wi-fi, this hotel is ok if you have transport or are in a large group and can share taxis, it was cheap but it cost you in the long run ...

Owner was very accommodating in ever way possible and would go out of his way to make you comfortable and your stay enjoyable. The only difficulty is that it is a little bit out of the way and the taxi drivers although most spoke good english didnt really know where it was ... but as long as you remember Caminho do Raposo they know exactly where it is. 6 euros for one trip to the strip. Very clean and very well looked after villa hotel... would stay again and would recommend it to anyone travelling away as a couple or as an individual.
